My husband and I have been members at VIBE since they opened but have trained with Carly for many years prior. Carly is an excellent, attentive, teacher.VIBE is a community with a friendly, welcoming, atmosphere. All of the trainers and instructors are great people. You can tell they really care about their members as individuals.If you are looking to make any lifestyle changes, VIBE would be an great investment in yourself. The variety of fitness, yoga, and nutrition instruction they offer is first-class and can help anyone interested in improving their overall mental and physical health.
I have been a member of the VIBE community for three years, but I know Samantha much longer than that. She, a professional and knowledgeable personal trainer, has trained me to do various exercises to progressively improve my duration, strength, and balance. She always encourages me to keep trying (and going). I have been doing well, getting better, and feeling better! I cant say enough good things about vibe!! I have been training with Carly for many years- she is positive, encouraging, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is perfect for private training but they also offer great group classes, yoga and meditation. Carly and Sam have created a wonderful community of people. Its the best part of my week!!
Ive been a member at VIBE for a year now and I love it! I started initially with a yoga membership but ended up adding one-on-one fitness training to help with my yoga practice. All of the instructors at VIBE are super knowledgeable and are truly there to help guide you along on your fitness journey.Samantha and Carly have created such a wonderful space and community - Im so grateful to be apart of it!
Great trainers, great members and a great, friendly environment. With the addition of online classes, you can work out from home, a park, or wherever you may be. A huge plus! I really appreciate that VIBE offers many different ways to give back to charities throughout the year. It shows their true support for others!
Vibe is the best. The most important thing for me was environment and they have such a great environment for you to feel comfortable, empowered, and strong. Carly is also amazing when it comes to personal training, each time I meet with her I feel sore in all the right places. I highly recommend Vibe for your personal fitness needs.
The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring. The workouts are led by personal trainers, who give hands on feedback and adjustments during workouts. They also give the the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice.You definitely will see results. I would highly recommend Vibe Yoga Health and Fitness to my friends and colleagues.

Vibe Fitness is a friendly and great environment with many offerings for the serious gymgoer. Ive been training with Jeff since the Fall and have been happy with my results and with the attention to my personal fitness goals. Ive also attended many of the online classes with both Jeff and Carly and have felt challenged and that it was a great start to my day!
Vibe is a great health and fitness studio. The owners, staff and members are so welcoming. The fitness and yoga sessions are creative and unique to avoid the monotony of the same old routine.
