I showed up over lunch with a watch that had lost a pin. They repaired in just a few minutes while a waited. I would go back and I would recommend to friends and family.

Took in my wifes MK watch and my Movado chrono watch in to have batteries replaced. Wifes watch was a breeze for the gentleman but the Movado was another story. He spent about 5 min trying to open the back without any luck. He came to the counter and said it was on really tight and picked up a swiss army knife and went over to try and pry open the back which made me a bit nervous. Well, he ended up gouging the back to the point where it is sharp to the touch. If the traditional tools used to open a watch did not work I wish he would have stopped and recommended taking it to another location vs damaging the watch. Not too happy right now.

I set up an appointment to evaluate the authenticity of a newly purchased watch (along with a few other things) They were great. good conversation and learned a great deal while I was there. I plan on using them in the future.

Not only the ability, but the patience to deal with my old valueless cobbled together pocket watch. Most places would turn me away. Watchcircle repaired it to perfect functionality, and at a very reasonable price, in a timely manner. They most likely didnt enjoy working on it, but if so, didnt let it show. This is where I take all my watches now.

Great service, reasonable rates. Everyone else wanted to send my 45-year-old Omega to Switzerland for service. These guys serviced it in less than 2 weeks for a reasonable cost. I’ll use them again and tell everyone I know.

I was thrilled to find this gem. I took my vintage Omega that wasnt working to WatchCircle, and right away Eugene opened the case and inspected it (the guy at Quick Fix didnt even look at my watch and quoted me $250 to diagnose the problem). Eugene quoted me $120 to overhaul and would call if it needed parts. It took them only 3 days to overhaul my watch and they replaced a part for $20. I was so pleased and thrilled at the value and fast turnaround- and my watch works and looks fantastic. My grandma is taking a valuable mantle clock to have them fix next week. These guys are at the top of their game, dont bother with anywhere else.

Excellent work. Reasonable rates! If you have a watch or clock that needs cleaning or repair these are the guys. Dont monkey around with a jewelry store go right to the watchmaker. Trust me they know their stuff.

Unbelievable service! Walked in with my watch and it was like I was the most important customer he ever had. Russian guy... Vague English... No shoes... Total mess in the shop... Like old school. Beautiful selection of antique watches... Diagnosed my issue.. fixed! Highly recommended!!!2nd Review........... Broke my new LUMINOX...hooked the stem on edge of shower door pulling same out...stem is bent and watch no longer running!! Send watch to LUMINOX SERVICE Ctr... SALTSMANS WATCHES..TOTAL JOKE!!! They want 256$ to repair which includes a complete overhaul..new battery..and new stem... ITS A NEW WATCH!!! When I call them on it they backtrack and say Oh..ok .. 200$... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They charge me 20$ to ship it back when it only cost 7$ to ship it to them!!!I take it to WATCH CIRCLE.. Vlad immediately works on it for about a half hour with no luck. Told me to give him a week. I pick it up today... 60$ and its working like new!!!! HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT??
