Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received. After holding on to my equipment for a almost a month to do what the owner himself called a ‘simple strait forward process’ they decided they were no longer interested in the business. Complete waste of time. Also strongly question their knowledge related to fiber optic cabling as they seemed unaware of industry standard terms. Buyer beware.

Prompt courteous service. Had two printers repaired and they work like new, at the prices quoted. Very reasonable cost, much less than have factory repair person visit my facility. I would definitely recommend TriTech and use their services again
