Deston was our salesperson and I was able to take my time going over the vehicle and test drive it twice with no pressure. We were also able to work with Tyler on the price and repair a few items before accepting the vehicle. Randy took care of us in finance with some good conversation as well. I will recommend dealer to others.

Literally spent almost 10 minutes trying to book an appointment explaining what needed to be done and the lady took thorough notes. When I got there I can explain to them what needed to be done, only to find out that they missed several things. Upon calling them to ask for clarification on something I had to call four times just to try to get One question answered. Left a message with no return calls.
Weve used their service for years. The service techs are smart and professional and the prices are in line. The quality of the work has been great and the car has always been returned clean. You cant ask for much more.
Just bought a 2018 Accord from here, and loved the experience. Chandler was not only very patient throughout the process, but also very personable and honest. He articulated many times that he wanted to make sure I was driving away in the car that suited me and my lifestyle best, and his thoroughness proved this to be true. If youre looking for a car salesman you can trust fully, Chandler is 100% your guy.Michael on the paperwork end was also delightful to work with. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, answering any questions I had before I could even ask them.Overall, the entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable. Would buy a car here again.
The service was excellent. Theyre fair, helpful and not pushy about the sale. I worked with Hector and Taylor to buy a used van. The van needed a new power steering pump, which they replaced at no extra cost to me. I had to leave the van overnight for the replacement, but they provided a shuttle to and from home.Hector also kindly took the time to scrape my WI State Park sticker off for me so I could use it to get a replacement. Overall, I am very impressed and would absolutely recommend buying a car from these guys.
Ive leased three vehicles from this dealership. Ive spent thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer.I went to return my 2018 Civic at the end of the lease term. I had it deep cleaned and inspected in advance of returning to the dealership. The inspector notified me that I would not owe a balance and could simply drop off my car and keys at the dealership from which it came. Went in there tonight hoping for a quick transaction. It is definitely not the experience I was promised. I waited for the better part of an hour for some documents that required my signature. They were having printer problems. I get that things happen, but I had been told there would be no further process so this out a ruffle in my plans. I also want to add that I was asked to sign and check a document (mileage disclosure), incorrectly. I kept reading and re-reading the form, knowing that I had completed it correctly, but both sales reps helping me did not seem confident that they knew how to sign this closing document. It made me feel super uneasy because I wanted to walk out knowing that our deal was done, I owed no more money, and all was well. But they clearly were not sure how to advise me during this very basic closing process. I also hoped that someone might bother to thank me for my 7 plus years of steady business, and apologize for making me wait for almost 40 minutes to complete something that should have taken less than ten.I wont be returning with my business and felt inclined to share my experience publicly because it was pretty disappointing.
I had a great experience here and was able to walk out with a new-to-me minivan in less than three hours. When I first came in the minivan I wanted was not available, my sales guy Chandler then showed me a similar minivan and allowed me to test drive it(it was ”the one”) so he said hed send me a message when the one I wanted was ready. He texted me the minute they opened(@9:01am) letting me know it was ready for me. I was able to take my time in test driving, Chandler was really great. He took time to show me the bells and whistles because technology eludes me. He made my trip to the dealership so smooth, I actually enjoyed myself. He was personable, attentive and straight forward, go see Chandler, hell take care of you because you matter.

I leased a CR-V here earlier this month. They lied to me about my trade in value. I had an estimate from another dealership and told them if they could match it, we have a deal. After signing the lease, I realized they only gave me the original offer. I went here because they had the CR-V in the color I wanted. The one I looked at had over 100 miles on it, so I told them I want the one with the least mileage. The cars here happen to be sitting for awhile and have dead batteries. Had to wait for a new battery to be installed. The detailing wasnt done very well and windows were smeary. The front inside windshield wasnt even cleaned. The salesman didnt seem too knowledgeable about the vehicle and even said hed have to ask his manager about a question I had.

Worst dealership, no ethics, Cheap Attitude from sales rep to manager level. Recommend their leadership to organize some trainings for their managers and Sales rep on how to deal with customers.I recommend others to look at reviews before considering this dealership.I was working sales rep Jacob Clark and his Manager and had the worst experience. This Sales Res has zero knowledge, for every single or small question he was reaching his manager who has even worst attitude while dealing with customer.Went there for buying new CRV with all payment in hand, deal fell off because of unethical behavior and sales rep to manager level people.I will not be considering this dealership in future and not recommending to anyone.

Chandler was the dealer that worked with me and where do I start. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with him. From the moment walking into the door all the way to handing off the key and saying goodbye he’s was very outgoing, caring, and passionate! He was so helpful and kept asking about which cars I might like, keeping in mind what I was looking for in a car. When it came to doing so, he showed that he is very hard working and kept grabbing multiple keys to cars that he thought I would like and or car that were in my description of what I desired for a car. When it came to judging the cars and saying which one was better I liked that he was very straightforward with me and gave me his honest opinion on which car he thought would be better. He was so helpful and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dealer than him. He was so respectful and did what he could to make me as well as my mom feel comfortable. He also was very patient with me when it came to making a decision on which car to choose which I highly appreciate! $60 oil change? Used to be $30. Also was promised 2 hours for a 3000 mile oil change. Didnt get done for 6 hours. No rental, no ride home. Had to pickup next day. No notification or updates on delay.

He was super patient, flexible, and definitely helped us find what we needed. Had the vehicles pulled when we arrived. We are a repeat customer, and were looking at both new and used. Selection is down, like all dealerships, but they still had a number of choices fitting what we were looking for. We went with used, and Deston was great. Only downside was prices were a little more than what we had hoped, but that was true at all places we visited.
Wilde Honda is a good Service Station for Honda cars. The customer service is very good and the staff at the desk as well as at the maintenance and repair center are very helpful and friendly.
The title lady Freedom in that office has NO idea what “Freedom” means. Very POOR customer service and cheap attitude. I would NEVER want to be a server at a restaurant she visits. She is entitled, poor attitude, and no consideration of others is very contagious in her heart. CHEAP ATTITUDE
Purchased and have had my vehicle maintained at this location several times, and every time has been a great experience. Andrew in service is fantastic with explaining the issue and costs associated and overall has the best customer service Ive experienced in awhile. 10/10 would recommend.

Great buying experience, terrible customer service after sale.Expect to deal with an educated and professional sales rep that provides a wonderful buying experience.....only to then to be left high and dry as your calls/emails go unanswered for weeks/months once you have an issue.I have been trying to cancel a Service Package we included in the original purchase as we no longer live in the area. I originally made the request on May 2nd, 2021 - and I have still not received confirmation of the refund, the refund amount or anything - its impossible to get a hold of anyone there - UNLESS, you are buying a car, then they are super responsive!!
Chandler and Chris at Wilde Honda made my wife and I feel at home and welcomed. They worked diligently to get us a brand new car a day after schlossmans said sorry $500 payment a month. We found a similar car here with way lower payments and they didn’t stop helping us until we were comfortable with the right vehicle. I have to be honest - I was really dreading car shopping and had been dragging my feet about it for months. Ive had unpleasant experiences in the past, and a different dealership that I went to earlier that day only confirmed that expectation. They were persistent and patient in working with me to find exactly the right car and the right deal for me, while never feeling like they were being pushy. They answered ever question that I had and made sure that I felt comfortable with any decision that I made. Had to bring my 2007 Honda Odyssey in and Dennis was most helpful. At first they couldn’t find what was leaking under my van but after coming back a second time he felt bad and got me in right away to replace a water pump. This shows the kind of company it is, not everyone is going to get everything right the first time, that’s life. But when a company goes beyond to try and make it right that’s the company you want to do business with. He gave me a loaner car and promised to do what he could to keep costs down. Due to Dennis’s honesty I will continue to do business with Wilde Honda and tell others to use them also. We are in the market for a new family vehicle, so stopped here as we were interested in checking out a GMC Acadia they had in stock. The first thing we noticed was even though the salesmen were standing outside starring at us, no one came out to us even though we were standing there checking out a the vehicle. Finally my husband went to go get help so we could test drive it. We figured it would take a moment since it was blocked in by another vehicle and they would have to move it, but it turns out it was a customers vehicle so we were SOL about test driving it since they wouldnt even announce over the speakers for the customer to come move their car. Luckily it turned out that we had no interest in test driving as we noticed when we seen the inside that it had not been prepped or cleaned. There was trash filled in the seat pockets, the register covers just laying on the floor, and obviously just a hot mess. The salesman claimed they never clean and prep their vehicles until they are bought. If they dont clean and prep them, I have very little faith in them fully checking over the vehicle for safety and concerns before listing it. We will never be back.

This was the first car dealership that was a 10/10. They workers there are nice and friendly and the two people that made my experience was Jeff and Dogan. Jeff was the best salesman and Dogan was the best finance person I worked with. They were both patient and great to talk to and made the process easy. I definitely recommend and will be back again.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Honda Accord a few months back.I soon realized that the Apple Car play would cut out after about 1 minute. I only tested it for 1 minute when I test drove it, so I had no way of knowing that it was defective to begin with.I took the car in to be fixed. They said it needed a completely new stereo, since the other one NEVER worked. They told me it would take 3-4 days due to the timeline with ordering parts. They tried to NOT give me a rental car from the jump. I literally had to fight with the guy and say I wasn’t leaving without a rental car. Magically one appeared, even tho 5 minutes prior they didn’t have one for me.14 DAYS it took for me to get my car back. Mind you I was paying the 400$ per month car payment this whole time and I was driving some beat 2008 Honda SUV which was the rental car that I had to fight for.I tried contacting the new car manager. 3 phone calls and an email. No response. It wasn’t until I reached out to someone who I know works at the dealership that he finally got back to me.He basically told me to kick rocks. He said he could contact Honda but there was nothing the dealership could do. He basically put all the blame on the service department manager for it taking so long and told him he would have him call me. He also told me that he would call me back after he contacted Honda, which he never did.(Or still hasn’t)The service manager called me and I told him the story. Guess what? He never called me back like he told me he would!At the end of the day I was sold a brand new car, that was defective, and this dealership did nothing for me. It literally took them 2 weeks to fix a stereo issue. The guys in management are grimey. Once you buy the car, and they have their money, they are done with you.I would highly recommend NOT going to this dealership. It’s mind blowing to me how they handled this situation. I’ve talked to several people since this happened, and multiple people I know have had bad experiences here. This dealership is a volume dealership, they just want to pump cars out. Even if they are defective.
I had the pleasure on Monday of working with Chandler- to start off he he proved to be the furthest thing from a “sleezy dishonest” salesman and I thoroughly appreciated it! From the start he was quick and efficient in finding exactly what I was looking for while respecting my budget. He gave me what I thought was more than fair for my trade. The entire time spent was truly a pleasure….he was personable, funny, knowledgeable on what I asked.He truly cared about my best interests, unlike some sales guys at a few other dealerships I had visited. He took it upon himself to take care of a few scratches on the outside as well as personally remove a few of the stains on the inside which I didn’t even think was possible to get rid of.Better yet weeks after the fact when I was experiencing a small issue with one of my tires he had it fixed in a matter of a few days. Chandler truly is a gem to be experienced at Wilde Honda and I’m grateful to have worked with him

There’s a bad stereotype for salesmen but Tyler was completely transparent and honest. He was patient and helped us secure a great deal. Drove from Green Bay to pick up cpo 2018 Pilot. They had 6 hours notice on coming, car was filthy. Car also had mechanical flaws and they tried to hide it. Dealership is dirty and loud. Too much to write. Avoid and spend elsewhere.

I reached out to Hector Contreras-Soto last minute on a Friday evening. He was very responsive and he quickly got the two cars we were interested in to test drive. One of them actually sold, but he found us a similar, if not better one for us to try. With the help of Hector and Tyler we came to an agreeable price, so we ended up signing the paper work that night. The next day we came in, re-inspected the car, met with Chris from finance to finalize the paperwork, paid, and left. Very smooth process, three great guys to work with - would highly recommend working with these guys!

They dropped the free soda. Service was over priced. Me and my wife are due for new vehicles and Honda lost $80,000 in sales to save .50 cents. Buy your cars somewhere else folks, somewhere that they still treat there customers like guests and not just garbage.

Wish I could rate less than one star. First time new car buying experience was fairly enjoyable and was very satisfied driving the car off the lot. Returned to the dealership later that night to pick up my old car that I had left in the lot. Thats when I began noticing how filthy the car really was, under the nice bright lights. It had been washed with obviously very hard water, scratched and smeared in every imaginable place. The windows, once a small amount of condensation formed, were so filthy that it was outright dangerous to drive the car. The entire front of the car is covered in overspray/fallout/dirt etc. so deeply embedded in the paint, regular touchfree car washing was not enough. The car had to be clayed, polished and waxed to look halfway decent. They obviously noticed this because someone had taken a rag with buffing compound to a section and scratched the paint. Tried returning to the dealership to make them aware and attempt to resolve the issue. They refused to admit fault for the problem, laughed at me when I try to point out the problem. They cant even direct you to the correct department to file a WARRANTY CLAIM. You call and ask for service for a warranty claim, service directs you to finance and finance directs you to the sales department. They sent me to Mander Auto Collision to get warranty pictures and fill out a form for the dealership. At least the people there were willing to help, unlike Wilde. So after being told they will follow up, I never hear back, going on 3 weeks now. I have had numerous phone calls into the store, they are always more than happy to take a message and have someone call you back but clearly there is a brick wall on the other side of that telephone. Attempted to contact the salesman to inquire about all of these problems, he calls back after I leave a voicemail and tells me hell call me back in 5-10 minutes, because hes with a customer. Okay, understandable. Well, 3 weeks later, no call back. During the finance negotiation, there was absolutely zero explanation of the costs and benefits of any of the extra warranty options or any detail given to the most pertinent information. Not that things werent disclosed, just very poorly communicated and dishonest.Word of advice to anyone who was considering Wilde, STAY AWAY! To anyone who has done business with Wilde, I am so sorry to hear that. Wilde Honda is the definition of a stereotypical car dealer. They only care to move product, once its gone, they hope you are too.Oh, and this is to the robot that is going to reply to this Google review saying that I should call the manager. I would but no one would call me back.

This was my first experience with Wilde Honda. I saw the car I was interested online and made the call. It was a 2 hour drive but totally worth it! My salesman Jeff Meyer had the car all warmed up and ready for a test drive. He was very laid back and personable. Jeff answered questions, was not high pressure and very personable. The finance department was also so very friendly and helpful! Needless to say, I bought my car and it was worth the drive!

During the buying process of our van our salesman just added a warranty to the price of the car despite us saying no to it. So if we werent paying attention we would have paid an additional $877 for something that we didnt want. Salesman also delivered us a very dirty vehicle despite saying it was clean. Than he tried to make me give the place a 5 star review on here. Overall I found their practices very scummy and greasy.
The car was good, Hector said theres no rust but there was a bit over one wheel. As others have stayed, the price offered on carfax.com site was NOT what he initially wrote contract up for and tried to say its a 3rd party site ?? still not sure what he meant by that, Wilde listed the car/price with that site. I had been texting him regarding this car and showed him my confirmation text of car, price and time we would arrive as we were 1.5 hours away. He did honor the agreed price. Overall, the car was worth it, a great runner and in good shape. My advice for Wilde buyers is to do your research, document the discussion, be watchful.
Always a good experience. Even though they are on the pricier end, you are paying for quality. Genuine parts, genuine service. Ask for Stu if you are getting your car fixed, as he always makes sure you arent getting ripped off.

Took all day to buy a car. The lot is not big enough to store all the vehicles so they have many of them off site. Which meant if we wanted to see the next level up, our salesperson had to look up where the car was located, then drive there and bring the car back to the dealership. Not an efficient use of the customers time. Why would you not have one of every model and package on the lot and put the extra cars at the remote location instead of having 13 of the same vehicle parked out front. Maybe there is a reason for it but it doesnt make sense to me.

I got my first car here and it was a pretty good experience. I came back a few years later looking for my next one, and the sales were way too high pressure. Both the sales rep and manager didnt listen to what I had to say and I had to walk out.
Chandler was the person who handled our sale today. He was the most upbeat and wonderful person to work with. He talked us through every step of the sale and always made sure we were never overwhelmed. He was very clear and honest with us, as well as made sure we were getting the best deal for our money.Chris K. who handled our finances and walked us through everything in the money department took really good care of us and was an absolute joy to work with.I cant recommend these guys enough. A Surprisingly Poor ExperienceI purchased a 2012 Toyota Rav4 from Wilde Honda on July, 5th 2021. During the following few days I noticed an unusual shudder sound coming from the undercarriage. I called Wilde Honda, and after being transfered to the wrong department/person several times, I made an appointment to get my car looked at. The following two days I made several calls in an attempt to secure a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. Again I was transfered to the wrong department/person several times and several calls were dropped (unusual for my phone). I finally got through and they explained to me that no rentals would be available for the next two weeks. I made known that I had just purchased this vehicle from the very same dealership and that it needed a rather serious repair. This didnt seem to concern her, and she suggested I use their shuttle, which I was open to at this point. The shuttle only runs from 7am to 4pm, which is not terribly convenient for anyone who works first shift. I made separate transportation arrangements without Wilde Hondas help.I dropped off the Rav4 on July 15th and left a note explaining that I believed the torque converter was faulty. The next day Andrew Canak (manager) explained to me that he had three technicians drive the vehicle and found nothing wrong with it. I offered to help by riding along with him and/or one of his technicians so I could point out the problem. He declined my request and said that his technicians didnt have time to keep driving my car around and that he couldnt fix something that doesnt need fixing. I asked Andrew if there was someone else who could help me. I asked for this persons contact information, but Andrew said that he did not have it. Clearly at a stand still, he suggested I contact my salesman.I called my salesman, Spencer. I explained to him the situation in detail and insisted that he ride along with me in the Rav4. Spencer told me that he wasnt quite sure why I reached out to him and that he doesnt have much pull around Wilde Honda and that he wasnt sure what he could do even if it was clear to him that the Rav4 in fact did have a problem. However, Spencer agreed to ride along. He heard the shudder I had described and acknowledged that it needed to be looked at and fixed. I suggested that I ride along with a service tech so that they could identify and fix the issue. Spencer talked to his manager, Ali, (who clearly didnt want to speak to me directly), who denied my request to ride along with a technician. He did however suggest that I take my business to Wilde Toyota. Since the Rav4 had been at Wilde Honda since I dropped it off, I had driven a different vehicle there to meet with Spencer. They did not offer to shuttle my car to their affiliate dealership, Wilde Toyota, so I had to make separate arrangements to transport the Rav4 without Wilde Hondas help.I dropped off the Rav4 at Wilde Toyota. John Milczarski (John gets five stars) called me from Wilde Toyota. He said he was able to replicate the shudder sound and that it was a faulty torque converter. He explained that the warranty people had to get involved and that the first step was to get the initial inspection report sent over from Wilde Honda. He told me that he deals with Wilde Honda all the time and that he didnt expect them to respond for several days because they take their sweet time.The repair was covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. Wilde Honda covered the $250 or so deductible, thats why you get one star instead of zero. I inquired as to why the repair was covered under my extended warranty which included a deductible instead of under Wilde Hondas 30 day warranty. I didnt receive a clear explanation, and frankly I was beat down by this point and was just glad to know my car would be repaired with seemingly no cost to me, besides the $1,500 powertrain warranty. Wilde Honda preferred that I use my extended warranty through Fidelity rather than I use their warranty, so I saved them $3,600 in repairs, youre welcome.

Weve bought 4 vehicles from this location for the main reason that the salesmen are fast at finding what we want. Jeff Meyer helped us this time around and was very informative and heard what we were looking for and what budget we had to work with. Also, Tyler and Ethan in financing have always worked with our bank and pulls everything up quickly which gets us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I decided on a 18 Camry for a great price and Chandler negotiated the price down a bit for me too! Then, Chris K in finance was nothing but a stand-up guy. He explained all the package options and listened to my opinions. I ended up taking only a few packages and he was able to negotiate with his manager a few more options into my deal so that my experience even greater! I walked out with a totally protected Camry within my budget and comfort level. If you need a used car, dont go anywhere else! Firstly, I spent eight years in commissioned sales before becoming an educator. I know the tactics and pitches. I’m quickly turned off by fake. Wilde Honda is the real deal, and Dan Simion is their best!! I have bought five cars from here over the years, and every time I’ve had Dan. He listens to what you want, and he does not push you into the most expensive to get big commission. No, he gets you the car at the price you are looking for. To Dan, it doesn’t matter if you want a $100k car or a $2k car as long you get the one that makes you happy! That’s rare in sales. This is true of management as well for both new and used. Each customer is treated like family, and loyalty is honored here. If you need a car (Honda or other) stop here first!

We were looking for a vehicle for my son who is about to get his drivers license soon. We decided to check out some vehicles from Wilde Honda that we saw online.
