Needed a turbo put in and went with the fleece cheetah. Amazing work done, kept me updated every step of the way. Would 110% recommend him for any work needed done on your diesel truck.

I contacted Scott about a Duramax we had just bought. We wanted it tuned and also asked him to look over the truck and give us his thoughts since this is our first diesel. After doing so he found that the truck had already been tuned and in his opinion it really needed nothing. He was extremely honest and spent an hour out of his day just chatting with us about what to watch for when we hookup to a travel trailer and start traveling. I couldnt be happier with our meeting. I hope to meet up again. Honest people and honest shops like this are rare.

Took our lly here for a boost leak, we called scott and scheduled a time to meet for an estimate. When he looked at it and he said passenger up pipe had a crack in it, he gave us many options on what to do as well as getting the up pipe replaced, I’ve never experienced a shop that communicates as good as this one, Sands is a very professional shop, they did excellent work and had the truck done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Sands diesel performance to anyone, and will never take my business anywhere else.

Very poor customer service. I called the day before about bringing my truck in. The internet says they are open at 7:30 a.m I told him I would drop my truck off around 8 am to discuss with him in person about my truck. Never said anything but OK sounds good. So next day I show up and the door is locked. So I call him and Im like where are you and he says we dont open to 9 am which I already took off work to go drop my truck dont you think you mention this yesterday on the phone. So he says drop the keys and leave and I said I wanted to discuss everything in person. So I left maybe the website should be changed and also say something on the phone the day before I cant just leave work whenever to do this. Very poor customer service
