Very disappointed in there pricing. Charged me 4 times what it cost at Autozone

Excellent place for car repair. I had my car repaired there and a few weeks later my son needed repair. It took a few days because they were so busy but problem was diagnosed and repairs were done at the time promised on both vehicles. If I need repairs ever again I will definitely go back there.

Ive been going to Phil for many, many years. Hes honest, has super competitive prices and a great crew that does A++ quality work! He doesnt oversell services, which seems to be one of the rarest qualities to find at an auto shop! I had a big p.o.s. that Phil amazingly kept running for a couple years until I could afford something better!! Ive been super lucky with my current new-to-me vehicle (which Phil checked out for me)!! Hes the best mechanic in the Midwest!

Ive been bringing both my cars to Phils auto service in Waukesha for several years for all my auto needs and services. I will say that both Phil and Steve are AWESOME guys, they always quote me honest, do great work and very reasonable too. When I first moved here I tried several places to include the Lexus dealership where I got (FREE SNACKS) and well lets just say Ill stick with Phils and I can buy groceries for a month with the savings!

I have gone to Phils Auto twice, about a year apart. After the initial visit he told me the ball joints on my vehicle were becoming loose. I decided not to fix them at that time. When I came back a year later to get my radiator replaced, he reminded me about the ball joints and said they had gotten worse. So I asked for an estimate. I left to get a second opinion from another trusted auto service who informed me my ball joints were not loose at all. I do not like being deceived or cheated out of money. The fact that he lied about it on both occasions, a year apart, is disconcerting and makes me question the integrity of the shop. I will not be returning to Phils Auto.
