1:28 was recommended by several people so I figured I would give them a try-- they are AMAZING! I have had several issues with my vehicles and Rey and his team go above and beyond to 1. do an amazing job and 2. find ways to make the repair as cost effective as possible.One issue was a bit of a mystery, but Rey thought it might be a component that was a bit pricy, he ordered it, replaced the suspicious component, and told me to drive it for a week or so to see if that fixed the problem-- it it did the trick, come in and pay for the job. I was flabbergasted he even suggested such a crazy thing, but I did as suggested and what he did was indeed the solution so I gladly stopped in to pay my bill. He seemed a bit shocked to see me, but when you find a mechanic like this you have won the cosmic lottery and you gladly write the check because it is fair and it actually feels good to work with a decent person and business.I had one problem that the shop wasnt equipped to resolve, but Rey did look at the car and gave me suggestions as to what he thought might be the problem-- and he did this as a courtesy. Amazing. Ive sent several more customers his way and they are all equally happy.Thank you 1:28. Your whole team is incredible and how you approach this business is taking so much stress out of peoples lives, I know you have done that for me. 100 % confidence they will do right by me.
