The staff have been very helpful from the beginning and teaching how to use the unit to any issues throughout the time Ive had it.. my issues have all been few but handled swiftly by the staff... Appointments recalibrations are easy and flawlessly done.. the unit itself is reliable.. accurate.. and even throughout our cold season in Wisconsin .. its reliable..nobody enjoys these devices that is true but if I have to pick from the three brands Ive used in the past this one by far is the best overall experience... and we all know whole horrible it is to have one of these in our vehicles so anything that makes it easier is appreciated..

Kyle installed an interlock for me on my white Mustang convertible. He was quick, precise, attentive to detail. His instructions regarding the use of the device were easy to follow and he was patient with me during my (slow) assimilation of those instructions. Service at the Waukesha location from Charlie has been top notch. He has been extremely helpful in providing me with information on all kinds of aspects of my interlock device i.e. device transfer and how the whole process works and what it entails. My device was incorrectly installed at time of transfer at the Pewaukee location by another employee and Charlie was able to properly correct the issue on the spot and has extremely courteous and knowledge, I would definitely recommend him, specifically, to any future customers to the Wisconsin Interlock company.
