Roberto has been servicing my vehicles for more than fifteen years. I rarely recommend anyone to my friends but I tell them about Robertos awesome and reasonable service. Roberto is trustworthy and I know he is looking out for me. I had an estimate from a dealer for miscellaneous repairs and Roberto did it for half the price. The work is done right the first time.

Ive been waiting on my car to get fixed for over 2 weeks and they keep giving me the same old excuse about how the parts came in and they got the wrong one. Not only that, they are NOT transparent at all about the progress of the vehicle. As a customer, I shouldnt be calling everyday about how my car is coming along in getting fixed. They should be informing me beforehand. I will NEVER go to them for their services ever again.

Horrible. Please do not waste your time or money. The owner Roberto will act as your friend. Youd think he is the nicest guy around. Think again. He preys on women that are broke and in need. He will even go as far as to solicit. I know of another way you can pay me are his famous words. And when you say No then something completely different goes wrong with your car. He STRIPS your car of AIRBAGS, SENSORS, DUMMY TIRE, JUMPER CABLES, SPEAKERS AND MUCH MUCH MORE. I can not stress this enough. PLEASE BEWARE. My regular mechanic was full for the weekend and I needed to get my emissions done quickly. Roberto was very inexpensive and the car passed with no problems. My regular, Greenwood Auto is also very inexpensive and very good. My sister has been using Roberto for years and he has saved her thousands over the estimates from out of town mechanics.

Ive been going to Roberto for about a year now for all my car troubles and have received timely and professional service every time. Roberto listens to my concerns and understands the problem before working on my car. I will admit, I dont know much about vehicles so I am very hesitant to go mechanics that will just work on my car without asking or explaining. Roberto is anything but that. These guys are amazing! We were WAAAY out of town and having some potential suspension issues, so we called early in the morning on a Saturday, and they were able to take us in immediately. They didnt charge a diagnostic fee, and it ended up just being a loose bolt. They were very expedient and understanding of our situation and helped us back out on the road safely! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone needing any work done!

I have been to this shop since 2 years and I didnt expect him like this the way he did with me. I had a hard time with my battery so I took over to him he said it was alternator problem not the battery and without confirming from me he put the old alternator. I was shock by this now Im having hard time with the battery again. Battery is good alternor is the problem again.. Im not gonna go to this store again..I believe if a person know someone from long time he/she shouldnt betray for money..

I went to Robertos Auto Services two times so far. Excellent service with no unnecessary cost. The shop doesnt look fancy and thats fine as I dont want to pay a premium for the ambiance there. He quoted very reasonable price that I couldnt even interested to do a bargain. To my happiness the initial quote didnt change after the work got completed. He helps you for pickup/dropoff if needed. He doesnt suggest you to spend money unless it is really necessary. Do give a try visiting this place once.

I’ve been going to Roberto’s for years! Never had a problem with them. Very reasonable price and they’re very professional.

Took my tire to get it patched and thought everything was ok but after a month or so the tire was going down again. I changed my my tire and noticed there was a bolt missing and they didnt even mention it to me. Its cheap but you get what you pay for I guess.
