The transmission went out on my older van. Service was quick. They rebuilt it on site. So far it drives like new. Service was great and friendly

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Very helpful and friendly. While I was waiting at the counter, I heard Don recommend to someone on the phone a cheaper alternative than them rebuilding a particularly labor- and parts-intensive job. Thats unheard of honesty. I almost hope my transmission breaks again so that I can give them my business again.Almost.As it is, I have complete faith in the work they did. Cannot recommend them enough.

Don is the best. My truck (2003 Explorer Sport Trac) has had transmission issues for years (5+) because I has the trans fluid flushed at 70000 miles, horrible decision on my part. Don gave me the best price Ive ever been offered and rebuilt my trans. He is always fair and will treat you right. He believes in being fair which is invaluable in todays market. The trans is as good as new! Thank you so much Karry brothers transmission! Im so happy to be driving my truck again.

Karry Brothers has rebuilt two transmissions for me flawlessly. Even stood up for their work after the warranty had lapsed.

They repaired a trans I brought in. I called at least a dozen other places before I called them. I am really glad I did. I consider myself a car guy, but I left there with an education in stuff I didnt know. Don really treated me right, my trans works great, and he stood by his quote. No surprises. Thanks.

My name is Jennifer Morrison . I cannot say enough good things about Karry Brothers Transmissions. I took my car to Gurnee Transmission first . I had to bring it back there 5 times . It still was not fixed. Plus they had broken other parts of the car . I was given a recommendation for KBT. Best advice I ever got ! I wish I would have known about them before ! I have not had a working car for almost 2 months. Don was so nice ! He knew that I had been through a nightmare with the other place, and charged me very minimally. He also went above and beyond by replacing a burnt out headlight for free ! After being without my car throughout the holidays and finding it hard to trust someone with my car now.....KBT fixed in within a couple of days and restored my trust ! A good mechanic is hard to find. But I would definitely recommend them ! Thank you for helping me!

Theyve been around for years so that should say it all. Excellent Fair people that you dont have to take your vehicle in and worried about getting ripped off if you got a transmission problem thats the place to have it fixed
