This place saved my life, more than once. My boyfriends car died on a Sunday and they towed it and fixed the problem within 30 mins. We were just going to get it towed home but they said we could bring it to their shop to check it out. So glad we did. They fixed it within minutes and barely charged us anything. Thank you so much for making what couldve been a horrible day- so much better. Will be coming here for whatever we need from now on.

They stole My Cadillac converter my car just needed a thermostat I will never go to this Place Again and they still charged me when they fixed NOTHING They are thieves

Angels is a decent place to go. Work sometimes takes a long time and I dont mean your having major work done kinda time but just for something simple such as having my break fluid flushed took 3 hrs and they still didnt get to my car took me an hour to do on my on. Upside is for most things you want done to your car this shop is usually willing to beat competitors prices

Always busy here so get in very early to get your repairs done. The staff are honest and not pushy and will fix your car without adding any unnecessary extras.

They had great costumer service the owners daughter was very polite and sweet they all explained it very well and I didn’t really understand they helped me out right away and I would go again

They robbed $140 worth of items and they denied it said nothing they can and when we first arrived there they were already being a little unprofessional wouldn’t recommend unless your car is empty😍but again a review said they stole the car....😬

Angels Auto Repair was a great experience. I trusted him with my car and I never once felt that because I was a woman that they were trying to take advantage of me. They took a job that take an hour and a half 2 tops to do and I ended up being here LITERALLY 6 hours. They move soo slow.. if your not dropping your car off and getting it the next day I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Oh and somehow I got a ticket because when whoever test drove my car blew a red light on sunset in Waukegan, a street I don’t ever go down.

One of the workers there even took me to the the store to pick up a different part because I picked the wrong one that was above and beyond the customer service line I really appreciate that . Good place to have your car fixed

GARBAGE! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged me $300 and DID NOT fix my car. My car wouldn’t start and they GUESSED it was the starter. They replaced the starter and called that the car was ready. Got there and......CAR DIDNT START! So they didn’t even test it before calling. They immediately blamed it on the alternator. BUT my alternator was only 2 weeks old. I had my car TOWED YO ANOTHER SHOPand paid them $125 to fix an electric cord and my car is fine now.

If i could give a negative review i would. The owner was not only extremely rude and unprofessional he also scammed me out of money. I called for a tow he stated it was an $80 tow. I unfortunately was scammed out of an extra $100 for a tow. You might be asking well how far was the tow it was only 5miles. I will never be using this severely unprofessional company again. Oh by the way i had to give a star to post this so dont pay any attention to the 1 star that i posted because this company is not even worth 1 star

I was called and told to pick up my minivan because it was ready. When I get there 15 minutes later no one was there. Mind you that this was during their normal business hours.

On scale 1-10, Customer service is a 3. Expertise is a 7.9. Pricing is fair especially for tires new and used. If they up their customer service abd overall look on inside of store they could be an 8.5 to 9.

Never trust their towing service! They gave me one price on the phone,forty dollars,when they showed up they demanded I pay seventy. Not only that but also in cash when I called back to ask about price change and tell him I only had cash for original deal, the owner hung up the phone and the driver left. Leaving my car stranded and without a tow. Horrible business practice not at all okay.

Great experience! Had wobbly tire on my Lexus SUV.. Technician drove it. Balanced and rotated tires and put in a new rear tire all for an extremely low cost. Now all wobbling and shimmying is gone. Ill be back.

If i could give them a negative star i would they are a f*cking rip of... they lie to you about the price for tires and towing and when they come to collect my car they switch up the pricing and if thats how they do business that is on theyre part and on their business but for you to come to my home when i disagree with the switch up of prices you refuse to hand me back all my money is wrong... they said it was a mistake on theyre part but I have to pay for it when i called to speak to the supervisor they told me to call somebody else and hung up on me. If this is how you do business no wonder why you have to lie and steal money #PatheticAndRude

Not only did it take them over a month to fix my front and rear bumper, but my dealership told me that there are missing parts inside my car. When I would call to talk to a mechanic, I was always told Id get a call back and then hung up on. Never did I actually get a call back. Do not go to them if you want an actual working car... I spent over $2,000 there, and now it will cost me over $3,000 at my dealership to replace the parts they took and/or broke. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have never been more disappointed in a business.

Horrible towing service. They tell you one thing and then they dont follow through with it at all. Expected the vehicle to be dropped off Friday, Monday rolls around and there is no sign of the vehicle. Then they say it will be there in under 1 hour and its now 2.5 hours later and they arent picking up their phones anymore. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Unreliable. They straight up lie to you. They never answer your calls when youre trying to check up on your car. The garage and front lot is dirty and disastrous looking, almost looks like a junkyard. Avoid.

Do not ever take your car to this shop. Apart from lack of expertise, they will beat you up if you complain about the unavoidable nasty job. They ruined my car and cost me thousands. Go to the dealership or deal with people who can at least speak english. Be warned

Had vehicle towed, they damaged front end. Charged me five times more than any other service. Crooks, crooks, crooks

I went here for a tire, but it took me like two hours to get the tire. I was the only one there at first, but as I was waiting, other people were coming in and getting their cars repaired and leaving. Not sure if they had appointments or not, but I know I wont be going back there. But they do repair cars for cheap though, if you dont mind waiting.

Cheap towing because they overcharge you for bad work later. Didn’t even fix my car. Just kept ignoring my calls and ordering more parts. 😡
