We have lived at The Landings for 2 years and have truly enjoyed our experience. The updated apartments have nice appliances/finishes, there is ample storage space and closet space, parking is a non-issue, the community is pet-friendly and has nice amenities, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Management has always been responsive and accommodating to our needs. If not for relocating, we wouldnt hesitate to resign our lease. I definitely recommend considering The Landings in your apartment search!

While we decided to move to a different area, while we were working with the Landings it was nothing but easy. Melissa got back to me so quickly and kept me posted on all the apartments that became availible. The office staff at the Landings is fantastic!

Stayed here for a few months and maintenance were the only people who were professional. The leasing office is nice until you are in the units. They choose who they want to stay here and discriminate. They had no reason to treat us the way they did. We would have stayed longer if the leasing office was not unreasonable. When we signed the papers to move out, the gentleman in the office signed a “$” sign on our move out papers as reasons for us moving out although clearly the money was not the issue. Yes they are expensive, but we were willing to pay to stay there. Also, their move out fees are ridiculous and will charge you for any little thing. My experience dealing with leasing office was terrible and they left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Best place! Me and my wife have moved around several times due to military orders and the Landings have been the best apartments we have lived in. The units are nice and spacious. The apartment areas are very safe and family oriented. The staff is top notch! They are always having events that are fun and entertaining. We will miss it. Highly recommended!

I am staying in Landings apartments since January 2016 (last 4 and half years). Overall I had a good experience. But after staying here for almost 4 and half years, I realized that apartment management gives very less importance for maintenance of amenities.For example for entire apartment we have only one tennis court but that also not maintained in good condition. Court is filled with multiple gaping cracks and net is almost sweeping the ground at the centre. Overall I feel like tennis courts in public parks are well maintained than in Landings apartment. I stilluse tennis court regularly, but always worry about potential injury due to poor condition of the court. I wanted to update few images of current condition here, but didn’t get an option to do that.Even though Landings is an expensive apartment to stay in this area, if anyone looking to rent this for utilizing amenities advertised in Landings website, I strongly recommend visiting the facility and check the condition of amenities of interest to you.

This has been the best apartment complex and community that Ive lived at yet. They have frequent events for us to come together and get to know one another. Even during Covid they had creative ideas to ensure we could participate while following the Covid health precautions. I never woke up to any noise, its a very quiet, safe, and peaceful apartment complex. EVERY time I had any maintenance issues they fixed it that same day, including just replacing light bulbs. And yes, that was also during Covid. The staff has always been all smiles and welcoming. My husband and I would have stayed there forever if he wasnt stationed to the east coast.

I have lived here for the past two years, which have been nothing but pleasant experiences. I am honestly shocked to see some of these negative reviews, as I have not experienced anything remotely close. I dont typically write reviews, but I felt with my experience, this was wroth a review! Specifically, I will hit on all aspects of my personal experience.This was my first apartment on my own and the staff has been nothing friendly, helpful, and constantly available. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, everything was addressed within less than 24 hours. All maintenance requests that were put it were also addressed and resolved within a few days. My requests ranged from small to large issues (e.g. filters needing to be replaced in the fridge, issue with the washing machine, issues with a dripping faucet) with everything being addressed in a timely manner: within a day for more urgent requests and less than 3 days for non-urgent requests. The communication was clear and all issues were transparent to me. When maintenance attended to these issues while I was home, they were nothing but friendly!As for overall communication, I think the staff did an amazing job not only keeping the residents up to date on community events, but also letting the residents know of any changes within the community. I have been a resident through the COVID-19 pandemic, and although times have been hard to adjust, the staff has worked to ensure residents are safe. I truly appreciate the upkeep of the cleanliness of both halls and community areas in order for residents to continue to have a life as close to normal as possible.Although I did not attend many community events or get close to any neighbors, I appreciated the feel of the community itself. To me, it feels very family friendly and welcoming to all people. I felt safe and comfortable with the location of the apartment and my neighbors. Neighbors and staff simply smiling, waving, and saying hello really made a difference to me for comfort.In terms of my apartment itself, I did have a newly renovated apartment at the beginning of my lease. The cabinets and appliances were beautiful, the rooms were all spacious, and I had plenty of storage places. The only non-positive opinion I have is the noise. The walls are by no means sound proof, but the noise levels never raised high enough to be a problem at all. Most of the noise only came after the pandemic hit, which is obviously understandable as everyone is still adjusting to a full time life at home.Overall, I would highly recommend to my friends/family or anyone considering joining this community. It was a great location for me with a 6min commute to work and 5min drive to many food options. I enjoyed my time here and am happy to have such a good experience in my first apartment!

I am on year 2, and have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. The office and managerial staff are excellent, friendly and very responsive. The maintenance staff is amazing, prompt and very helpful. The apartments are clean and well appointed. I have looked at other options in the area, and none have the amenities and offerings like the Landings!

Im a marine in the military & signed a lease to live here before actually visiting. Happy I did. Solid positive experience. Almost always helped by Phil (awesome guy, extremely helpful, kind & friendly) at the front office though almost all of the staff are great. Close to many amenities & very nice complex with great neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here between 2008 and 2009. Clean, spacious apartments with helpful front office staff. Sad had to move out before the lease expiry. But fond memories nevertheless.

Love it here. Very happy with staff, neighbors, facility & our apt. (Side note: All staff are extremely friendly except for one whom can come off as short & curt but really shes very sweet!) I have to say this has been one of the best apt complex experiences Ive ever had. (Usually live in homes)

Tons of hidden fees and lack of communication.You will really get shocked when you try to get out of the lease (nothing will be written on the lease document).Management will be nice to you when you move in but not helpful at all when you need their help. Avoid this place. All about money. If you need home search in Facebook Marketplace.

Very nice apartments. Clean home, i just loved staying in Landings. Staff is also very good and supportive. The only problem is lease policy. You have to give 2 months notice to break the lease. I would suggest to stay in the apartments if you are looking for a posh home.

I work for a company that relocates families that have been displaced from their homes due to fires or natural disasters. I worked with the property manager Rhonda and I was impressed and extremely pleased on how polite and professional she was. She was also very accommodating and I was able to relocate the displaced family fairly quickly due to her constant availability. Thank you Rhonda for your help and I will continue to keep you in mind for future clients in your area.

Best apartments to live better than the ones around like the lakes at fountain square etc. Here U will find clean apartments, separate buildings for pet owners and the staff is good too .

We lived here for just about a year before having to move again. Overall it was a great place to live. Our move to begin with was quick and Melissa was the person to help us all the way from GA so that was helpful. Living here was great overall. The apartment is still kinda new and not super outdated. Maintenance was always on time esp when I locked myself out the apartment 2x and for 2 other minor things. My only complaint which isnt even towards the Landings is whoever lived below us clearly has never lived in a multi family home before. Bc they made the most ridiculous complaints about us when we werent even home or like asleep. Its an apartment. Youre gonna hear stuff ocassionally. But overall it was quiet to us and we loved it there esp for the price. The front office staff were all kind overall but my favorite was Melissa. Moving out was good as well. They gave us a list and we basically cleaned and followed it but I think they offered to clean it as well but for a fee. Anywho Landings was a great place to live and I always felt safe bc half the time I was there alone my husband at work. Definitely recommend 🙂

Live anywhere but here. Extremely rude staff. They will be nice to you when you move in but a so not helpful when you need their help. Avoid this place. All about money.

If I could gave zero star. Manager was so rude and always can feel a strong smell of smoke from her (I was with my kid while talking with her...was so bad). 2 power cuts occured when we were there and theft cases were notified by our neighbor too. Do not help at all while you live there, and try to charge you more when you plan to leave. A lot of friends moved out of this place, thats why they always have and even incresed the referal amount for new residence but still nobody moves in at all.

Not recommend and not worth for the rent they take. You get bigger and better options around.

Positive sides: location, fast-reacting maintenance and leasing staff is friendly in general.Problems:1. Very outdated appliances (albeit in working condition).2. The heat system is using your water heater. It takes rather long to heat your place up and is LOUD. I don°Øt consider myself a light sleeper, but the heat wakes me up almost daily.3. If you still decide to rent here (why?), MAKE SURE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THE BUILDINGS ADJACENT TO C PULASKI DRIVE!!!!! It is a rather busy highway that has a limit of 50 mph. The noise of accelerating vehicles can wake you up as early as 5 AM and thus I had to sleep in the closet.

****NOTHING HAS CHANGED! MANAGEMENT COMING ON HERE AND ANSWERING EVERY COMPLAINT IS TRASH AND JUST FOR A SHOW OBVIOUSLY! I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT OFFICE AND STILL HEAR GIANTS WALKING AROUND.BEWARE! There must be NO sound proofing between apartments because it sounds like giants live overhead. Very irritating to be awakened by someone walking in their apartment above. There is also a strange smell in the hallway.

The apartment is clean and nice. The staff is awful, so bad that its not worth living there. Tons of hidden fees and lack of communication. The maintenance is the worst Ive ever dealt with (left trash in our apt., dented walls & counters). I would NOT recommend living here.

The neighborhood is quite, the new staff is amazing the look, smell, and feel is very inviting.

Went on to see the apartments. The lady at the reception was obnoxious and we felt why we came to even look at these apartments. The only information I got was there were no apartments available at the time.

Nice but expensive apartments. Gym and pool include.
