You left us stranded in Watsonville. You should have left the keys or directions on how to get the keys. And answer the phone when people call. Been calling all morning. Never using Hertz again.

The branch manager was extremely rude. The hours are listed from 7:30 online but they didnt open until 8. We had a scheduled pick up for first thing in the morning and the vehicle wasnt ready and we had to sit around and wait for them to clean the vehicle and they didnt even fill the gas tank. I would not recommend this place unless it is your absolute last choice

Picked up car and found small knife under seat,car was not cleaned very well. Returned car in better shape then recieved,got fined $400 dollars cuz of ashes? Tried too talk with manager about complaint, sent me too 800# over seas. Never got back too me. Rented cars all over us,rent a car 1.4 miles from my house and this happens. Hertz sucks

Ive rented cars a couple of times now from this location. Super fast and friendly. I am lucky to have this right around the corner from my house. Asked plenty of questions and always given correct information. When doing most things online, its almost as easy as picking up the keys and you are on your way.

I called a few days prior to my reservation with some questions and they were very nonprofessional and short cut answered. I said, OK, maybe its been a rough day/time for them at Hertz. I go in to pick up the rental, the ladies were not very helpful, no customer service, the car was very dirty inside and out, stains, dry stuck dirt, but they could truly care less, because their response to the car being dirty was, its clean and thats all we have. I will NEVER visit this location again.

Lived in watsonville about 3 years now....rented multiply times here in a year an experience is getting worst an worst....today I returned the car in better shape than they gave to me.I guess I was 2gallons short when I actually was a hair line under an they charged me 23dollars😂🤣 after our 10 time renting from them....oh also remind you theyre was pet hair in the car an windows had smudge.Too top it all off on our trip car would drift to the right,they never pick up the phone,let alone took 2hrs just to get a hold of roadside assistance.....so they can transfer me to another.....last but not least the tires psi (pressure) was totally off an unsafe rear left had 52psi rear right 29psi front left 47psi front right 32.....open the driver door looked on the door rail psi tire pressure said 34 front an rear....hopefully this can get solved would like to get a better experience....should I also say about 3months ago they try to call me saying parked vehicle that I left there safely parked,hit a employees BMW car....😂🤣 ....then called bak saying I didnt say u did was asking.said look at the camera u will see. Incident was dropped snapped of fingers....believe the bmw backed up a lil to much an tapped my park car.....time for a change wanna stay a Loyol customer....

So far is was so good, just I have to wait out to the building, since the covid restrictions, allowing just one person in the office, and start to warm.I hope made the office mor big.....because can you imagine that is a raining day..??

I asked if there was a price difference if I bought the gas myself, the representative said no. Ended up being $93 dollars more!!! After several phone calls and conversations with both the HQ and this location everyone still seems clueless on how to take the additional charge off. I will never rent here again they SUCK!!! INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!

Hertz Hurts! Dont rent from the here. They basically stole my deposit when they found a few crumbs of my legal cannabis. They said they found ashes which was from a fire and charged me $400 for it. Thieves!

Staff was super Rude and unprofessional (Manager). They have horrible customer service and do not know how to communicate with there clients. Owner needs to provide a lot of customer service especially to the manager. Manager should not be acting unprofessional and should always be willing to help. her unprofessional manner will rub off on everyone that reports to her.

Horrible service, was never told when to return vehicle, was never told that the car had to be washed either, thus I could not return my vehicle without doing so. Because of this I was charged for extra days. Would not recommend this rental service.

The staff at Hertz in Watsonville is friendly and helpful. The cars are clean and they have a great selection to choose from. They make the return of the vehicle simple. Ok next down fall to this location is they are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Reservations person called local office to ask if they cud stay open for me to pick up car, when I arrived they were closed. I called & was on hold for 30 mins, explained what happened, then put back on hold for another 30mins intermittently between representatives, all of whom had no acceptable alternative solutions. Im very disappointed.

Staff was super unprofessional. I have had issues with them in the past and still choose to go here because it is more convient. They have horrible customer service and do not know how to communicate with there clients. Truly, do NOT recommend, even if it is a convient location. You are better off going to Salinas.

Rental car was not clean. tried for 3 days to get car replaced they kept telling me they were sold out and would call me. i never got a call. website says they are open 9am-12 on saturdays yet they do not answer the phone.customer service needs improvement.

Office staff and driver were very friendly and professional. My rating is based on the car I was provided. Brakes had to be pumped and they almost went to the floor ! Very unsafe to drive.
