They can take a reservation...just can’t keep a reservation.Would not pick me up because I was 6 miles away. Made arrangements to get closer, only 3 miles away, but in the extra time it took me, they gave my car away. No car for me...stranded on a work trip. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum.
The car itself was great; however I had to wait 30 minutes after getting to the location because the car wasn’t ready despite having it set up for pick up in advance. Also, despite communicating that I would need a ride home after dropping it off, I was forced to wait thirty minutes while the driver was “on his way” and “will be here in 15-20 minutes.” After being told he would be another ten minutes, I was forced to call a friend for a ride as I was now running late to get to work.I have used this location frequently and have had good experiences normally, but this was by far the most disappointing.
Great Customer service by Andres!He was very polite and helpful he came through with a really nice reliable 2020 Rental for our trip to Las Vegas!The vehicle was super clean and sanitized👍We wouldnt have been able to go if it wasnt for him! The worst possible experience I could have had in my life if I could get it negative Stars I would give it -10 B words absolutely the worst I would have to recommend Enterprise of Watsonville dont ever go to Enterprise at Seaside dont do it or be prepared to experience no customer care the lack of caring empathy and remorse on the Enterprise Associates he has none at all however enter price of Watsonville 10 star hands down customer care actually represented is the managers awesome go there instead

I did my rental agreement online. 4 days Cadillac or similar. I arrived to the Watsonville office and there was no Cadillac or similar Instead they have a pick up truck, it was a nice truck however not what I rented nonetheless I need transportation. 2 days later i call to extend my rental two more days. On the 5th day I get email of the cost instead of. $62 per day I was getting charge $98 Per day, I call corporate and I’m told they will adjust rate yesterday I’m told I have an outstanding balance still.
Made a reservation for a a mid-size suv to LA yesterday. I have been doing this for the past year. I am in their system. I live in LA and visit my parents; I rent one way from LA to Watsonville and from Watsonville to LA. Today, upon arrival, I was told that they did not have the SUV available....well ok but why wasnt I advised before I went to pick it up? I mean they have my email address when I confirmed the rental. Adding salt to the wound, then they asked if I had a water bill(?) since I had a debit card.....which they have on record...... maybe, possibly, one would think, since I am in their data base, that they would have let me know I would need a copy of a water bill prior to agreeing to rent me the SUV and driving to their facility and waiting in line?? You know what I smell besides all the smoke? Price gouging!
The customer service was perfect, but the car I reserved wasnt ready and I had to take a van if I didnt want to be late to where I was going.Later edit, it has been weeks later, and although they responded to this review, I responded to them and they never contacted me back after telling me theyd look into it. So it just reaffirms what I said: the people in the office were top notch, everything else, meh.
Please be patient if they are busy. They will help you as soon as the can. They are busy because they are very popular. Excellent customer service. They will work with you if the vehicle you reserved is not available. Glad to know they have reopened their location in Watsonville, California.

Nice vehicle inventory, convenient location, easy and fast pickup/drop off and customer service the way its supposed to be. Ive rented autos and vans from there a few times in the past year and have been impressed each time. All customers are greeted warmly upon arriving and every effort is made to have pickup and return go smoothly and quickly. I prefer Enterprise over the other rental company in Watsonville for all the reasons mentioned and was compelled to write this honest review after my most recent experience with their outstanding service.

Easy in easy out
I typically have great experiences at Enterprise. I reserved for 2 trips and when I went to pick up for the 2nd trip I was told that truck was being sanitized. 20 minutes later manager came out to say they didnt have truck i reserved because someone supposedly extended reservation and the other truck was damaged. Needless to say I left without a truck.
I have always received excellent service from Enterprise. I requested a snow worthy SUV to drive to Idaho. It worked well, good gas mileage, had navigation and worked with my phone apps.
I requested a LUXURY convertible for a day and got stuck with a dirty Dodge Charger. Then I made another rental request and again did not get the convertible I asked for. I won’t be renting any vehicles from Enterprise again. How often does someone rent the luxury? It shouldn’t be that difficult to secure a specific request for a top customer with top money.

Everything except one thing was great. every 15 days or a month I rent a car I normally get it for under 100 dollars. I got one in the end of April and it was like 170 dollars dont know will. been getting same type of car all the time. thank you and thats all
Our company has rented from other enterprise locations dozens of times in the past year with no issues. In fact we usually like the simplicity of working with enterprise. Until this location.If your card happens to be a debit card (even if it’s visa/MC enabled) be prepared to bring multiple forms of verification showing you are local (pay stubs, utility bills, etc).It’s easier to get a CA drivers license than it is to rent a car here. No other rental company I have ever dealt with makes you jump through so many hoops. Unbelievable that people put up with that.
The people that work here are the best. They do everything they can to accommodate you. The van we ended up with was VERY nice. The only thing that could have been improved was the cleanliness of the vehicle. The windows were so smeared we had to wipe them down and the inside of the sliding doors were very dirty, for some reason. Other than that, it was a great experience and Ill rent from them again!

Great Service - Enterprise is ALWAYS my GoTo rental agency. Employees have authority to make decisions on the spot and do up-grades vs. go through 4 managers to get an answer. This company is (my) #1 place to rent a car. Theyre simply better.
Review 1: I arrived at this location with a Corolla in mind, and left in an Expedition for the same price. So... not as good on gas, but what a nice upgrade. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to help me out.Review 2: I rented a car twice in as many weeks. I was told when returning the first time, that I wasnt going to be charged an extra day for the 2hours (1hour waiting in their office) over. I was still charged, and the rate was substantially higher than what Id rented at. The second car was rented with points, so I got a free days rental, I ended up needing the car a few days longer, which wasnt a problem for enterprise, but when returning, my points were gone, and I was charged for every day I had the rental, even the free one. Not cool.
Their is a Mexican dark skin who is rude and disrespectful in the pass they have rented me bigger cars with out a credit card and this time they decided to ask for it I called them an told them that my sister would do me the favor and rented out for me and at that moment and time he should’ve taken the decision to not rent it out to us yet he did and I took it back the tells me why was I driving it and I understand I was there 30 minutes late cause had to but gas yet but more then what it had and decided to over charge me which I think was unfair just cause I have rented from the past and taken it a hour late and they give me a brake the think that bothers me the most is his unprofessional way of being not knowing that customers that are loyal to you giving them a brake hertz is the new spot to go

I needed a rental and got a Hyundai Elantra which was just right. Unfortunately there was an issue with the windshield wipers so I took it back to see if they could fix it. They were unable to repair it and didnt have another Elantra or similar so I was upgraded to a LUXURY vechicle. I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this store. Thank You.

Crowded and a bit of a wait. Enterprise is always a little anal about the damage inventory which is weird because no one ever checks when returning the car. Price is reasonable and the car was clean.

The customer service behind the counter was okay, that’s why its getting 3 stars. They don’t wash or gas any of the vehicles. I got a Ford Expedition, it was really dirty, you can see from the photos, had less then a half tank of fuel, ended up breaking down on my family, luckily it broke down in GILROY and I was able to return it to the GILROY location, they did not have any SUVs, I ended up with a mini van I didn’t much care for. The GILROY location is much better all around then Watsonville. I see someone responded to my post, I sent you the info, haven’t gotten a response back.

Would not let me add an additional driver with out having that driver present a credit card and would no accept a debit card. When I called to reserve the car and asked about an additional driver there was no mention of needing an additional Credit card. Some people dont use credit cards ... BAD BUSINESS
