Did not show up for initial consultation, only showed up after a phone. Set a date for the auction, but Jim did not write it down on the calendar. Sent a draft of the auction bill with the incorrect house number. Sent another draft of the auction bill with my name incorrect. Asked if some other items could be on the auction, I said yes. The total dollar amount was sent to me with these items included but I was not notified these was included. The final amount sent to me was lower because of this, Jim said I should have told you about that, but was not told until I inquired about it. No photos of my items to sell on their website, only the items that belonged to someone else.
