Got telephonically yelled at for going 12 in a 10 mph zone wasnt going too fast they were just being Karens. very questionable when I had to print out my own lease when renting. Almost as if there a business supposed to take care of the paperwork side the best they can 😆 other than that simple process and easy to navigate there. If you’re a renter, you want Teri as a Property Manager. She is the best Property Manager I’ve had in 15 years of renting homes across the country with the military. Property Management firms tend to lose their personal touch when they grow and I’m glad that NNYH hasn’t lost that. Houses are seldom perfect and you want a team you can rely on when there is an issue with a home owned by someone else.Teri is extraordinarily responsive and routinely demonstrates that she cares about her tenants and the properties she manages.Every interaction I’ve had with NNY Homes has been positive since moving to Watertown - Joan and Teri are the only folks I’ve met, and they’re both wonderful people. When I first contacted NNY about managing my rental property I was thrilled to have found someone as warm and caring and genuinely interested in working with us as Joan was. Unfortunately as soon as Teri took over with helping us things went completely down hill.Any time I called or talked with Teri she seemed completely disinterested and like I was inconveniencing her for asking an update every other month because I wasnt hearing from her at all.After moving to NNY my home sat empty for 7 months then today when i asked for an update and didnt get a response I was curious and looked up the CL add they were posting. I was a little bit upset to discover that the ad was completely focused on the NNY brokerage and didnt describe the house at all (besides the number of beds and baths). When I approached Teri about this politely but firmly expressing my concern her exact response is pasted below.Well I wonder what cL ad your looking at as it’s not uncommon for scammers to steal photos and info and put it up to scam people. But it’s obvious your not happy so it’s best we go our separate ways.Scammers stealing their photos and then using them to advertise NNY? I dont think so. Ive never been treated so disgustingly by someone who is supposed to be there to help and represent you. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Go ahead, try calling them, been calling all hours for three days. Answer your phones or get an answer machine... I called again after and was greated by William, guessing the owner? He wasnt to happy about my review and Im sure as a result the place I was interested in was unavailable. I read your comment, the phone rings for about two minutes and just hangs up, no machine. As for the email thing, yes I did that to, Im not new to this thing called technology. I would have happily changed my review for the better but the simple fact of your knee jerk reaction to my review was unprofessional. Dont tell me how I should rate you from my experience.
