I dropped my package at a local UPS store on 9/13/2021. I was told the package would be delivered to the destination on 9/15/2021. However, the status today (9/15) is still as label created, not shipped. Called the local UPS store, I was told the package was picked up by UPS Hub. But now have no idea where my package is.
Not sure if this absurd female staff member working here had a bad day or simply doesn’t know how to respect customers, be polite and handle a query/concern. I called the 1-800 UPS number to get my concern successfully resolved but this local center kept calling me the next day issuing contradictory/confusing statements. The UPS driver didn’t know how to locate the big/visible apartment door bell in the building and kept making delivery attempts, never actually delivering my package citing “high-theft” in the area when that’s not true. As an old resident of my neighborhood I can better attest to that. This local UPS distribution center staff couldn’t forward a simple message, from both myself as well as the main UPS customer care center, to the driver to either drop off my package at the UPS access point across the street from my house or hit the door bell at his next visit. Instead this customer care employee went on a rant and hung up. Will move a complaint on the next instance of such unprofessional behavior. UPS can do certainly do better without such staff in place.
My packaged was checked for delivery on Friday the 20th. Waited all day to receive package and nothing. Then I got a message saying that the package is still out for delivery. I made arrangements to have my very large and expensive package arrive when it was supposed to now I’m scrambling to figure out how to make sure I can be home on Monday to (hopefully) receive my package. The worst part is I have been unable to speak to someone when calling customer service, all I get is an automated machine. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Terrible customer service, or shall I say none at all!
Terrible UPS center. Absolutely no professionalism or regard for customer service. The immaturity, arrogance/ rude behavior of some of the female employees working here warrant corrective action by UPS. UPS can certainly replace such over-privileged employees or at least coach them on how to speak to customers, handle customer concerns and be solution-oriented. Will certainly look into escalating to the apex division at UPS should there be a repetition of the experience.
Parked in parking lot . Got in filled out info on computer. Took package and credit card and checked out. Real easy guy at desk was helpful.

I was never given text updates, never received a knock on the door, and didnt get to sign for my package. So I had it sent here, I called and was told to arrive before 8pm. So I arrived at 6:30, which was after closing. I then never received any other notification until my package was shipped back to the sender. What a joke of a place
I drop my shipments here often. Easy. Auto open door makes it easier with packages than the nearby ups store, with an outward opening door.
I had to go through a lot of trouble getting a laptop delivered to my house. Although the experience dealing with UPS on the whole was frustrating, a particular employee (Cheryl) I talked to on the phone went out of her way to sort out the issue and get my laptop delivered asap. So the 5 stars really goes to her more than UPS overall.
The person I had was pretty nice. A lot of 1 stars and Im guessing bad experience but using their system, I havent had any problems... And Ive used this place for years.
Clearly attention to detail is not there strong suit. They are the only shipping company that has trouble delivering a package to the CORRECT address. Instead of verifying the location they just assume looks right. Check the address verify if it says road or circle!!! Its not hard.

So i recently bought expensive computer parts they were supposed to deliver the day before my flight but it eventually got delayed until the day of my flight. I called them and asked to delay the package and they said they would ended up arriving after i got on the plane when i get back i was delighted to see my packages were not there
Honestly cant agree with these reviews more. If you live in this area, avoid shipping UPS at all costs. Ive had more UPS-shipped mail lost in the last year than I have in my entire life.
The most terrible “service” ever!!! We were not able to reschedule anything. After the first delivery attempt, we were trying to manage changes, paid 6 dollars but nothing happened, the second delivery was unsuccessful again. And then, they attempted the third delivery without our knowledge and left no notification. So now, we are trying to call a human, after calling robots 100 times, in order to arrange a personal pick up. The opening time on their website is wrong, which was also misleading. Honestly, if I could give zero star, I would!
Their service Is horrible!! they tell you that your package is coming a certain date and they=n never show up until like 2 days later! THEY SUCK!

This is a sad place with usually the same 3 guys working here doing next to nothing. They usually just sit around reading a book or their phones or whatever. The workers at this place don’t even lift their heads when you walk in, or scan your outgoing package while you are there ... just a simple “leave it there “ and nothing else . I hope my package actually makes it into the system.I think this is where UPS sends employees who just want to punch the clock until they retire, but they can’t let go because of unions or whatever. They get 2 stars because the guys arnt mean or rude, but going in there feels like I’m dealing with a government office where nobody wants to be there, and they’re just counting the seconds on the clock until closing time ... depressing .

She was able to effectively come up with a plan for my interception of the packageMost importantly she heard me and acknowledged the importance of my problem. She was sympathetic and was genuinely making all her best efforts to make sure I received what I needed.
Google maps said the place was open 24 hours on sundays so I drove for a good hour to get here when it turns out their closed on the weekends.
A customer center where you have to do everything yourself.They tried to deliver when I wasnt home, despite me telling them in advance. I spoke to 5 customer service agents (of which 2 were supervisors), trying to get them to deliver in the evening. 2 agents said it wouldnt be possible, and 3 said it would. Eventually they said I had to make the change over the UPS app and said they pre enrolled me into the system. Unsurprisingly the app didnt work, and continued to state my account could not be found, so they transferred me to tech support. The tech agent asked for my password - which is the no. 1 rule NOT to do in tech support. After I told him that was unprofessional, he continued to suggest reinstalling the app. The app never worked, and now I have to go all the way to their wearhouse which is 5 miles away.I went there and they made me wait for 2 hours, then said the package was not there. I met the supervisor, and he came out with a look on his face that just said he didnt feel like helping (Basically didnt want to do his job). He took 15 minutes to check my id and order, and said hell take a look. Another 40 minutes passed, and he said they couldnt find it and there was nothing [he] could do .I got frustrated, and decided to call the shipper as I left the customer center. The shipper apologized and said theyll send another delivery through FedEx, which reached me in 2 days.Bottom line - ups is the absolute worst.
The driver should be a dumb or idiot, he or she doesnt know how to call even the package need a signature, they just come here and gone if nobody is welcome them at the road side. This is the worst delivery company, forever.
I tried for an hour to talk to an actual human being, and all they would direct me to is another robot. My package has been attempted to be delivered to me 4 days in a row, but I received no notice or call when it was attempted. because I need to sign for it to be received. I will never use UPS again.
UPS has access points stealing customers packages at 920 Morton St Dorchester/Mattapan MA. They are stating my package was picked up with the receipt left at my house and they are lying I still have the receipt. Someone will be held accountable for this.
This place needs to be renamed as “Unprofessional/unknowledgeable/unsure Parcel Service”. No one knows what’s going on, where the packages are and when they will be delivered. It’s like a mystery black hole. Things arrive there but magically disappear or get delayed for SEVERAL days.
Was interrupted, not given a time frame for when they would redeliver within the day, and told to listen more closely for them to ring the bell when my apartment bell is extremely loud as it is and i would not miss it. extremely rude person on the phone and would not recommend trying to speak to someone from this location.
The UPS driver did not knock the door, left no message, and reported that there was an attempt made. And it happened again, today. Now I have to drive to their sort facility. Its simple. DO NOT USE UPS. They will steal your money, time, and package.
Worst customer experience ever! Refusal to leave package at my door while Im at work because it is Commonwealth Ave is ridiculous! I dont have insurance or a signature requirement! Poor customer and delivery service. Delivery time was supposed to be from 4:30-7:30. Called customer service in the morning to let them know to ring the neighbors door if Im not there. They tried to deliver at 3:15 and didnt ring neighbors door. Called customer service again and rep says they will redeliver, but it could be at any time. The time window they provide really doesnt mean anything. Wanted to change the delivery address, but cannot unless one has to have the delivery slip. Its we cant do this and we cant do that...
Two terrible experiences in a row. I only use UPS when they are forced upon me and it has been awful. First time I didn’t think I had to sign for a package so i waited patiently at the shipping facility to pick my phone up at like7pm.Second time, I knew I would have to sign so I worked from home to be available. My building has apartments with a shared entryway. They left the “sorry we missed you” note on the door of the shared entry. While i was sitting in my apartment waiting to be buzzed or called or texted (i did the text alerts hoping it would be useful... it wasnt). So now i get to go pick up my package again from them. Because the alternative is missing another day at work and camping out on my porch, anxiously awaiting the arrival of the ups driver.
Dont be surprise if this company get out of business very soon, since all they hired are people that do not want to do business at all. I will give ZERO Star if thats an option. Do not deal with this trash company!
I waited from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm yesterday for them to deliver a package. It required a signature and they had missed me for two days prior, so I paid $5 extra for them to set a delivery date when I could be home. At 6:30 pm I called and they said that it hadnt gotten on a truck yet, but they were sure that it would still be delivered. So, though it was Friday night, I stayed home and still nothing came.I havent had a problem with them with packages that dont require a signature, but this is very frustrating. How many days straight must I stay home to get my package?
RUDE Customer Service. Reason for package not being delivered (twice) was incorrect address but address was correct and have never had a problem before. Was spoken down to by customer service and accused of lying. At this point Im more upset about the way I was treated than the package not being here.

I have use ups one day shipping for my package but they use two days to delivery and no money return. I have called five times and they just put me hold forever. Finally they give me a explanation that their system take the wrong street address. But when I check my order, everything is correct. So UPS just let me pay their fails. I am so disappointment about their attitude. I am ok if they have something did wrong, but I really care how they deal with their own fails. That is not a professional logistic company for my experience. Please be aware of them, or you will have chance to pay what they did wrong!
Poor customer service. I was supposed to receive an important document today and they said that it cannot be delivered due to shortage of staff. EVEN IF IT WAS A PRIORITY PACKAGE. I was supposed to fly out today but I cannot because of this.
I get packages to my home every week to the same address from the company and never had a problem until today when they mentioned that the package had the wrong address when it did not. So my package for my business may or may not be here tomorrow. Im pissed, I would rather pay a couple bucks extra for FEDEX.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Incredibly rude customer service who wont deliver a package because I am not home (how many people are home mid-day to receive a package??). The person I was speaking to hung up on me while I was talking. My package (a time sensitive rental) was supposed to be delivered Monday and now I will have to pick it up from the UPS store on Wednesday, otherwise I will not get it at all. Ridiculous and unprofessional-- avoid at all costs.
Unacceptable. I scheduled an overnight delivery containing my passport from NYC (just to boston) and UPS still managed to screw up. My flight is tomorrow and instead of just dropping off the package (no signature required), they claimed that no one was able to receive. MY BUILDING HAS A 24/7 CONCIERGE AND AN AUTOMATED LOCKER FOR PACKAGES. I LITERALLY HAVE NEVER HAD A FAILED DELIVERY. Apparently, there is nothing we can do, except wait till monday and throw away our plane tickets. Thank you UPS driver!!!!
Absolutely horrifying first experience with UPS!Two days later and the package that was sent by NExt Day Air Saver has not yet been found - let alone delivered.! hour on the phone and all they can do is tell me to wait.I forgot to how many people I talked to - Manager Michael and Morgan just kept telling me to wait.It was the best they could do.Avoid them like a plague!

Pick up packages here regularly but there often seems to be an issue with them not being there when the tracking says it is. Often have to come back later in the day or the next day to get a thusly delayed package. Pretty annoying for a package delivery service .
Worst customer service ever. The international shipper placed an incorrect address on my package, and this was missed by UPS until my package was one state away. UPS did all the wrong things: they didnt bother to contact me to correct it (although they had my phone number and email), and without asking redirected my package to an unknown address in another town. I saw the delivery exception email notification, I called UPS, and asked to have it sent to the correct address. They could not tell me the address it was now shipping to, as this was against their policies. They assured me it was taken care of, however, and that I would receive it tomorrow at my corrected home address.Two days later I received the email confirmation it had still been delivered to the unknown address in another town. Since it was an international package, instead of just picking it up from the mis-delivered address and sending it on to me, they had to open an international investigation just to get any information on it. What a ridiculous waste of my time. I suspected it was my old business address, and I asked and gave them my old business address; they did verify yes, that that was indeed where it had been delivered to. Good news!Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with my old commercial landlord, who put me in touch with the new tenant at my old office.Two days later, as I was going to go pick it up from this new tenant at my old office, UPS Watertown called me to say never mind, we dont need an international investigation, we will just pick it up and redeliver it to you.Great! Except they did not do that. I called again today, several days later, and they have no records of any customer service rep calling me to announce pickup and redelivery (although I have their voicemail saved in my phone). So now they are opening another international investigation. When I got frustrated and upset at their customer service rep on the phone tonight, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. Nice way to deal with an upset customer -- just hang up on them. I imagine thats their backup tactic: keep the frustrated customer on hold so long that they have wasted so much time they wont want to call back, then hang up on them! And it worked. I am not going to waste more time calling them and waiting for their stupid international investigations...this is a small silver necklace worth less than $50. But it is a unique and handmade piece and Im not just going to forget about it. I am just going to drive over and pick it up myself from my old office. Good thing its a relatively local drive.Thumbs down, UPS. Get some better, more flexible policies and customer service training. I feel totally jerked around and this has wasted a huge amount of my time.

You pay $43 for express shipping and cant even get good customer service. First of all the annoying customer service out of seas instead of a direct hotline to the shipping center is atrocious and you can barely hold a conversation with these foreign English speakers. Second the one that does speak native English cant seem to do his freaking job right to even get the shipment to your address on the promised day. If youre in a rush bring your business elsewhere.
They did not even rang my door bell which is working and just left a note saying first attempt, i even left a note on the door saying they can leave my package at the door. Now i will have to wait another 4 days to get my package which was a gift for someone i was suppose to give ugh.
The employee of this location refused to print a confirmation of drop off. So basically i have no proof i left the box in there.Next time I will go to Cambridge or Somerville location.
Its Christmas Eve right now. I paid a lot extra for a gift to get here today for my wife and I just got this message: The package was left in a UPS facility. / Delivery rescheduled. When I called to complain, they told me I could pick it up myself...but I dont have a car. Screw you, UPS. You ruined Christmas for me this year.

Horrible and the worst customer service. UPS watertown customer service on the phone was the absolutly worst experience i have had ever had. The package was not delivered for 3 times for the reason of business was closed when i am in the offic. When the sent 2nd notice of business closed. I called then the CS at watertown told me that1. The driver did all he had to do. He would not knock the door, he is not going to break his nuckles.2. Because i am a cuatomer. I the name of customer i am abusing ups driver to deliver for the 3rd time.3. She is only talking to me because i am a customer4. Asked me what do i want her to do and why i was arguing with her when she is giving me the choice.After being harrased, i asked her for the title and the name. And i stated i need those to file a fornal complaint. The answer she gave me.5. (After ignoring couple times) i dont have to give you and i wont give you. You do whatever you want to do.Then she hung up on me.The package was again not delivered on thier supposely 3rd attempt for the reason of business is closed this time the door to the office was wide open for all day.. i made sure there was a door stopper to hold the door since the 8am. And they again didnt even try. And i called the ups 800 number. They said the local office- watertown - will call... well. They have not called me back.

I respect if you have the rules not moving boxes for customer, but at least, you can be helpful by carrying a lifting tool, especially given 3 days to prepare.2. OR, even you refuse to be helpful, alright, but you should not, ever, lie to the customer and avoid the schedule work. The driver is laying about coming to pick up: didnt show up but mark pickup completed successfully. He even hope to run away when I said please wait for 10 mins for me to move boxes down myself, given 10 mins ahead of scheduled pickup time.I hope their service could improve.
I just had the worst experience with UPS!!I called the UPS FACILITY at Watertown Massachusetts to track my 2 days shipping charge package and this is what they said: WE LEFT YOUR PACKAGE AT OUR FACILITY. IT WILL BE RESCHEDULE TO BE DELIVER TOMORROW.I asked: CAN I GO AND PICK IT UP TO THE UPS FACILITY TODAY, BECAUSE IM TRAVELING TOMORROW AT 6 am.They said: NO. IT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PICK IT UP TOMORROW.I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW DISSAPOINTED I AM WITH UPS FALICITY AT WATERTOWN MASSACHUSETTSIM NEVER USING UPS AGAIN!!!FedEx OFFERS A MUCH MUCH!! Had an Amazon return label for my package and was told I had to go 15 minutes away to the nearest UPS Store instead. Unbelievably Poor Service LLC.

HORRIBLE SERVICE on this date, the package was due Dec 30th before 8pm well on Jan 2 at 8:13 it showed upi was on the 5 th floor by the time I got down to the door, he was back in the truck with the packagewhen I asked about it he then started swearing opening back up the truck and slamming the doors to get, then thru the package on his seat ( it was crystal in the package) i told him that there was no need to be swearing and that that package was fragile, he told me i was not his boss, I then refused the package, we get delivers 3-4 times a week and have never seen an attitude like that . quite shocked and disappointed.
I was at home for three days, and they didnt even try to deliver my package.
Was having so much trouble with a wrong name and incomplete delivery address for my package. These guys resolved the issue in under 5 minutes. 10/10 would pick up packages from here again.
