I LOVE diamonds!!! Getting diamonds on special anniversaries means so much as we are now celebrating 30 years!!!! Scott incorporated a pair of my moms diamond earrings next to the new solitaire which makes it extra special for me! I just recently had my ring cleaned at the new location. My son was able to play in the play area while we waited for them to clean my ring. My ring now looks brand new! The new store is beautiful.

My original plan was to go to Zales and purchase a replacement chain for my necklace. That was the worst plan/decision ever! Zales costumer services was horrific. I left Zales due to the extremely poor costumer service I received. I went to Riddles Jewelry which is happens to be directly across from Zales.Riddles Jewelry costumer service was excellent. They greeted me and asked what they could help with. I explained I was needed a replacement chain for my necklace. She gave me pricing options and different types of replacement chain options. Extremely helpful! I purchased my replacement chain and was given a free cleaning on my necklace pendent. I would recommend Riddles Jewelry.Keep up the good work Riddles Jewelry!
