I enrolled in an approved Bright Horizons (BH) Caltech Project Management Certificate Program for course dates 05/11/21 - 06/10/21. On 06/11/21, I submitted all required documents to include proof of successful course completion, course syllabus, itemized invoice of tuition, & itemized receipt of required books ($888.35) listed in the course syllabus. On 06/15/21, BH requested I provide documentation listing the books correlating to each course, so I submitted the complete course syllabus identifying the books correlating to each of the 5 courses. On 06/17/21, BH requested I provide a syllabus with course dates, so I submitted the complete course syllabus identifying the books & course dates correlating to each of the 5 courses. On 06/22/21, BH requested I provide a course syllabus listing required course books. On 06/23/21, I called BH to discuss the discrepancy between their advertised policy of honoring 100% reimbursement for required books ($888.35) & dishonoring their policy.Bright Horizons opened Case # CAS-9709598-D9J5L4 to attempt to resolve this matter, but I have not received a response. Therefore, I have filed a formal BBB Complaint for assistance in obtaining 100% remuneration for the required books identified in the course syllabus.I expect Bright Horizons to exhibit integrity by honoring their published policy regarding 100% reimbursement for required books identified within the course syllabus. I feel incredibly displeased and betrayed with the lack of integrity exhibited to me by Bright Horizons. I expect a representation of professional values from Bright Horizons. Unfortunately, times are very difficult, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, so remunerations are taken very seriously by students who are facing such difficult financial situations. I would like to immediately resolve this matter by proceeding with the assurance I was given by Bright Horizons’ published policy that I will be 100% reimbursed for the required books ($888.35) I purchased as identified in the course syllabus.

Love the new office and space! It is world class and very esthetically done. I love working here and it is truly a brighter place. Cannot wait to have everyone back in the office soon.

The new home office for Bright Horizons in Newton is a gorgeous and welcoming space! The common areas are well laid out and though out and the cafeteria and coffee bar are a big plus. Theres ample parking and the surrounding area is lovely with the Charles River just down the hill. Plus, its easy to access off of 95. Im excited we have this bright, warm, dedicated space for the whole home office team!

The new BH HQ in Newton is a beautiful and inviting space. From the décor and office furniture to the Scrabble wall and abundance of natural light, no detail was overlooked. I love the cafeteria and the outdoor seating. Plus, we have a state-of-the-art child care center onsite for employees! It’s so nice to have the corporate team all together in one building with plenty of places to connect and collaborate.

I feel privileged to be among the first employees to enjoy this gorgeous new office space. It was so thoughtfully designed! My personal workspace is comfortable, and there are also plenty of spots (both private huddle rooms and seating in open areas) where I can take my laptop to work, have a virtual meeting, or grab a coffee with a colleague. Speaking of coffee, I love the barista and the egg sandwiches from the cafeteria are delicious. The details of the space are really what make it so pleasant--from the kitchenettes on each floor, to the Mr. Rogers trolley car by the elevator, these small touches make it an enjoyable place to spend my work day!
