Arrived on a weeknight before closing. The staff was really friendly & accommodating. Wash was good - got more old dirt off my car then other auto washes. The Rain-X that was applied to the glass surfaces didnt stay on for long, but overall I would recommend them as a best bet. Do-your-own car vaccums always seem to be occupied

First FREE VACUUMS!!! I am slow I have carpal tunnel and a very bad back, so when you put $3-5 in to use a vacuum it goes quick! Here great vacuums ALWAYS WORKING!!! 9 on side and 5 in front . GREAT EMPLOYEES !!!!

Best California style car wash(free vacuums) l have been to in a couple of years. And l should know because l work all around the country. Got a months worth of caked mud off my work truck from driving transmission rights of way for NYPA

Fast and friendly service. Never has a line. They always scrub the front of my vehicle which I like.We recently moved here and have gone a couple of times and I love it!! Definitely my go to car wash 🤗

Great car wash. Best in the area. We have the monthly package and everything we go, they treat us like we are new customers. Everything I leave, I love my clear car. The vacuums arent the best pressure Ive gone to, but they get the job done.

I tried this carwash for the first time tonight and loved it! Went 15 minutes before closing and one guy (manager maybe) was yelling at the guys in the other bay for closing and washing their bay already. Like his work ethic! Car was super clean, even the rims!

Best car wash currently in the watertown area. Starts with an employee applied pre-soak and finishes with your purchased package. Vacuum stations supplied free for all.

Paid for bubble bath. They skipped the hood and soap stains all around. They did offer to rewash, but received money back instead. Staff was very nice and caring.

I love the free air and free vacuuming but the actual car wash is awful. I think my car might actually be dirtier when I leave.

Just when you think this is just a typical automated car wash you find out its not. I went through with a lot of dried up dead bugs on my truck knowing it wasnt going to get them off completely. So while I was vacuuming my truck one of the car wash reps was doing a walk-thur and saw that I still had some dead bugs on the grill of my truck told me to come back through the car wash so they could get all of those dead bugs and anything else that was missed. Not only did they get it off but my truck looked better than it did in months. Cant complain at all for the customer service I received was top notch. Looking forward to going back as soon as the weather clears up. 😀

Went through the wash uring the winter with my new SUV. I paid for the premium wash. After waiting in a line which extended down the street because they only had one bay operating, the guys pressure washed it down and brushed it with soap, then it went through the fancy wash. When it was done the only thing clean was the top. Everything else was still visibly filthy. The rear, front, and rockers looked like they hadnt been touched, and the rims were terrible. I complained to the manager who gave me a couple of free premium wash cards. I sent my wife with her car through it. She brought it home and again, the only thing clean was the top. I had given the second certificate to a friend of mine to do his van, and the results were the same. I realize that an automatic car wash isnt going to be as effective as a good old bucket wash, but for $18 I expect some semblance of clean. I wouldnt waste my money going to Classy Chassis again because it does an absolutely lousy job.

Great car wash and great staff. They really do a great job. The one huge problem is that on busy days, you could end up waiting in line on Arsenal street and exiting can be very tricky to sometimes extremely dangerous!

Nice spot! Classy Chassy is very classy in its presence, employees, renovations, and service. The unlimited wash packages offered are a bonus, especially for the NNY winters. Free vacuuming is the icing on top. Spectacular experience, and with my unlimited wash package..., I will be returning soon.

Edit (12/19): Two star at best here. Now the crew simply turns away paid customers who subscribe to unlimited washes on heavy days. They still run only one wash line at a time - which is why traffic backs up onto the street. Watertown did the right thing fining the company - but the solution of turning away paid customers is not acceptable.At this point, the management knows it’s a problem since they are getting fined for it and are just incapable of opening the second wash line to reduce their backlog on heavy post-snow days. That’s the whole reason to keep a subscription here.In my opinion, this makes the subscription not worth the $30+ cost when you will be turned away at random due to how slow they go.——- Original Below:The best automated wash option in Watertown, but not a very efficient or quick option. Employees are polite and do a good job over the winter (when they’re open) of getting salt and grime off the surface. No complaints with the actual wash. But the wait times make it a poor choice for a subscription wash - it is just too slow and the lines too long.The line is usually stacked 10-15 cars deep from the wash bay (occasionally blocking traffic). Plan on a 30-40 minute wait. That is consistent with every time I visit to run my car through. That is why it’s not a great option - it just takes too long. I would expect 30-40 minutes for a full service wash & vacuum with a hand towel dry. This is not that.Most newer automated washes handle at least 1 car per minute. This one is about 3-4 minutes per car - which is why it takes about 30 minutes to get through the wash. The second wash bay has been closed since I moved here last summer - and there doesn’t seem to be a hurry to bring it online. If it comes online that might help a bit.I wrote this review while sitting in the line and I’m still not to the entry door. If time is important to you, plan on a self service or touchless wash option.

UNDERCARRIAGE wash is literally a guy walking around the vehicle with a pressure washer pointed in that general area. To me, thats the most important thing, especially in the winter. Anyway, that was a huge turn off for me.Ill stick to the Precision wash by the mall.

Car looks softer and cleaner after each visit visit, I wonder how its possible the wash isnt as long as the Delta Sonic. The guys are helpful, and kind towards my dogs.

The car wash is good when they are actually open. They often close 20-30 minutes prior to their posted hours. I tried to go today at 545 and they were supposed to be open until 7 but they had cones up. The last 3 times I’ve tried to go they have had the cones up. I am cancelling my membership because I’m not getting my money’s worth.

They were decent. I liked they used a scrubbing technique but they didnt press hard enough. We travel hwy a lot so the bugs were caked on. They did a good job otherwise.The business should post signs about where to go, to pay. Also should give the guys an awning to cover them while they stand out in the sun to scrub/wash & take payment.

The lines are long and the wait can be a while especially when the temperature is perfect for a car wash. I have a big car and every time it rolls out of the conveyer the rear side never gets the rinse and dry it needs and I understand it is big car but it would be nice if someone was waiting at the end of the cycle to make sure its rinsed and dried before the customer leaves.

Great price but only if you use their subscription model. Only thing I can say bad is their brushes might kill the thing that holds your license plate. Make sure your plate is mounted well before trying this place. Otherwise, great place. 5 stars easy.

We visited on 13 June 18 around 1 PM at the location on Arsenal St in Watertown. The previous evening we had gone down to Hobart in Geneva, NY for a lacrosse tournament and our van had millions of bug carcasses on the grill, hood, side view mirrors and windshield. The gentleman working the sprayer spent at least 10,minutes spraying and scraping the bugs from our vehicle. I wish I had before and after pictures. He did a fantastic job. You have a customer for life!

I didnt get the full service whole time Ive been paying premium package. I called them to adjust my payment and investigation for money back. They said that will call me back for it. But its been a week, still they didnt call me back.

Great car wash. The employees that rinse off the cars are great. They definitely do a great job in getting all the snow and mud off your vehicle.

Decided to get the unlimited package so I can try and minimize the salt damage to my new car all winter long... Ive had it for 1 week now, and twice Ive tried to get a wash, and its closed due to inclement weather which means itll be open 1x weekly if Im lucky here in NY. So Im still paying to use a different car wash place to get my car clean 2-3x per week. Tried calling customer service at 2:20 pm on a Tuesday, and theres no one to take my call... This is an 866#... What a pathetic joke of a business model. Sure, the actual wash is a quality one, but good luck getting it when you need it most. Than, on the days they are actually open, there is a line down to the interstate, so it takes 30+ minutes to actually get your car clean. No thanks, Ill pay $20-$30 weekly to bring my business elsewhere that stays open like a business should.UPDATE: I have spent months calling (albeit only occasionally) during normal business hours, and there is never, EVER a human who answers. Literally impossible to cancel my membership without speaking to a worker on site, and with my social anxiety, thats not something I can do... so Ive resorted to actually using the service im paying such a price for, after 3 months of not ever being able to. Im about to file a grievance with BBB. On a good note, theyre actually open more than 3 days a month now!

Consistently good. Just good though. If you take a truck through, dont expect the back end to get washed, rinsed or dried properly. However they will let you go back through for free right after, if it doesnt do a good job. Great monthly rate for unlimited carwashes, great for the salty winters. Their machine that reads your tag as you come through doesnt work well half the time. Excellent hours.

Good place to get the salt from underneath youre car during the winter months and has the rotating cloths to get the road grime of youre car. Thear subscription service is a pretty good deal as well.

I have this service for about 2 years. I understand that during the winter can be too cold sometimes have the car wash open. But after a string of a few days that were really cold and they werent open there was a day where it was sprinkling rain and and the carwash was not open. I called to find out why because there was times throughout the day when there was no rain at all. The woman that answered the phone said that it was downpouring right now and thats why it wasnt open and I told her I was sitting at the car wash and it was not raining at all she that was very rude and snappy and asked me if I wanted to cancel my subscription. Really was not the reason I was calling I was hoping just for some compensation for that day but after dealing with her on the phone decided that was the best option.

This place is literally never open! I pay roughly $60 a month for both my vehicles for the daily car wash and theyre MAYBE open 2 days a week. I check multiple hours of the day even though their sign says open until 7pm on weekdays. At first I thought it was because its been so cold lately but theyll be closed when its in the 40s. Waste of money!!!!

Im a fan of these pull-through automated style car washes. This one is very slow though, and there is always a lengthy line. I swing through when I notice the line is short, but that isnt often.
