Don’t use for detailing. Seats have white soap that will not come out and the guy tried to use wheel on the plastic. Have little better… use to love this place used few times a week.

Ive always used them to detail my cars. I had them shampoo my sons car he just bought used. They did a good job. I did see a spot or two that was missed but were all human. Ill still go back. Thats how good they are. 👍🏾

Didnt dry car had to do it myself. Have to ask for a receipt to get the vacuum code. Used to be better

I have used this car wash place for the past 4 years. Being a new business owner myself requested a donation for a single car wash and sadbto say they are not interested so stopping my subscription and taking my business elsewhere.

Its a great car wash you drive in it washes your car you drive out and they dry it,many wash cycles to choose from. They just need to use dry towels when they dry,not wet ones dripping water from last 3 cars....

Switched to this car wash last week from another car wash. The prices here are more reasonable and they also dried my suv at the exit, something my old car wash didn’t do. Also saw more soap used on my suv then my old car wash so I’m getting my money worth here

Won a gift card so decided to use them. Made an appointment for a detailing 1) They didnt have me on their schedule when I arrived even though they sent me a confirmation text & email. 2) There is no waiting room. Service manager recommended I go and wait at the diner but to leave my # 3) After waiting for 90 minutes on what was supposed to be a 45 minute service, I walked back. Stood around & finally had to ask someone if my car was ready. One of the service techs said Oh yeah for about 30 minutes now. What the hell did I leave my #? 4) And the kicker (my fault too... they never put my car mats back! I was in such a hurry because I was late I didnt even notice). The job itself was not awful but just piss poor communication and service. And I still have $100 left on the gift card 8(

Started going here a few years ago as it was closer than the do-it-yourself one on Watertown Ave. Its $10 for a standard wash which may seem high, but youll pay 6-7 dollars in quarters to get the same job done at the coin-op one, and no towel dry. Plus you dont have to get out of your car! For me, thats a win. Also, the new vacuums are awesome. Love this place.Pro-tip: Throw the towel person a couple of bucks BEFORE they start, trust me...it worth it.

In June 2019 I had my CVR detailed and it looked great until an employee backed my car into another customer’s car. I have been waiting for four months to be reimbursed for repairs to my bumper. I was assured that Fred would “take care of me” and “the check was in the mail.” This has been a terrible run around and very frustrating.

I get my car detailed and they always do a fantastic job. Price is very reasonable. 4 stats because the parking is a huge challenge.

I took two cars there today. Every employee was thorough, efficient and friendly. They cleaned and polished the windows, exterior and interior to perfection.I cant thank them enough.

If you value your car, dont come here, they dont value their customers.Brought my car here for a quick wash. As I pulled up, the attendant waved me forward. As I did so, I heard a noise, and he made a wincing face but continued waving me forward. As I pull out of the car wash and go on my way I hear something coming from my front end, stop and find that the wash had broken several pieces of trim around my wheel well and under my front bumper. Returned and spoke with the attendant, who was very kind and apologized. He stated he thought it was just an air dam that would fold back much like on is friends vehicle. He kindly stated a manager would contact me. I waited, no phone call. I call the location and speak with an unnamed manager who states he just returned from vacation and he would check the cameras. He calls me back to tell me he cannot see anything on the cameras, and they only cover stock height vehicles. I advise him my vehicle is unmodified and he again states he does not see anything on the cameras. He stated he will speak with his regional manager and call me back. It has now been weeks of calling numerous times a week and I havent been contacted despite leaving several messages. If you have a choice, bring your car to a high school fund raising wash, that way when its damaged you can find solice that your money isnt going towards paying a dishonest mans wage.

I love going here its easy and useful for getting my car nice and clean and convenient to use with the option to use my debit card and not worry if I have enough quarter,s to vacuum👌. Good prices love it!

I had my window down to hand the wash attendant my ticket. The dimwit just sprayed me in the face with the pressure washer because he was looking at some other car instead of what he was doing. Thanks guys.

Very good service

Been going for to Freds for years. I lost one of the the plastic grills that covers my fog light after I had my car washed. Called the right after I got back to work and told them. They took my number but no one called me back. Two days later I called again and they said they would look and call me back. Still no one called me back. Finally, A few days later I stopped on a rainy day when they were closed. I explained what happened and that no one returned my calls. They all just shrugged their shoulders and went back to doing whatever they were doing. No offer to compensate me or even and offer of a free car-wash (not that I would have accepted it) I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE THEIR VEHICLE THERE.

Quick and easy, but a little expensive

My husbands truck was disgusting. Im talking peanut butter smeared into the seats. We got a detailing from Freds and they did so much better than I was expecting for such a great price. There are still a couple stains left but for how faded they are now I cant complain. I was so impressed when we opened the doors when it was done.

As busy as they are, employees are efficient and easy going. Thank you.

I am not sure who set up the website but it needs serious review. I tried to set up an appointment in Watertown and was only allowed to access norwalk!! whats up .EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I wanted to but the 69.99 voucher for a discount and again could not do. If your website is not accessible please take it down and do not frustrate people.I do have to add that Freds car wash does a nice job washing cars. They towel dry your car which prevents water spots. Other places dont do this and the spots leave marks. Yuk. Also I have had my car detailed many times and they always do a superb job. Staff is nice also. always polite and courteous. So a one star rating for the website is not fair to them. I just dont use the website but I do use their car services and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work guys.

DO NOT USE FREDS! I purchased the unlimited car wash and was told to call to cancel it. I called to cancel it in February but they still charged my card until May. I called in May and told them what happened and they will only reimburse me for one month. They told me I have to go online to cancel, but i was never told this when I purchased the unlimited car washed. Carlos is extremely rude and wouldnt even let me tell him what happened. He said the best he can do it 3 free car washes. I keep calling and now they wont even answer or return my calls. This place is a scam. Marios down the street is much better.

When you pay $20 for a wash and they don’t spray the dead bugs on your windshield before you go through the wash and the kid at the towel dry is on his cell phone and only wipes your windows. And does a half ass job on that too. Never going back

As I was going through the car wash I heard a clunk and noticed my passenger mirror was pushed in so when I came out I got out of the car and noticed a scratch on my mirror and door. When the manager looked at it, he immediately said my machines didnt do that and refused to take ownership. Do yourself a favor take your car to q tip car wash or Marios car wash down the road.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Signed up for the monthly service. Cancelled it according their policy. Then after several months of having no charges, they start up again. Got AMEX to dispute, but they FREDS are still charging. I called the number on my AMEX invoice for Freds and was told it was a wrong number!!!!! AMEX has now put a block on all charges from Freds for me!!!!!! DO NOT USE FREDS IN WATERTOWN AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES CLOSELY!!!!!!

Not bad price for unlimited car washes for $20, but waiting for someone to open the automated gate for 10-15 minutes is a little ridiculous.

Im going through my credit card statement and FREDS CAR WASH is billing me monthly!!!! I had NO idea till I got the statement! AND THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN MY ON AND ONLY WASH!!! If you try calling, NO ONE PICKS UP!!!THEY SUCK!!

Only bad thing I can say is the towl boys wiped my hood and driver mirror and my drop gate .. not the rest of my truck .. came out cleaner then the last 3 car washes I have been too
