The owner of rhe company came and told me they would come in 2 weeks. Over 3 weeks went by repeatedly trying to get an answer so i can get my water turned on. Finally called me back to tell me he dont want to take it on and i could have been looking for someone else. UnprofessionalLeft me hanging out for all this time

I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THIS COMPANY ON SPEED DIAL!! THE TIME BETWEEN MY PHONE CALL, TO GARY, UNTIL THE TIME OF THEIR‘(THE 2 AUSTINS) ARRIVAL WAS LITERALLY LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. WE WERE EXPECTING TO PAY A LOT FOR THE EMERGENCY CALL. THEY CHARGED A VERY MINIMAL FEE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEROUINS PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR ANY HOME REPAIRS.

I called Derouins on a Saturday because our heating system wasnt heating the house. Despite warning that they had several house calls before mine the technician arrived within an hour. He was knowledgeable and explained the process as he was making the repair (bad control board). While he was there he checked the settings on the system and adjusted it to the manufacturers recommended specs, again explaining what he was doing and teaching me how to make adjustments myself if needed in the future. The technician was helpful and friendly, problem fixed within an hour, great overall experience.

Not nice to talk to on the phone they can be very rude at times. Told me I was hard to get a hold of and the last time they fixed something they showed up without calling me ahead of time and making an appointment.

Called to have them do a job in July. Long story short, they didnt do the job & I had a dispute over the bill (where I believed I had been overcharged). A month later, the same issues arose & I called them back (thats on me). They came & called someone else to do the job. They then stuck around while the other guy was there & charged me for it. Will not be using them again.

Derouins Plumbing and Heating have always treated me and my family great. Over the past 9 years living in Watertown I have had them install a new water heater, work on my plumbing, and install a new toilet. They are always professional and do outstanding work.

My husband and I noticed the floor in the master bathroom was starting to buckle. We called Derouins plumbing and heating. They sent Jason Farrell out the very next morning and Steve Smith that afternoon. Long story short... We had several water leaks and a lot of structural damage that went into the second bathroom and behind the washer and dryer. Steve Smith replaced both bathroom floors and Jason Farrell did all the plumbing. They very professional and polite. My husband and I will definitely call Derouins plumbing and heating for any future repairs...And Steve Smith for any carpentry needs.

We had a power outage and our pump wouldnt restart. We called them and they sent someone right out. He was very nice, and got us up and going quickly.

Simply disrespectful and unprofessional employees. Definitely suggest doing business elsewhere

Ive dealt with Derouins Plumbing over 30 years. I have never had any problem with their quick quality service.

I called derouins and spoke to a man named gary or maybe he said carrie im not sure as he isnt very eloquent of a speaker. I told him i needed the drain pipe connecting to my bathtub drain replaced directly underneath my bathtub so the weatherization crew could finish my insulation. Sets appt two days later all is good. Gary/Carrie calls me morning of appt to remind me payment is due today, as if i wasnt already aware of the process, to then tell me they would be arriving late instead of the early am appt that we SCHEDULED. Not a problem with me up until this next point. Plumber arrives and spends 30 minutes doing what i already tried to do to fix the drip myself (replace and reseal drain piece on top side of tub w plumbers putty) and then says he needs to go back to their shop for the part he should have brought with him already. He comes back with a partner an hour later (who they told me themselves the original plumber had to wait 30 minutes for the helper to get back to shop before they could come back to my home) to finish the job which took a grand total of about 30 maybe 40 minutes. They tried to charge me for their hour of time to go get the part they should have came equipped with as i requested on the phone with gary/carrie be replaced originally. Upfront i asked this pipe be replaced so why did they come without it? Maybe to get an extra hour of pay? Maybe bad communication with gary/carry the receptionist and his coworkers? Maybe just flat out incompetence on the behalf of derouins? But above all of this i missed a call from derouins so i called them back to be verbally threatened for putting words into gary/carrys mouth then he hung up on me while i was telling him how big of a child he was and that he was a poor businessman. So i called back to make sure he hung up on his customer on purpose and had nothing more to say and this low life thretened to call the cops and have me arrested for harrassment if i called them back and hung up again!!!!! Not to mention i spent 20$ on my prior stainless drain piece with stopper and i was charged 28$ for some dollar stole plastic drain piece. I would rather dump my money down my broken drain pipes and light my house on fire before i EVER called this place of business again negative stars if possible

Great service at reasonable rates. The tech Jason came out on time, identified the problem within 15 minutes, and had me up and running within a few hours. Will use Derouins for all my plumbing and heating needs.

If I could leave a negative star review for this company I would. We had scheduled an appointment to fix an issue with our tub. They pushed back our appointment without ever calling to tell us (I had to call). When I called to ask for a estimate to when they were going to be here, they were very short and rude.

Technicians do good work; only problem is they dont seem to communicate with the main office, too much lack of communication between workers and main office.

Called to get info person I spoke did not know very much and stressed the hassle of them having to do it doesnt sound like a company you hire
