BIRTHDAY party for the director of center

Great facility! We rented to for our Thanksgiving Burt Family Reunion.

I was in a jam with my bills at one point and my vehicle was broke down, so I came in for assistance and I was going over my bills to get help with my rent and advised I had to use a rental car for the weekends and I used the transit bus for other places I needed to go, well I advised it was a 40$ trip each day to use a taxi and I needed to use at least 3 times a week that equals 120.00 a week, okay so I couldnt afford that so I looked into a car rental and it was 100.00 deposit but when your done with the rental you get the money back then I paid 50.00 for the weekends including Fridays which then would get me everywhere I needed including appointments for my kids and this lady at jesse Cosby going to try and tell me I was frivolous for using a car rental service !!! Like really so paying $50 versus $120.00 was wrong how is that right get your math straight lady and transit was no way possible with my job on those days!! So long story short she acted like a was trying to be flashy with a rental! No lady!! I was trying to get to work and she was going to not help me with my rent because of her crazy option but the fact was I was trying to keep my job and not go broke!!! Working poor, crappy assistance, bad math skills !!

Before i went there in person, i called them. While being on the phone with them, i experienced rudeness. I went there to talk to someone and experienced the same thing, rudeness. They might do help people with bills but they need to help themselves with their attitudes.

Great community center! Getting people together!

Staff there needs to work on their people skills. When people are struggling and in need the last thing they need is someone talking down to them and like theyre stupid.

Its a good environment to work in and I enjoy working with the seniors
