I have been extremely impressed with the organization and proud of my affiliation with them! I feel blessed to work for this company!!

We had three Families First workers during our almost 3 year experience with them. Only the 2nd worker truly cared about working towards reunifying our family. The other two would simply do whatever DHS wanted and DHS never worked towards reunification. The 1st and 3rd workers both were very rude and condescending towards us. I think that the legislators should take a close look before they renew any contracts with Families First.

My experience with Families First Counseling Services has been top notch. They are a well-managed organization that cares about their clients and improving lives. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to someone in need.

I have worked as an Administrative Assistant for Families First for a little over 7 years now. I am very proud of all the people I work with, from the ones that are working with the families, supervisors and the people that work in the office. Such unbelievable team work!!! Helping families is our number one goal and we all work very hard to keep this goal.

An employee came toy home with a DHS worker to confront me about things Ive never said and that they didnt have proof of. Yet alone, when Ive asked about the timeframe of the weekly and monthly visit to our home, they were rude and didnt help at all. They threatened me with being brought to court instead of answering my questions. My family isnt under investigation but yet theyve treated me like a criminal. IveI never been rude to them. We all have cooperated promptly with them. I didnt know it was wrong to exercise my rights in asking questions about concerns.
