This has been my best experience at a jiffy lube. Most of them just dont care. Ive been to a few across the US and they want to lie to you. They tell you that you need something, when you dont, just to make an up sale. This one in Waterloo, IA is awesome. Will use them again. Highly recommend this place.

Professional, quick, and thorough. Many quick service locations will skip steps for the sake of expediency and saving themselves a buck, this location does it right. A good team is like a dance; the maintenance waltz here is strong.

Jiffy Lube gave great care and time to my car, vacuuming and cleaning the windows, and I know they did a great job with my oil change. My issues were that it took over an hour for my car to get into the garage and changed, despite a 20-minute quote, and I was charged over $120 for an oil change and a basic air filter exchange. I expect an up-charge so this business can survive, but this was a lot for the basic service I needed. Even with a coupon this cost confused me and I will find a cheaper service.

The workers here are AMAZING. Best service I have ever received. The woman working with the brunette hair who I forgot her name was the most wonderful worker and explained everything with detail in which I could understand. She deserves a raise and all the praise!

I was just there for an oil change but the couple in the waiting room got a brake service. This team was prompt and professional about performing my preferred service. They offered recommended services without being pushy, and I will be returning!

Very professional, quick and efficient service. I highly recommend this shop jiffy lube,and also you can see with your own eyes what are doing with your vehicle, this is the most important thing at least for me,observing what they are doing and changing things in your vehicle.

One star for cleaning my windows and changing my oil. One star for being friendly. However there is nothing jiffy about this place, they should consider changing the name to sluggish lube. I was here for 2 hours and I’m usually in and out of a quick lube in 20 minutes.

Jiffy lubes is where I go to have oil changed with 5 star service. However, Jiffy Lube is no longer company owned. It is now selling its franchise and is now privately owned.Service was quick enough and there is a Mexican restaurant about 50 feet away that you can sit down and have a taco and a beer while you wait. (Only have one though and stay under that legal limit).4 stars only though because they noticed a license plate bulb was out and quoted me $15.00 to replace it. When I said no they quickly came down to $5.00. I still said no and purchase a pk of 2 for $2.00.I will still have my oil changed there and you should also. Always be aware that these scams happen and be careful.

This is now my preferred place to have my vehicle service done. They did an excellent job and really helped me out. Another place that I had an oil change didnt tighten my oil filter down correctly. All of the oil had blown out. Destiny, Chad and Donavon really helped me out. I really recommend this jiffy lube and the staff was amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!!!

I had gone there frequently and the last time I was there they said the last place must have put in a hard to change filter and I would have to take it elsewhere when it was them that changed it. I took it to Rydell and they had no problem. I emailed customer service and they never responded to fix the issue.

Dan changed my oil for me and made me feel very welcome and comfortable while I was there. He was very friendly and kind. This is not the closest jiffy lube location to my house, but I will now continue to make the longer drive to come to this location and work with Dan.

I will like to give a major shout out to DILLON H and DESTINEY D. The fastest service I’ve had since I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube. Very energized people and happy about their job. As of today My experiences at jiffy lube has been amazing so thankful for those bright workers. I was having a bad day with my car and low funds just wasn’t my morning. DILLON greeted me with the brightest smile through his mask. The first impression was the best and it continued on with Destiney, she explained the problems and solutions and within a times manner I was out of your lobby. FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE WITH JUST 2 AMAZING WORKERS. Well job done.

I have been getting my oil changed here for a couple years now and now that they have new ownership the price increased by at least $15. So for a standard oil change it would have been almost $52! I called Tires Plus and they said it would have been about $32 after tax there. Good thing I had a coupon....

Was an experience with employee fight and 2 1/2 wait for oil change

My whole experience was pretty unpleasant. The customer is not the priority at this location. While I was told all services were provided once I got to my car it was apparent that all services were provided.My normal auto shop wasnt available so I took a chance & was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I will be having my regular mechanic verify that both air filters were replaced as well because I left feeling like I was taken advantage off. -5⭐

Pay attention to what theyre charging you. dropped car off for an oil change, supposedly were out of stock on oil filters they didnt tell me anything about that when I dropped it off. Didnt tell me that they were going to charge me an extra 20$. They charged me 20$ for having them drive to Cedar Falls location for an oil filter, who does that? I could have driven my car to that location instead. Low level mechanics and their shady businesses.

The Best

I came to get a signature oil change... The signature oil change comes with minor detailing, that I didnt get. No vacuuming and and my car wasnt filthy, but it couldve used the vacuum. I watched a gal do some of my windows and not others, so staff there seem to be cutting corners... It was simple stuff and this place just failed me with what I expected. This place has also told me theyre booked with little to no one there prior seemingly and I still gave them a try anyways. Never again, Ill just hit University location next time.

Dan was disrespectful lied to me about air in my tires but the rest of the crew is great.

I have never been talked down to so quickly. I got out of my car and wasn’t greeted with “hi welcome to jiffy lube” I was greeted with “your rear brakes need replaced on both sides, we can do it for 200$ and you need it done now.” Even though he barely looked at them, he then began to “educate” me on brakes, it’s a job I have done myself many times, they have not made any noise and there is no sign of wear. I had to refuse a couple of times always to the tune of being talked down to. They told me my coolant was low and that they could top it off for 9$ I refused because I had coolant at home from some previous car work only to get home and see that my coolant was not low. A previous visit to the cedar falls location the employees openly talked about how they kept the cheap oil with the wrong label which I why I tried this location, I won’t go back to a jiffy lube ever again.

Never had a bad experience here and employs great and personable staff. Always gotten in for oil change quickly and trust them over most dealerships or other auto shops nearby.

From my perspective of view, Id say this guys are trying their best. I came to recharge my ac and do the oil change. They added the fluid to my ac system and since my ac system was faulty I wasnt charged for that service!! How cool is that?! Then they had no wrench for my oil filter ( its a sprinter!!) so they bought new wrenches which also wouldnt fit, so they improvised and did the job!! And after everything they charged me a very-very fair price... I can write a lot about my experience, but wont. Good people, good service, period.

So I sent my boyfriend there with a coupon for $24.99 signiture oil change and he comes back with a receipt for $101. I should have went with my gut instinct when I read the reviews about all the up charging. The air filter alone was $35 when I can change that myself and it only coats 14.99 for my type of car. Lesson learned! We wont be back

I just left from going in and getting an oil change, and a few other things and I must say I have never liked going in to get anything done anywhere because its always just a list of sales pitches and stress. Not here though!!!I have never had such AMAZING customer service before in my life. We were helped by Jolene L. And I was in shock how truely caring, helpful, and friendly she was. Best oil change experience ever! Always coming back!

Well they were friendly. They top off air in my tires and forgot to put valve caps back on. They let air out of my front right tire to the point their is only 20 pounds of air. They over filled my right rear tire to 60 pounds of air. So going here is costing me way more money and time than it should have. Never coming back to this place where they dont have people with common sense working there.

Color me impressed. Within minutes of posting my complaint on Jiffy Lubes FB page, I was contacted via p.m. asking for my contact info. Within hrs of providing it, I received a phone call from their parent company, Central Iowa Lubrication LLC. The General Manager and I had a very pleasant conversation. He acknowledged the mistakes his tech made, apologized, and thanked me for my years of patronage. He addressed every single concern in my message. I found him to be a reasonable, professional man. He assured me that he would provide further training to the tech. He specifically addressed the whole Sweetie issue, apologizing profusely. He asked me what he could do for me and offered a refund, free services, name what I wanted. After a moment of thought, I said, Youve just given me what I wanted. Respect, acknowledgement, and a sincere apology. Thats enough. That goes a lot further than free services. He then emailed me his direct email, asking for feedback from my next visit. Im giving them another chance. In 3000 miles, I hope to be able to email him that I had a good experience

Good service but they did not correct my tire pressure like they said.

I brought em my car, they changed the oil. Not bad.

Went to get my oil changed there and was greeted outside by a man cleaning someone’s car windows, and was asked “ what do you need.” I asked him if I could get my oil changed and drop my car off, I was told “ we don’t do drop offs anymore.” However was just in there two days ago and was told they did. Two days ago when I was in there, I waited for over ten mins before having someone even acknowledge that I was there and then told they didn’t have time, very poor customer service!!

They do a comprehensive, good job for the customer. I trust the guys there to provide quality, reasonably priced, preventative, periodical maintenance for my auto.

They are friendly, fast, look over your vehicle well and even vacuumed it out. Won’t go anywhere else in cedar falls/Waterloo again.
