Does anyone that has a brain work here!? No. They cant even answer a phone!!!

Unhelpful and rude. I have had multiple problems and the lady (Kimberly) never wants to help me. The carriers are inconsistent need better training as well. If I didn’t have to use this site, I would not. Do better.

A mailman tried a delivery attempt but never did . The package requires a signature and I m always in my apartment during the day. If they did attempt to deliver then how come I didn’t hear any knocking instead issue this important note that should be posted right by the door which they never did.Usually they post a note by the door instead put in mailbox so how will I see it right away. Always have issue with them. Annoying!!!

NEVER REQUEST A MAIL HOLD THROUGH WATERLOO! Went out of town for a week a couple months ago and placed a mail hold, opting to pick up our mail from USPS instead of having it delivered. Came back, no mail when we went to pick it up. Clerk said sometimes carrier chooses to deliver even if we selected to pick it up. Said to wait and see if mail delivered later that day. Still nothing so we went back down where the clerk dismissively said that mail was slow so we must not have gotten anything. We questioned that, as we always got at least 1 piece of junk mail, but whatever they looked. Clerk said hed contact our carrier to see if they had anything and give us a call when they found out. Got a call later, and clerk was still adamant there was nothing for us. A little perplexing we thought, but okay they looked so it was what it was. A MONTH later we get a STACK of mail tied together with a rubber band with a note saying it had been at the location since THE DAY WE WENT DOWN TO PICK IT UP and there was A BILL in there that we could very well have been late on!! This was also AFTER having received more current mail. Sent complaint with all details to the customer service email provided online, waited DAYS for a response only to be told to call. Asked for a more accurate email, as I didnt want to tell the entire story and provide the more concrete details again, Id rather copy and paste, and was told there wasnt one. HOW HORRIBLE!!If youre going out of town, just have a trusted friend, family member, or neighbor pick up your mail for you because the post office here in Waterloo CLEARLY doesnt care!

Wait times can be outrageous but the staff is friendly enough

There has been a package of mine at the post office for the past 11 days and has not moved on to be delivered to me. Why?

I guess I have been very lucky with not having to wait in line to awful long even at Christmas time. Maybe I just know the best time to go. Also the clerks are all very nice people doing a good job. My carrier is a lovely gal too!

Nice and clean post office. The workers there are very nice and friendly. Can still buy single stamps as well as a book of stamps. Prefer this location than Hyvee or other locations.

Mail man threw my box down then kicked it cant make a complaint to hard to get threw to someone

This is the third day on a row where Ive called to speak to a supervisor and NO ONE has answered the phone!!! Firstly it advertises that the time to call is until 5 which is reasonable, btu you find out when you call that you can only speak to someone about your mail or missing mail up till 4 pm. A full hour before closing time at the office. And lastly, every time I call no one is there to pick up the phone. Do Managers leave at 2pm? Ive been calling since them so I dont know......

My package supposed to be delivered yesterday by 8 and its 1130 following day still no package cant get ahold of abyone to help figure out where my package is no one answers phone and 800 number is no help!

This local post office sucks, long waiting line everyday. If you call by phone you end up getting a voice mail box and rarely get called back. If this was a small business NO ONE would ever go back. And then they wonder why there loosing buisiness.

I think it may be time to replace/swap out some carriers.. due to construction a 5-6 lbs box cannot be delivered 2 houses down from a corner thats accessible. and on a friday so now its a wait until monday.. bravo.

They always get my mail wrong and deliver my mail excessively late and sometimes dont deliver it till the next day when it says its on the vehicle for delivery. Im pretty sure theyve stolen my mail a time or 2 as well. Cheating thieving bastards I cant wait to move.

Never seem to answer the phone.

This is the 5th time that I have received a missed delivery notice (evenly distributed with in a year) after signing a release 4 times. No communication.

I call. No one picks up. I show up..no one cares. Do I need to turn you guys in? Start telling people to use fedex and UPS because you guy are incapable of doing the very simple things at hand? No excuses, YOU know every year that the holidays are coming..and yet every year your excuse is the same. If you prepared yourself better and actually put forth effort..maybe this review and the other low review wouldnt be so abundant...but nah..you probably have so many lazy excuses up your guys sleeves. I hope you lose your jobs. Im tired of paying you for nothing.

Two neighbors had out going mail and mail didnt run. Shoot didnt run for whole street

Always very friendly and helpful, professional. My lockbox lock busted and they fixed in one day. I go in quite often and usually between 1 and 8 people in line, but they have 3 to 4 tellers. Has customer offstreet parking so dont have to pay meter. Cant find lost mail but who can. Their slogan, welcome to your other address should really be reserved for packages from other delivery providers.

Didn’t get my package today like I was supposed to

Im not sure who to contact about this but my mailperson has not been showing up on Mondays. I live on Blowers Ave in Waterloo. Last Monday I had things to mail, I put them in the mailbox on Sunday night and they were still there with the flag up on Tuesday morning. Same thing with today. This is causing my bills to be late arriving because they are not being picked up like they are supposed to be. I was under the understanding that even if I do not receive mail, the mailperson is supposed to check for outgoing mail regardless. That has not been happening.

Staff are always helpful and efficient at Sycamore St. office.

For a mail delivery service they never actually deliver any of my packages... package doesnt fit in my mail box?.. just drop at my door then maybe? I dont know I guess taking 15 steps from their car to the front door is too much work for a government employee, so Im stuck driving out to pick up my own stuff at inconvenient times and days.

Today dec.22nd 2017. Sitting here at my sisters house. The mail man came and stole my sisters money out of her mailbox??? We have the proof. So we called the posted office to complain...and they didnt really want to help.

This is by far the worst post office of all time.Called about 50 times nobody knows how to answer the phone..

For the last 2 years I have tried to send packages to this area and the carriers always either steel them or just dont care to deliver them packages never to be seen again dont send anything that has to go through this post office!!!

Doesnt know how to knock on your door when they have a package you need to sign for and they tell you that you can pick it up on a day theyre closed. Terrible service and terrible people.
