I dropped my Self propelled Snapper mower off there years back as it wouldn’t start then they called a said it was ready for pickup. I showed up and the guy said he would go in the back and get it he then roll’s out a very much older & cheaper mower it wasn’t even a Snapper and says there you go 😳 I said this isn’t my mower and he insisted that it was my mower, like I don’t know my own mower that I paid a lot of money for and bought from them! So I argued with him about it and he said let me go in the back and check and then he rolls my mower out and says here you go and says it’s ready to go. 🤔 Makes me think is it really ready to go!I was very disappointed with them there after that happened and I have bought an expensive STIHL weed trimmer and STIHL Hedge trimmer and this expensive Snapper Mower from them but I won’t be buying from them anymore!

Had my equipment for four week. Said they ordered the parts. Weeks later I stopped by and it was never touched. Picked up and will repair myself. Never go here again. Stay away!!!

Dropped our field mower off in NOVEMBER! They still have it 6 months later. Called and stopped in several times only to be told owner or technician wasnt in. Last week we went to pick it up and they would not give it to us! May have to call the sheriff. Horrible service!!

Bought lawnmower, had for six weeks. Broke down and has been in shop for six weeks.

Great little shop and very helpful, no need to worry about getting taken advantage of.
