Some guy called Adam works there and is is the worst person you want help from, no common sense and had no idea what he is doing, find someone else to help you out go somewhere else. They need to get rid of that dude.

I want to thank Luke at P & K, he obviously knows customer service even when a product isnt bought directly from P & K. I bought a Deere riding mower from home depot on 5/18/19 and they said it would be delivered to my home on 5/29/19. What they didnt tell me was that it would be delivered to P & K on that date. I called Home Depot on 5/30/19 to track it and thats when I found that it would be delivered to P & K first for assembly. So I called P & K and spoke to Luke, he told that they wouldnt be able to deliver it until 6/5/19, I asked Luke if there was anyway to get it sooner because my previous push mower no longer ran and the grass is a foot tall now after 2 weeks. I get a call this morning 5/31/19 from Luke stating they will deliver it today. I not sure what other projects the service dept had going but Luke listened to my plea for an earlier delivery date and he produced. Thanks so much! I will be in P & K this fall to buy my snowblower attachment directly from them. John S
