Rented a small piece of equipment. When I got it home, it didnt work at all. Called right away and left a message. Brought it back the next morning and received a full refund. Professional and courteous.

If I could give them lower then a 1star I would! I was overcharged by $850 what they claimed was damage on the equipment. I had to call them and find out why I was overcharged. The liar on the phone said it was bent like a horseshoe and they had to fix it before they could even load it up. I was watching them and they loaded it up with out any problems! Before I even could use the equipment I had to call and they brought a mechanic out to fix it... twice! I called Matt, he is in charge of all of the units. I told him everything. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I called the Cedar Falls location and I was told by Brett, the guy that took the phone call, that Matt is setting up a $35k tent deal and thats much more important then your $850. He told me to call Jeff so I did. Jeff said he will call the owner and he will call me back. He did call me back and said the charge is right. I told him he needed to remove it. Jeff said he will talk to accounting and call me back. He did call me back and said everyone agreed the $850 should come off my credit card. Jeff said it will be taken off but it never came off! I had to file a fraud on my credit card. Buyer/renter beware! There is more but I cant put it all on here. Thanks.

The staff is friendly and the rental prices are decent. Rented from them 2 times now and it will be the last time. Not that the staff or the building was bad and the rental price is good but the rental items are old and poorly maintained. We rented a forced kerosene heater to thaw our pipes. We used it less then 10 mins and thought we will just pay them for the gallon or less that we used. We rented a similar one a few years previously for the same reason (same place) and used 3 gallons in 1 1/2 hrs. When my wife dropped it off this time they said it went through 3 gallons!! Im guessing it has a 10 to 15 gallon tank? So at 15 gallons it would of been empty in 50 mins that is a perfectly example of horribly maintained products. I would suggest trying somewhere else that has newer or better maintained products.

Anyways have what we need at a good value. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable.
