One star because no option for fewer. Save your time and look elsewhere. Dr. Nag has proven time and again that she has absolutely no interest in total wellbeing of her patients. She is self centered and egotistical. Avoid her at all costs

My family member was treated her for several days. The staff and doctor were very good about calling me for any questions, med approvals, updates, etc. The nursing staff were caring and competent. No one ever hung up on me or refused to answer my calls. Evaluation was delayed as they were short staffed. Dan completed the evaluation and was understanding and insightful. I have no concerns about services here or returning here again.

I had a great doctor who I saw for about a year, but who recently left. I called to make an appointment, they said they would message the doctors to see if anyone would take me. I waited a week, no call. Called back, unfortunately I had not updated my number, so I updated it and made the appointment. My fault, not their problem from my perspective. I wait a week or two, and the week before the appointment, I get a call that the doctor decided to take the day off. Im pretty disappointed, because my meds are running low, and I could have a seizure if I lapse on benzodiazepenes, but I say OK, Ill make another one. She transfers me to the clinic to make another appointment. The answering machine says This office is not answering, and hangs up. Its 2:00 in the afternoon, so Im miffed at why theyre closed. Im on the road (hands-free device), and too busy the rest of the day to look their dang number up, call, then wait to see if someone else will take my appointment 30 days from now. Again, scrips are low, no refills. Dont know why theyre letting business slip through their fingers, because if they fumble the appointment, Im forced to go somewhere that will work me in before my scrip runs out. So I dont have a seizure and die. Not to put too fine a point on it, but thats the situation.

Despite the shortage of psych providers in our state, I have gotten in in a reasonable amount of time. I love my counselor, Christine Ewaldt.

Terrible. I called twice to schedule and got hung up on twice. She asked if I could hold and I said I couldnt because I was back at work and she hung up on me. So dis-respectful. Wouldnt go to this place at all.

They actually hang up on you rather than answer the phone. You will never get a real, live human on the phone. If your prescription must be written, you will drive there in person twice to request it and a third time to pick it up, (maybe) UNLESS-- your doctor left. Then... all I can say is good luck. Not all the office staff here is improffessional, some of them are great, but the not-so-great ones make it frustrating!!OH! And, without notice, while waiting for two prescriptions, they will close an hour before the posted time and route you to the answering service who cannot take a message anyways. They literally get paid to answer the phone and tell you they closed. So, thats where your money goes...? Hmm.

I came here in 2015 for depression, thank god it was only circumstantial, and took an hour long scantron test there to gauge how bad my ailment was, if i even had one, or which one. they said results would take 6-8 weeks. I call on the third month, still no results. I come again, still no results and the lady at the front desk is rude. It is now going on 7 months and at this point I am leaving waterloo because I figured that was the reason I was feeling how i was feeling. So my dad stops in to get my medical records for my new doctor. they are rude to him, they have no idea where the test results are that I took 7 months ago that would take 6-8 weeks and they give my dad my medical information without me signing a consent form. LOL the only reason i didnt sue is because I actually wanted him to have it.
