My family has been trying to get in touch with these people for the past year about how they are managing my brothers money. They never respond to emails or messages or simply hang up on you and then they call my brother and yell at him for having his family call them. Im back in town now and will be getting to the bottom of this. I better not hear that you called my brother and yelled at him about this review. EVERYTHING from this point on will be documented. My brother may not have all his wits about him. But I do.
Terrible service! Not consistent with payments. Do not recommend!
Unprofessional, unorganized, even the social security office knows how bad they are by reputation alone. Literally ANYTHING is better for a payee service than they are.
