Had my wife’s phones screen replaced on 4/29/20. Screen is peeling off and has already caused a crack 6/2/20. Called for the “warranty” and waS told it’s not their problem and they are a franchise. Never again will I use your service. Might as well have bought a new phone. Highly recommend going else where.

Fantastic little shop, came in looking for ink! But was greeted so nicely! Ended up getting my Phone fixed long overdue and Ben help me locate the ink place that was there before!

When my back casing was damaged in the screen repair they replaced it free of charge! Exceptional service!

I bought my phone for $180 great price was used but my battery started running out they gave me a new battery for free my phone wasn’t charging right they gave me a new port for FREE no service all the time fixed for free and so much more for FREE amazing service very nice people they have probably put more money into fixing stuff than what I payed for my phone amazing quality love it!

Randomly stopped in to the Waterloo Quick Phix and talked to Ben after I smashed my Google Pixel 2 XL screen. He was able to order it for me over the weekend and replaced my screen a few days later! Took less than an hour for him to repalce it and made the whole process as easy as possible. My new screen looks almost better than the original! I could not be happier with this experience and will recommend Quick Phix to anyone that needs a screen replaced!

I had just bought a new Samsung S10+, within a week the phone was not able to connect to WiFi for some reason. I am technically challenged. xD. I was referred to Quick Phix by one of my buddies, and got in contact with Benjamin who was extremely helpful in resetting my device to OEM settings which allowed me to reconnect to WiFi. Now my phone works as it should from the manufacturer. JOY!

Advised by verizon to take to this place after battery expanded and caused separation of screen from rest of moto z play droid; no-can-do...informed id have to purchase the battery on my own and THEN bring it in to be replacedget to car and noticed the associate broke tab on otterbox and then played dumb when i walked back into store and informed him of what had happened

Cracked 7+ screen was replaced onsite within 90 minutes. Friendly competent service, at a price that was more than fair considering the turn around time.I don’t recommend damaging your tec equipment....but if you do, I highly recommend Quick Phix.

I tried to replace my iPad mini digitizer assembly after my home button broke. The digitizers I ordered from amazon and ebay were said to be OEM or OEM quality. After getting bad screens from 3 different companies and going on a month without my own iPad I searched for a local repair shop to do the work for me. The QuickPhix tech was able to answer all of my question about the quality of the replacement screen/home button.After my ipad was fixed I was amazed at how much better this screen was, and the home button was quiet...No clicking sound at all, better then OEM quality. I asked the rep how did you get a quiet home button on an older device. He said “our parts are not sold in store or online. They are made specifically for repair shops.” It’s makes sense. If a replacement part is going be higher quality and more expansive, it’s best if a professional does the work. Micro electronic internals are easy to damage.After getting home I realized that my smart case was not magnetically closing. I called the shop about the problem and came back in and showed them. The rep apologized and was happy to correct the mistake. We don’t live in a perfect world so it’s nice when a business gives an honest answer. I could take off a star for this, but at the end of the day this is a place that I want to send my family to for their tech repair needs. They out priced their competitors while offering better then OEM quality parts. Only a business that cares about their customers would do that.
