I went and bought a phone which I really enjoy. Its also a really nice phone. The best part of my experience was I had trouble switching my number over to my new phone. The boss man called customer service for me and set up my phones service. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me because it was a lot more work than what he signed up for. They were friendly and very helpful. I definitely would go back to have something fixed or even buy another phone.

Great place! I walked in after cracking my phone screen, was immediately attended to, and had my phone fixed and in hand in 30 minutes. Reasonable price, and friendly folks.

Horrible customer service. Called one day to get a screen fixed they quoted me at 65 dollars, came into the store to get it fixed they upped the price to 75 and said they werent going to fix it because we had a problem on the quote that was supposed to be 65 not 75. The runt that was at the counter was very rude and unprofessional.

This place is horrible. Went to the store on Friday about getting my phone fixed. The guy there stated they had one part and he should be able to get the other part by Saturday. Told him I would be back on Sunday and he stated that would work. Show up on Sunday and they were about 20 mins late opening. Then find out the guy I talked to on Friday didn’t make a repair ticket or even call in to get the other part. Once again had to be told that they would order the part. This time was told he would call me later that day letting me know if he could find a part or if he’d have to order it. No phone call so called on Monday and found it that the part never even got ordered and would take another 3-5 days to get there. Apparently no one in this store communicates with each other....

I would not recommend ever going to Elite Mobile to have your phone battery replaced. Not even 6 months old and battery swelled up and phone not useable. Only offers 90 day warranty on these poor battery replacements.Update: they did replace my defective battery free of charge thanks. I’d recommend them

I fixed my iPhone twice (once changed the battery, other time it wasnt turning on) with Elite Mobile at Crossroads Mall, and there is absolutely nothing I can complain about. They fix it really fast (you can just have a cup of coffee in the mall and then come back), and it is very affordable. Also, nice people, and a very good customer service - they offer 90 day guarantee on their repairs, and they are open until 9pm, which really helps if you are busy at work at daytime. We take our iPhone 6 to have the screen switched. The phone worked when I dropped it off. Just answered a call. They have had my phone for 3 days. Their emoloyee broke it and cannot get the phone to work. They are trying to refund, call apple, say the phone was already broken. Any and every excuse in the book. I STILL don’t have my phone and they said a “manager would call me back” then their rude employee hung up on me. AFTER trying to convince me to switch to boost mobile and sweep this problem under the rug. No empathy, no customer service, nothing. I will be contacting the BBB and advising them of their unethical practices. Shady company.

Would not recommend taking your phone to get fixed here, brought a phone in that was in perfect shape except for water damage. Got it back with the bottom corner on the front lifted and chipped and when you flipped it over the whole back of the phone was shattered! They held it together with packing tape and didnt even say anything about the damage! Would give 0 stars if able...

Please only go here if your going for boost mobile.The dude sold me a stolen phone, and when I went to quikphix, ben (the guy who works there) said that two girls had came in because he sold them two iphone 8s for 300 dollars each (they should be sold for 500 dollars minimum) and they both were stolen. (You know this because the phone wont read the sim or accept your apple ID)Which is exactly what happened to me. I returned the phone that I got he gave me my money back.But when I took the phone in he put my sim in after I got back from tmobile (tmobile told me to return the phone because it was stolen.)And he said the sim was reading and the phone should work even though I seen that the phone said no simI went there a few days ago to give him some old phones and some guys were in there talking about how the phone they bought there wasnt working and the dude said there was nothing he could do and he wasnt going to take the phone back.This place is sketchy!! Dont go there!!

Totally unprofessional! Tried to have a cracked screen replaced on an Android device that otherwise was fully functioning. Brought it home to discover they had broken the phone near the power button, and the phone wouldnt turn on. Brought it back (they claimed it was already broken) and they rigged it. Two hours later I realized the light sensors werent adjusted properly so the backlight wouldnt work. Called and was told to bring it back again. Then the screen half fell off while the phone was in my pocket, and cracked when I sat down. When I called they said the warranty was void due to damage. When I started the process my phone worked but the screen was cracked, now the phone doesnt work and its still cracked, and they offered no refund of my $70 fee. Id heard poor reports of this group, but figured Id give them a shot. Take my word for it, this outfit is a joke!

Horrible! I have an iPhone and I shattered my screen. I went to them to fix my screen. I continue to have to take my phone for them to fix my screen because it continues to lift. I spent $171 to have my screen fixed so I expected it to be fixed correctly. I shouldnt have to continue to take time out of my day to bring my phone to them for them to fix the screen. Money waisted and never again will they receive my business. I shouldve went to their competition like I was going to do.

Had water damage to my iPhone SE, screen didnt work (didnt respond to my touch), they ordered a new screen after they thought a iPhone 5 screen would work. So they replaced the screen the phone didnt turn on because it was dead, so they told me that the phone had no signs of life. The phone died while it was off. But before I gave it to them it did work! All they had to do as charge the phone!
