Oh my goodness. I took a 2011 Honda Ody in there today as it was a mess... like 4 months of vacationing with 3 kids mess. Now I did take everything we owned out of the van but his crew did an incredible job. I felt like I needed to take my shoes off prior to getting back in. I would 1000% use Ricks again when I need a deep clean and would have no problem recommending his service. This is my first google review ever but just felt so compelled to compliment what happened today. Thank you!

Took a car in that was just purchased still had the bill of sale and title in the center console to show proof of purchase the negligence of this crew is crazy they threw away my paperwork and then refused to take accountability for it! they say it was never in there they would check everywhere and call me back never heard anything cost me time and money to file for a new title plus $125 for a detail that wasnt very good I dont recommend this place to anybody

Ricks made my 2005 Toyota Prius look brand new, and charged $40 less than the Toyota dealer. Much better work than Toyota. For less $$. My husband says he has never seen such a good detail job! I will only go to Ricks from now on.

Great place, great service

Did a good job for the most part they came really highly recommend but missed a few spots completely like they rushed through it. Spots like the garage door opener that some cars have built in, the handle on the ceiling was still really dirty, missed a whole side of a back seat, and the back side of the sun viser were missed. The stuff they did looks amazing I just wish they would of payed attention to the small details.

I went to this detail shop in 2009 at that time I had already purchased a brand new 2007 vehicle, less than 15,000 miles on it, and when I went to the shop and I had my car detailed when I returned to pick up my car that day And they did a horrible job it looked like as if the seats were over wet and the material was wrinkled and on top of all that my car was missing the original floor mats I informed the owner and the owner accuse me of taking my own mats in order to get a free detail which is untrue he got in my face and screamed at me ( I am 5 foot three and the owner is well over 6 foot and I am a woman)and I found out later who took the mats and it was one of his workers I will never attend this shop again I just want to let anyone who is thinking about using this detail shop to be aware of the fact that there are thieves on the premises and the owner cares nothing about his customers only his bottom line

I had my car detailed yesterday (Nov. 10, 2014) at Ricks. They did a fantastic job inside and out and even in the engine was cleaned. It looked and felt like a new car. I would definitely recommend Ricks. I also want to thank them for supporting Karsyn Krusaders. I purchased my detailing service from an auction I attended for this cause.
