The barber Rob that cut my sons hair was the truth! We had to wait a while but it was worth the wait. He got him in and out with not one problem, very professional and good with kids. Will be booking with him from now on.

This was the worst barber experience ever! I scheduled a 1 pm appointment. When I entered the shop, everyone looked at me without a greeting. After inquiring about who my barber was, the other barbers laughed and stated he is typically about an hour late. I inquired if anyone else could assist me being that Im new to the area. No one answered. I called my ride and stood outside from the treatment I received in this shop! They were rude. And I will never step foot in there again. Nor would I recommend this place unless you plan on having your time wasted.I called Royals around the corner. They got me in, and it was one of the best cuts Ive had in 38 years of living. The young people were polite and professional. The only way I could show my appreciation was via tip. They deserved.Only use Brothaz if you want people that think it is ok to be unengaged and seriously non professional!!

I just moved to Waterloo not many months ago. Ive been looking for a Barber shop that offers old school cuts with attention to detail. I found it. The guys were friendly. They had a few TVs to watch some sports while your hair was cut. Donell did my cut. He was very detailed and took his time to do a great job. Ill definitely be going back!

I got chopped up by Donel and he I cant complain about a thing. I drove from Fort dodge because I heard of how great the shop was with great attention to detail. D did a great job and I plan on making the drive apart of my 2week routine. Quality is worth it.

Cant say its best barbershop in waterloo but its decent. You can walk in but you have to wait almost 1 hour, best things to do is make an appointment.
