After traveling 300 miles with strange sounds, Jake squeezed us into a late Friday appointment to replace heavily damaged wheel bearings & calipers on both front wheels of our truck. Our weekend move of furniture was salvaged & we were able to relax & enjoy Halloween with our grandkids! Jake & Tim were efficient, professional & extremely communicative during the entire process and had all the right parts & equipment ready to get us back on the road within a couple hours. Just wanted to let you know how considerate Jake is. I work next door at Waterloo animal washospital and we had a customer with a flat tire and I recommended she call Jake he came right away and aired up her tire. She was young and very upset. That is monroe county. Thanks jake.
