Absolutely loved my experience with Lowell! It was my first time having to fix a car and he was so great at explaining to me what was wrong with the car and what he did to fix it. He even made sure we were fixing the right problem and my bill ended up cheaper then originally expected. I will definitely be going back to him for anything I need in the future!

Lowell is a very knowledgeable and really quick considering how busy he is!! I had my car towed there(which he paid and just added to the repair bill) on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon, it was already diagnosed and ready for the repairs. Had it done Tuesday morning and he was behind!! Did such a great job, he now has my truck which sat at another shop for 4 months and i paid 270 for im not sure what!!!??? Im very glad i found this man and he has my business as long as hes taking business!!

BEST MECHANIC AROUND!I will start off by saying, you can’t ask for better all around guy let alone mechanic! Lowell is VERY genuine, he cares about his guest needs! Also very fair, repairs problems thay would cost you double even maybe triple at dealership! As well as his knowledgeable, he’s amazing at understanding and diagnosing problems and very efficient! He quoted me cheaper then any other shop around here to do some break lines that snapped its been about 3 weeks and not a issue sense work was well done he gave a time frame and was on time and even gave me money back that wasnt used showed me every thing he did a bit long winded but well worth going to a true hidden gem in waterloo ia

What an amazing shop! Friday after Christmas my husband breaks down on 20 and manages to get it off the exit. Called a few places and wasnt impressed with the things they said, then he got Lowell. Not only was he nice but he was HONEST which you dont usually get. He works with a tow company and had it towed to the shop. Called an hour later to make sure we didnt need the house key on the ring. Then called Saturday to tell us he needed more time because bolts were rusted on. Called on Monday to let us know it was done and even went in on New Years day so we could pick it up. His price was exactly what we were quoted for repairs but it included the tow too. If you want a mechanic who wont try to squeeze you for money and is also amazing, go see Lowell.
