Couldnt even do a simple oil change. Nissans require a crush washer. Oops leaks oil. Took the car back. Still leaks. STAY AWAY!!!

I got lucky with these guys. I was stranded while up in Waterloo for training and called these guys based on their solid reviews. Steve helped me out right away and drove to the location I was at. I had a wiring issue with my battery and they helped me that night with an hour and a half left in their day when they easily could have said they were about to close. They helped me get back on the road quickly and at a fair price. I know where I’d be going if I lived in Waterloo.

I called these guys since my mother has always been treated very well, when I tried to explain what I had going on with my truck I was immediately interrupted and told they couldnt help me! I have a miss at low rpms and was told again I cant help you! Are you kidding me? More than likely its a vacuum leak but, I guess these guys dont like anything other than an oil change and I will just take my business elsewhere!

Went there to get a pre-purchase inspection for a used car that I was looking at, and they ended up saving me a lot of time and money by pointing out and explaining the flaws with the vehicle.

Been going here for a long time to get our cars and trucks taken care of. When you call for an appointment, it doesnt take you long to get in for service. Very dependable service and repairs. We like the fact that they dont try to tell you that your car needs something when it really doesnt!!!

Dan and Steve are good guys and good mechanics. Heat went out in my vehicle middle of winter. I brought it over to them and Steve had me back on the road within an hour.

This place is the only place I trust. Theyve always done great work and dont try to charge you an arm and a leg for the work they do. They dont do work without your say so. It might take longer than most places but if you want it done right then this is the place to go.
