We had a temperature regulating issue on one of our stovetop burners. He was very responsive, making us aware that parts needed to be ordered, and as soon as they came in he got us on the schedule to deal with the problem. Took a couple of attempts that were not any fault of his own (thanks, Whirlpool for being complicated), but now the issue is completely fixed! Reasonable prices, timely responses, very professional.

Michael came to my house after being contacted by my oven manufacturer, Cosmo. He came out to my house for a fee to diagnose what was wrong with my oven. He accepted the job and told Cosmo what parts were needed to fix the oven. After the parts arrived at my house, he attempted to fix my oven on Monday. After he pulled my oven out to the middle of my kitchen, removed the back of my oven, and removed the inside of my oven, he proceeded to tell me he cannot get the oven door off or the top of the stove so he will have to come back as he was not able to get in contact with Cosmo. He left my house leaving everything in the middle of my kitchen (very unprofessional). Wednesday he came back after speaking with Cosmo, he attempted to fix the oven again. Michael then tells me he is not able to fix my oven and the stove top does not work, which worked prior to him touching it. He later proceeds to try to fix the oven and stovetop. After several hours, Michael tells me he is finished and is going to run some things to his van and will be back for payment. The oven was not fixed and now one of my burners were broke. He was very unprofessional and stated he wasted too much time on my oven and lost too much money. He also stated the oven range was better than what it was; which it was not because now my oven knob falls off and 1 of my burners is broken. Then Michael proceeded to say he will no longer work on Cosmo appliances again. Michael then stated to keep the bill and left my house with everything still broken.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Michael. He returned my call promptly, was able to come to my home to diagnose the problem, give me an estimate and order the part within hours. When the part came in, he was back within 2 days to get it fixed. Very neat and considerate to show me what he was replacing and to be sure to call him if I have any other problems.Nice to know he is local and response time is so good!!

I have 4 teens, 2 adults and a 4 year old part time. I can’t function without a dryer. Someone started to fix it and took it apart completely, I didn’t have the time or patience to attempt it on my own. I called and he squeezed me in between jobs abs got to me in 20 min. He fixed the problem and probably also saved us from a house fire for another issue. Very reasonable in price, Beyond quick, knowledgeable, professional and even brought be a gift to start with.
