I will NEVER buy from sears again!!! All my appliances are from there and I have problems with every single one since purchasing. Even with a warranty, I have to pay $200+ for a repair. There is no point of a warranty if they are going to overcharge for labor. They charge $250 to repair my stove that has since went out an additional 3 times since the original repair. I have learned to fix it myself for $30. Then I have to take a FULL day from work because they give the timeframe of 8-5. SEARS AND KENMORE IS A JOKE, DO NOT BUY!!!!

Everything went as planned in the repair of our dryer. The repairman called before arriving and arrived right at the time he said he would. He quickly fixed the problem and was done in a half hour. Excellent job!

Michael was excellent. Since this is the last year of my three-year service contract, Michael explained many things for me to do to keep the stove and dishwasher in tip-top shape! I would definitely like him to do any repairs in the future -- he gained 100% of my trust and confidence! Thank you!

We are very happy with the service work and time the Sears Service person took on our home. He fixed our dryer and also took the time to clean it all out and now it runs like new. Purchasing appliances from Sears and getting the extended warranty was one of the best decisions we made.

I was very happy with the service that was given when he came to do the warranty checks on all of my appliances. He was professional and very friendly. It was nice that he could check everything at once as well.

This technician did a great job in finding the problem and resolving the issue with a part that came in the mail and I was able to install. All Good! The only bad thing was the first technician did not really fix the problem and it took a second technician service call to get things back in working order.

The actual repair work was fine. The repairmen were cordial and professional. The problem was a leak in the the tube to the ice maker that was dripping water on the floor. The original appointment stated 8 am-noon, then with a 11:45 am to 1:45 pm notation. It was closer to 1. The diagnostic fee was $99 with a $20 Sears coupon online offsetting some of that. The total bill came to $175. Absolutely no problems with the work, though.

Scott from Sears came to the house on time and performed the service operation in a professional manner. There was some confusion about the appliances to be repaired but Scott review his manifest and got it all figured out. Overall there was very good communication from Sears. Scott analyzed the situation and got everything checked out and repaired (washer, range microwave and range oven.)

The technician was trying to be helpful. But apparently its impossible to order the 2 ft of water hose that is needed to fix my refrigerator. I was told I could probably go find hose somewhere and do it myself or buy the Sears service plan which is supposed to magically resolve the difficulty. I dont think I got $99 of value out of that visit.

Serviceman was great but had to order parts in. Ordered the repair part TWICE and both times, the warehouse sent the same wrong part. I do NOT recommend buying from Sears. Their phone customer service dept reads from scripts and their ability to deliver repair parts stink!!!

First appointment they canceled. A week later, they arrived, diagnosed it, I paid in full, and parts were going to be mailed. The parts arrived the following week. When a different serviceman arrived, I had to explain the problem I was having in the first place. Notes were not logged in the remarks or that I even paid. Sears had even cashed the check after the serviceman called into their corporate office to ask. They had no record of it shown. The new serviceman said the previous serviceman had misdiagnosed the problem and it was going to be an additional $200.00. Another week or so without a dishwasher. After declining to have it fixed by them, I was ultimately reimbursed a portion of my check but still had to pay a service fee after all of that. Just a bad experience!

Well let me just say your warranty is not worth a damn if it takes 8 weeks to fix it.... Washing machine broke on mothers day, called them spent 45min on the phone trying to reset the machine with no success then they said 2 weeks a repair man will be there. Well 2 weeks went by the repairman did show up and said it needed a new transmission and a new sensor, he ordered it and said 2 weeks he will be back to install new parts. 2 more weeks went by they called said they would have to reschedule, whatever. At this point and time I am pissed off call the company and complained that I have not had a washer for going on six weeks, he said oh I am sorry for the inconvenience we do have a $25 a week allowance for you. Ya three kids me and wife at a laundry mat shove the $25 up you a##. Buy the way max payout of $50 per unite. And it still is not over repairman shows up after 6 weeks and says what was really wrong with this machine (different repair man) well it wont spin out and makes a clunking noise, he says I dont think its the transmission! Ok fine fix it!! He put a sensor in and ran a load. Yep should work but Ian going to get you a computer for it too, whatever just get it fixed!! We are now at the 4th of July still waiting!!!! Moral of the story buy from local shops!!! The big box dont give a damn about us consumers.. Last time in sears last time with Kenmore iam done.... Well it finally got fixed on 7-20-17

It was okay. I dislike the four-hour window for the techs arrival time (the first appointment, to ascertain what repair was needed, the tech arrived in the last 15 minutes of the window). After that, it took nearly two full weeks to get the replacement part and have it installed. Im glad it was the treadmill that needed repair, and not the refrigerator.

I have been very displeased with the service I have received from sears repair. They have come out now six times and still am not fix the issue. And now they want to come out again to check everything one more time. They are replaced every single part of the broken ice machine. And on top of it it takes 3 to 4 weeks between each service call so the issue has been going on for months.

I think the service man did a very good job trying to pinpoint the problem. He thinks the door switch look was bad, this seems to have taken care of the problem. My problem is having to stay at home all day waiting for him to show up, you need to let people know within a 2 hr slot. And the price for the part and labor is so high its a joke. Also when I asked about are fridge, he could not help because thats not his area. So to get it repaired by sears I have to pay fore another service call. So my first call, might be my last.

It took the repairman three hours to find the problem. Then when he did find it he told me that the part is $500 and to get me by he pinched the part back into place and is hoping it would hold. I was then charged $209.

What is the point of paying for an extended warranty only to have your team to tell me to try this or that first! I paid for the service - you fix it - thats why I paid for the warranty!

Been through 5 service appointments over the past 3month and now I will be onto my third service appointment two weeks from now to fix the ice maker on my freezer that still does not work. I have had to take time off work, reschedule around kids events and everything. This is very disappointing and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!
