I was in a bit of an emergency situation where my tire was going flat on the highway. I made my way to this Town Faire Tire and they took my car in right away. Although they did not have the replacement tire for my car, they put the donut tire on for me and and put the old tire in my car, neatly in a double bag so not to dirty my car. I cant thank them enough for helping me out. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

My 2 rear tires are ok and the alignment seems to be in line but I came to my 9:30 appointment only to have my car touched by noon. I wasted 5 hours of my life sitting in the waiting area and shopping at the pawn shop next door. Why make an appointment if it doesn’t matter? I asked for my $300 refund and they bumped me up to next instead of whenever they scheduled me. If I didn’t ask for my money back I would have spent the entire day. Very unprofessional and an extreme lack of respect for customers but my tires are round and my wheels seem straight. 3 star and that’s generous

I had an 11:00 appt didnt get out of there until 4. Cross threaded on of the lug nuts. Forgot to replace the center caps, i had to call to retrieve them. The service manager did offer to fix the stripped stud and replaced the lug nut. The point is the service sucked and the work was bad

Came in Wed and got a price for two new tires, wheel alignment. They did not have the tires on hand so made appointment for the next day. They asked for a deposit (minus one star). Mavis Tire in NY never ask for a deposit before getting tires.I paid in full and came today and had the work done. Took about 1.5 hr but I have peace of mind I have two new tires for the front of my car before winter

One of the most unprofessional experiences buying tires. This is the only place you pay for a service and product and they take your money and not do the work. I paid for 4 tires, they only changed three because the technician broke one of the lug nuts in half on the 4th tire and they just decided to put the other lug nuts and not change that tire. I had to pay a lot of money in order for someone else to literally cut that lug nut off the rim and then pay another place to change that tire. Will not come back to this company and will tell all my family and friends to stay away from them. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Long waiting when i got the car the the tires where all mounted in a different directions. They said I have to wait wait I waited 30 min my car was still parked in the parking lot I spoke to them they said I have to wait more there is nothing they can do. Im really upset😞

Overall great experience! We came in with a flat tire and were helped right away by Luis. He was friendly and super helpful! Fixed the tire for a great price. Very happy customer!Update: 7 months later had another flat tire but on a different car. This time I wasn’t so lucky and the puncture was in the sidewall. Luis was once again kind, considerate and patient. He walked me through some different tire options, explained things thoroughly and did not pressure me once. Great experience at Town Fair Tire, Lakewood Rd. Made an appointment online the night before for tire repair (so easy) and was pleased to see that when I got there the mechanics were on track so I didnt have to wait for more than an hour in total. Turned out my tire had a slow leak and couldnt be repaired but I was able to get a good discount on a pretty decent tire to replace it. Joe assisted me - very friendly, helpful and polite.

Bought tires about 1 month ago. Joe helped me out a lot! The tires I originally wanted were out of stock so he gave me a discounted price on a different brand of tires. The only reason why Im giving 4 stars is because I specifically told Joe to keep all my old tire and he put my request on file. However when, I came to pick up my car hours later my old tires were gone. I was told all my tires were in a huge pile of other old tires. Apparently after searching for a few minutes they were able to find 2 out of the 4 tires. Their whole reasoning didnt add up. Where did my tires go? Maybe someone stole it? Who knows. Other than that, Joe was nice.

Got a quote over the phone that was cheaper than just about everywhere. I was informed they price match other places so when I went in to the shop I had a cheaper price & they did in fact match it. I ordered my tires online and scheduled a time to have them put on. Javier was helpful in trying to save me money. I let him know that I wanted to keep the passenger front tire because it was new and the remaining three could be disposed of, however, when I came to pick up my vehicle, I asked if the tire was in the trunk, and he said it was not and if I followed him around back he would check and see if they didnt dispose of it yet. When I got around back, Javier was digging through a truck of tires to find mine. I asked if he was sure that this tire was the new tire and not the bald one and he said yes, but I am truly unsure. I was charged a fee to dispose of 4 tires and I see on the bill it was written up that way, however, Javier did not take the time to write down the instructions that I wanted to keep 1 tire to have a spare tire instead of donut.
