Decided to come to this Laundromat again since its under new ownership dont know what i was thinking the place got roaches coming out the washing machines.Never again will i return here other customers were complaining about the same thing.

Best laundromat in Waterbury. Super clean, good service. Washes the clothes very good and free drying. I like that it’s open late. I come here every week and never have a complaint.

Dropped off clothes 4/3/21Saturday before Easter. Dropped off 52 pounds of clothing I will still to pick them up the next day I did not go the next day I went on Monday which was after Easter I went in picked up one bag total 10 pounds I went home my daughter told me she’s Missing most of her clothes went back to the laundromat put the clothes back on the scale I came up to 10 pounds so I asked him where my other clothes are They had no idea where my clothes are or where they went the guy I’m not sure if he’s the owner got a little snippy with me and I wasn’t having it so I talk to him and I gave him a amount To be paid to me and not to be negotiated when it comes to my product you do not call the shots my friend I told him he either find my clothes or used to be paying me $1200. He was not able to find the clothes so he told me to pick up $1200 in an envelope at 2 PM on Friday I said my daughter to pick up the envelope when she got there they try to play with her they told her they found some of her clothes but they’re waiting in kilograms in the pounds😂😂😂😂😂 right there I knew I had to get serious with this clown he said oh I only want the money no my friend I don’t give a damn about the money I can buy his business in him with everything he owns and that’s a fact.With all that being said these clowns will wash your clothes with other peoples clothes in charge You And lose your clothes if this is you or are you experienced anything like this remember there’s a place called Waterberry court right in downtown if he doesn’t refund you for what you were missing you go straight through small claims court you pay 60 bucks and you opened up a case and you go to court and you And Open a lawsuit the money do you think they owe you plus the time do you take out of your work or whatever you do for the time that they waste it believe me when I tell you the winning case 100%.This is for the owner or the snippy guy Thank you for for refunding for some of those clothes because the lawsuit was going to be somewhere around $3500 you save yourself some money thank you very much good business😂😂😂😂

This laundromat is great BUT honestly only when Rominita is there. I have come on other nights with other people and she is by far the best employee here. I am however not a happy camper because her schedule is getting messed with and that means mine does too cuz I refuse to come here when she isn’t here. Lol soooo kindly leave her schedule alone and keep her on Thursday nights please. Thank you!

The $10 .80 washing machine is giving two different time for a hot wash. One says 35 minutes 1 says 32 minutes the same machine two different times. The change machine is out of order. The machine to use your debit or credit card is also not working 😕. The machine that you can only add dollar bills to card is defective your card says $6. 00 you add 20.00 it still says 6.00. Had to call staff to fix not to mention 5 other customers had the same problem 😕. If you dont have cash change you will have to use the atm machine which charges 2.50 . The 10.80 washing machines gives very little water to wash your clothes. The staff as change for only $5.00

I havent been to a laudromat in nearly 20 yrs and a lot has changed. The staff was friendly and helped me how to purchase a card and showed me how to operate the machines. The facility was clean at 8 am and not busy at all! Many machine sizes to choose from! I was very happy to find one that fits my extra king size comforter!

Mari and Ramonita are two of the best people ever. They are good with customer service always respectful and never say no when help is needed. The girls are friendly and great definitely recommend it here

First that bathroom never haves hand soap and bathroom seat broken. Your staff is RUDE and no help.

Clean facilities and they open extra early. Drying is free so thats a plus.
