Spa Dior is one of the best Spas in Waterbury. I have always had good service from the first day when I got eyebrow spading. Since then I have always gone there to get threading on my eyebrows. Kristen the receptionist is so nice and professional and Anita the esthetician is wonderful..GREAT SERVICE and people and I highly recommend..

Sandy was amazing!Only issue was whoever did my mothers nails along side me went so fast she did my mothers toes and some other little girls fingers and toes before Sandy was done with my pedicure. We started together and were supposed to be getting the same pedicure.

Ive been going to Spa Dior for over 5 months to have services by Jan Marie. She is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to really understand what areas of the body need to be worked on & accommodates to my preferences/allergies. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a massage. Best and most comfortable Brazilian wax I’ve ever gotten! Was even given oils and numbing powder so that I’d be more comfortable! If you’re ever scared of being waxed definitely come here! They’ll make sure you’re completely comfortable and not in pain.

Jasmine is the best! I took my daughter to a salon I rather not mention and they ruined her hair so bad. It was burnt and uneven. I called jasmine the next morning and by the afternoon my daughter hair was even, soft, and smelling great!!! Shes also dyed my hair in the past... Loved it! And I just got my hair cut from her to match my baby girls hair ❤Highly recommend anyone to her!!!

Made an appointment for 10am on a sunday and was left waiting outside for 30 mins. Needless to say never had my appointment was going to spend over $200 and they called me back an hour later clueless trying to get me to come back. Never again

Very friendly service front the time I walked in!!

Worst mani/pedi. Pedi:Had to ask to stop filing, she was filing my skin, not the nails-2 toes were bleeding. Mani:my fingers were not soaked, instead she started scrapping and pushing my dry cuticles. Went to begin putting the gel on without trimming/shaping. I asked but then when she completed shaping/filing, there were loose pieces that she just covered w/gel. The gel/nails are not even & already began to peel, 3 days later. Waste of money.

Anita pays special attention to my specific skin care needs. Her years of experience is noticed immediately as she takes extra care when performing treatment. Its obvious this isnt just a job but something she loves to do and does it well. The atmosphere in the salon is just as comfortable as any high end salon withou the high end prices. This place is absolutely terrible never come here I came for one of their services one of the most painful things in my life i would rather break a bone. My service said it was $60 came out to be $220

Anita is great at what she does amazing work.facials are amazing she also does microdermabrasion and glycolic peels and eye lash extentions this place is amazing they treat you with love and respect and they take there time and make you feel great and your not rushed out.
