This was my first Henna Tattoo done at Miracle Eyebrows Brass Mill Mall.I was excited to get it, once she began she stated she was leaving early and I suppose she was in a hurry, very polite though. Sadly, did not meet up to my expectations.

I had my lashes done and my eye got swollen because it was put in wrong. When I went and asked if they could help the lady said no I had to wait for the person that did it to take it off. I was on pain and had to wait til the next day.

Eyebrow treading was fast and easy.

I don’t leave many reviews online but I am going to here because I need to be honest about this . I went into this place randomly I believe 5-6 days ago . I had never heard of it before . I will say that the woman who did my lashes was very nice . I have nothing bad to say about her personality. However, when I got my lashes done during the process an eyelash ( with glue ) was dropped into my eye . I burned so bad but she did take it out and I didn’t think much of it but my eye did seem a bit irritated after that . When I got home that night ( it takes me 30 min from the Waterbury Mall ) it was still bothering me so I took my contacts out to realize there was black glue on my contact where the lash fell in . I put my glasses on being that I wasn’t going out anymore that night . When I woke up in the AM that eye had so much crust . It was so longer hurting but I knew that it was irritated from this happening . The lashes were clumped together ( I’m assuming from it discharging throughout the night ) so they did not look to good anymore on that side at all . I left it for a few days thinking that maybe once this stopped I could somehow straighten the lashes back out, nope . I went into my eye doctor yesterday and she told me to get these out immediately. She also said that not only does she not care for eyelash extensions but if ever I am somewhere getting them done and an eyelash is dropped inside of my eye with glue to get up and leave, do not proceed . I came home and began trying to get them off ( I’ve taken these things off in the past myself, this is not the first I’ve had them done ) there is so much glue on them and they are attached to my own lashes . The one side that has been irritated is coming off at the end I believe due to liquid coming from my eye while I’m sleeping at night . Again, she was very, very nice but this has been all very disappointing to me . Money comes and goes but I’m pretty much out of $37-38 because either way I had them done . I’m still trying to remove them for the second day now and wouldn’t have to be so hard but there is so much glue and them being attached to my own lashes is what’s making it difficult. When I move them around they are pulling on my own lashes so it causes it to be a little painful . I don’t care who decides to get their lashes done here and I would never say don’t go . I will tell you what my doctor told me though . If eyelashes are accidentally dropped into your eye with glue on them get up and go ! Many times all we think about is beauty but do not think about the consequences that can come along with it . This can cause eye problems . I have to put antibiotics in my eye for the next week because she did notice a bit of irritation. These lashes looked so good when they were done but that’s all that I thought about .
