The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and comfortable. The manager even took my car out for a quick test drive to check my cruise control that I thought wasn’t working. At checkout, the salesperson gave me a $20 coupon I didn’t even know existed. LOVE the place and will definitely be back!

I needed a quick, efficient oil change done today & was told I would have to make an appointment for next Wednesday! NOT acceptable!!!! Hire more technicians now that COVID restrictions are easing up!

I would highly recommend meineke in waterbury. I have been going there since 1998. John is very professional, knowledgeable, and fair.

Called ahead for appt and was in the next day, which was NOT the case for other places that do alignments. Needless to say they took me for the next day, the wait for my car to get into the garage was a little lengthy but I am appreciative of the time they took and how thorough the alignment technician was with my car. I had gotten into an accident so I was extremely off so I replaced everything an went for the alignment. The guy also warned me that I would need new bearings on the front hub I didnt change and I know he was right because I heard how bad the bearings hummed. He also made me aware of spider cracks in my tire that could eventually lead to a popped tire out of nowhere. So I am grateful, I am appreciative, and I recommend 👌🙂

Went for a oil change and they told me my air filter and cabin filter needed to be changed and I had those changed at my last oil change at the dealership at 15,609 miles my car is a 2017 Honda Civic only has 18573 miles on thank god they noticed they were never changed at the dealer thanks to them I’m getting my money back I will always take my car there now for any type of service along with my 2015 Honda Civic these people were awesome can’t thank them enough

Besides the not being ready when they said it would be the service I received and the ability to use easy pay to make a major repair to my vehicle 🚗 makes me want to recommend them the only reason I gave a four star ⭐️ review is because I was told Saturday or Monday it be ready and it wasn’t until Wednesday besides that I would go back and recommend👍

Im not a mechanic guy, but they did told me the brake systems was seized when it was not. I was about to show him, but the whole conversation change after that. It just the metal expanded from the heat. Thats all. They did fixed my brake systems, though. The quality was great after looking underneath my truck. Beside that, the Information was not great.

Excellent service at the Meineke shop in Waterbury CT. This was my first time there and wont be my last! From the friendly and knowledgeable receptionist to the service people...everyone was super. I needed my headlight bulb replaced on my Mini Cooper, which I was given a ridiculous price at another business...so decided to go to Meineke across the street. Their price was considerably lower as it was a simpler procedure then what I was told from their competitor. I am extremely happy with the results! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!So i went here for an exhaust fix and o2 sensor replacement! When i got my car back it was shuttering ! A few days go by now my car won’t drive over 25 mph my check engine light is blinking and is underivable. Do not go here ! This place can not be trusted ! They tried calling me saying i need things done that my car did not done i am a Machanic myself so i would know what my car needs i would of did the exhaust myself but i did not have a lift bringing my car here was the biggest mistake i made now i do not have a car to get to work !

This place is amazing. They give honest est. and fair prices. They are fast and reliable. Jon was able to save me over $1,000 in needless repairs that I was told by another shop I needed. This place is the spot!I was able to make an appointment. I showed up on time and they were as punctual as I was. It was nice considering there’s a line for EVERY THING!Jen was able to answer all my questions and I had quite a few. Long story short I will bring both my brand new cars here. Highly recommended.

This happened a couple of years ago. Business still has the same name. i was recently asked to review and this was my experience with them. I will not do business with them again.Had a wheel alignment that was nerver done right 3x it was done. had to get my money back and have it done elsewhere. Also purchase a flowmaster muffler or so i though and i was installed something else because my truck did not sound the same. Emedietly i whent back inside and told the guy in the front desk and he told me i had to wait a couple of days so it could star sounding the same. another mechanic told me it was not true i did not return and will not return.

I have used Meineke in Waterbury for many years. George and John have always been fair and up front with me with the diagnoses and estimates. They always try to give me the best price using coupons and discounts. The repairs are always good and on time.

They were professional nice very informational the owner was extremely nice courteous and listened to my rant and explained everything that they were gonna do, the lady at the front desk was very nice friendly. They did an awesome job thanks guys Ill be back for future work on my SUV

I have a high level of confidence in the staff at Meineke. They honor their appointment times. You never wait too long. They inform you as theyre working on your car if they find something that needs your attention so you can know what, if any, the problem is, how much farther you can go before it would give out on you and actually need that actual repair. They never oversell you. Theyre not pushy, they just do the correct thing and advise you. The guys there are all great and I compliment them all on their level of professionalism.

I went to get my exhaust fixed and a O2 sensor put in !i get my car back and it starts stuttering and goes slow up hills now ! I do not trust them no more and will never bring my car back there ! My car was not doing any of this before i brought it to them ! It drove with no issues just had a loud exhaust! I’ve gotten this done before from them with my other car!

Maybe kind of pricey but good work and they get the job done in a timely fashion.

Ive been taking my vehicle there for a few years now for oil changes. Theyre fast and affordable coupons are always available to use for a few dollars off. My only complaint is the whoever did my oil change this time left oil on my rug.

I was a regular customer there I will always get maintenance repairs and all until they tried to get me for $1600 for a job that my car didn’t need done My car was making noise they test drove it and told me that I needed a steering rack that was over $1600 All my car needed was the brakes and Calibers done I will never go there again they are doing Scam like things the two people

Meineke was very nice my car broke down in the driveway when I called them the next morning they were real flexible let my car stay there and then when they gave me what was wrong with it which was the heating core and I wasnt sure if I could come up with the money they also let my car stay there with no fee for another day so my car was there for two days and they did not charge me a fee for keeping it their but some things i didnt like about the service was they told me they would call me when my car was ready that day come 5pm i hadnt heard from them so i called and was then told it was a 10 hr job and wouldnt be ready until tomorrow then upon getting my car back my cent was broken and didnt work anymore the knob for one of my heating setting not only doesnt work but was broken off my rosary beads that were hanging from my mirror was broken in half and a piece of my dash board was broken too...I was thankful for the discount but if them giving me the discount meant they could treat my belongings anyway they chose then it wasnt worth it...

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE ! Horrible mechanicsSo i am a Machanic ! I test places like this too see how they do and what their work is like ! I sent a couple people here and every time they go, the store manager calls and says they need more work done . The cars that i sent here did not need anything done but yet they always said they needed something else ! One went for a oil change mind you i did the oil before going here, and they called and said they needed a bunch of work done and gave my car back with the same oil filter !! Do not bring your car here

Very honest. Gives estimates and calls if any more work is needed also gives estimates and gets an authorization before doing any more work. They were very reasonable with their prices. They also for much cheaper then my usual mechanic upwards of $500 cheaper for the exact same muffler part. So I went back to them for more service and I would recommend them.

This was my first visit to Meineke. I called at @2:30 pm on June 25, got an estimated quote for a new alternator, they said to bring it right in so I got there a little after 3:30 pm and it took them no time at all to diagnose and confirm that it was the alternator. They were kind enough to give me a ride home (extremely pleasant!!). My car was ready that evening, but because of a minor error in my phone number, they couldnt reach me until the next morning. I took an Uber to get there, paid (the estimated quote was on the low side; actual price was more but they told me that in advance and it was still fair), got in my car to go, and backed into one of the employees car (messed up my trunk but his car was fine; talk about embarrassing!). Beyond that, everything else was perfect! I would definitely go back to them again, and highly recommend! Thanks, Meineke!!!!_*UPDATE*_: Exactly one year after I received my first alternator (referenced above), on 6/25/20 my car died, AGAIN. Whats wrong with it? Alternator, AGAIN. So my car is now being fixed elsewhere, for another $600+, AGAIN. Shame on you, Meineke: you ripped me off, TWICE, last time January 2020, you fixed my tire, and my $275 sunglasses disappeared from my vehicle. Hopefully people will see this and think twice before trusting you like I did.

It was my first time I came here. I came in to have my struts and shocks done. The manager gave me a great quote and had it done Quickly. I was also advised that I will need my brakes done soon and informed me of a special and warranty that they are promoting. As I sat and waited I seen the loyalty of customer that came in for services. It was a clean and friendly environment. I will be back soon to have my brakes done.

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years and have always had nothing but positive experiences. Just brought in my truck for brakes all the way around. Was in (with an appointment) and out in 1.5 hrs. Will go here again if I need service. Highly recommended!

I brought a company vehicle with a flat tier. They said the plug came out so they had to put a brand new tire. That truck have four brand new tires from 1 months ago. Ive been working for 16 years on for .... company doing service and I know how service work.You guys are lucky that this is not my personal vehicle.
