This company was hired to install our dishwasher. Given COVID, that we have young unvaccinated children in our house and an immuno-compromised family member, we asked the two installers to wear masks during installation. They refused, said they did not have masks with them, and acted offended that we would ask them to wear a mask even though they are vaccinated. I need a company that respect its customers and the reasonable requests that customers have for COVID precautions inside their homes, with crews ready and equipped to do so. Staff should bring masks and willingly wear them if customers ask them to.

Horrible communication and unprofessional.I had a dishwasher install scheduled through Lowes for between 9am and 12pm. As the time came and went, I received no update, no call, nothing. I called Lowes Installation and was told i would receive a call from the installer right away. Again, nothing. This happened 2 more times, requiring me to call them to check up each time, after hearing nothing from Lowes or the installer. Ive canceled the install. Who has time to wait home ALL day on a weekday on someone who MIGHT be coming? Not me, this was supposed to be a convenience. Of course, I probably avoided a bigger headache by canceling. If this is how they conduct their business, I would hate to see their installation work. Shame on Lowes for not screening out this company.
