The brake on my riding lawn mower was not working so Sears Home Service came out to fix it after I had scheduled an appointment. After the brake was fixed the technician told me to start it up and it didn’t start. He said I needed gas but I didn’t have any available. After he left I went and got gas and filled up the tank. When I went to start the engine it sounded like it wanted to start but it never turned over. I called Sears and they said they would contact the technician who would get in contact with me. The technician never contacted me. I then called Sears the following day to discuss the situation with them, that their technician created since my mower started before the repair was done. The earliest someone could come out would be in a month. I was appalled and at a loss for words since their employee created this problem and now I had to be inconvenienced. I would NEVER recommend a Sears product to anyone after this experience.
Out of business, no response.Too bad they were very good for appliance repair.
Danny was an exceptional man for his knowledge and service. Never had a service man so polite!
They never called never show up would not answer the phone when we called. so I still have a broken refrigerator
The tech came out, was here for 15 minutes - installed a $12 part and charged $500. When we tried to dispute this with the company we got disconnected, sent to various different people and no resolution. DO NOT USE THEM. There are better choices.
Horrible service for paying customers. My Kenmore refrigerator broke over the weekend and I called and was scheduled for a service appointment on Monday and even received a confirmation text of such. My husband then called the Kenmore number the next day to find out what was still under warranty and was only told then that no technician had picked up our service ticket so NO ONE was going to come to our appointment the next day. We NEVER received any notice or apology for this error or cancellation. We were then told the earliest available appointment was not until Wednesday. I am currently 8 months pregnant and we also have a toddler at home and do not have a working fridge. It is UNACCEPTABLE that Sears does not keep or honor scheduled service appointments and even worse, DOES NOT communicate with customers when they arbitrarily cancel appointments. We made arrangements to be available for a 4 hour block for the technician and now have to rework family schedules to change this to Wednesday. After explaining their error to the customer service team, we were told that it was a system error and nothing could be done. How can I now have faith that anyone will show up on Wednesday? I will make sure to never purchase Sears products again as this is the way they treat their customers. I will also be very vocal with family and friends and urge them to use their purchasing power to speak out against such disrespectful customer service.
Prompt, professional, polite. Devon was the technician that came to my home to repair my refrigerator, and I highly recommend him. He knows his stuff! FANTASTIC experience. If I need an appliance repair, Ill request him.
Part not available kept changing appt days. Came fixed my refrigerator and still have problems w leaking onto my wood floors. Service was poor. I am really sad since I have been doing sears contracts for over 40 years
The repairman who came to fix my appliance was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. It was a pleasure to have someone come out when expected and be so personable and friendly. I appreciated his expertise and answers to all my questions. A wonderful experience. Thank you Chris.
This was my contracted yearly Samsung washer and dryer preventive maintenance. 4 yrs.old a d l is still a-ok!
Made appointment on line. The process was very easy. I got an appointment for the following day during a time slot of my choosing. The technician arrived on time and made the repair without wasting any time. He put everything back in place and departed. It was a no hassle experience.
This has been a horrible experience all around. The mower stopped working 5 minutes after he supposedly fixed it. Called immediately to let them know and to ask for the man to come since he had just left. Was told he could not. Made appointment. Rescheduled to a Saturday. Received text that my appointment was canceled. Spoke to someone who said it was canceled because there were no techs in my area. What ensued from that point forward has left a horrible taste in my mouth. I am disgusted with the whole experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
While pricey, my technician was so helpful and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable having him in my home. He exceeded all expectations for repair and was efficient both times. Also, while the appointment range of 8am-5pm is scary at first, you can track the time all day online and the technician accurately predicated what time he would arrive at my home.
Very pleased with the technician who did a thorough inspection and isolated the cause of our problem. He also gave us excellent advice regarding regular cleaning of our clothes washer.
Tech arrived on time. Was courteous and polite. Identified source of leak quickly. Recommended DIY fix for $15 vs $160 fix if he did the repair. We fixed it, however, there was more to it than a $15 hose. Wont make that mistake again!
Expert diagnosis of the problem, quick accurate repair. Great repairman
The serviceman came first thing in the morning.Very helpful, knew what need to be done and had the estimate in seconds.Finished the job quickly and was able to use my lawnmower that day.Great service.
After two of your technicians came to my home to repair my microwave. Neither one of them resolved the problem. They both offered different solutions which got them off the hook. The first one said that it was grease and that it was coming from the duct and that I should check the duct then he left. I called and complained. Another technician who was suppose to be more experienced was sent the next day.I showed him the first technicians report. He diagnosed that it was grease and he said that something spilled inside and I just have to continue wiping the residue untill it stops. My honest feelings are at this time. The two technicians were polite but they did not resolve the issue. The first tech at least took the bottom of the microwave off to examine where the grease as he calls it might be coming. He didnt install it back to its original position. The second technician didnt take anything off. Im not happy about the results of these two visits. Will I hear from you again concerning this??
I was very impressed by the two technicians who arrived promptly at the time they had indicated. Both men appeared very professional in their manner and quickly managed to established a rapport by way of their courteousness and pleasant demeanor. They worked quickly and efficiently and kept me informed about everything they were doing. No doubt I would use Sears again for any such maintenance work.
Technician Dave deposited a large check, $$$ that he said he had canceled because he was not going to do the job. To add insult to injury, I paid for the service call and part ordered. I have made more that a dozen calls to Sears customer service centers, representatives are polite but does nothing. Absolutely nothing to help me resolve this issue.
I can only speak to the service I have received from Sean, who has been out a few times to work on my Craftsman lawn tractor. Sean is knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. He is thorough in his work, and he definitely has the tractor working better. To top it off, Sean has been very understanding of our family needs when hes at the house to do the work; more specifically, he understands that we have 3 young kids and if it happens to be nap time, he aims to work quietly and avoid ringing the doorbell. If you need work on outdoor lawn equipment, ask for Sean.
The technician was great. The poor guy was told to put the same original part in that was used by the ice maker. It is supposed to sense when the ice maker is supposed to shut off. It has been changed 10 times. It is truly the definition of insanity.
Tech was great, but he stated the washer was in to far and suggested not to re screw it back into the counter, but at this point i disagree and would like it done because now the dishes washer shakes
The repairman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked him a lot. The only thing that was slightly annoying is all the warranty plans they are required to sell you which may or may not make your price higher. Other than that, my repair went great!
The Sears repair guy arrived on time and had all the required parts in his van. He was quite competent, knew exactly what to do, and repaired the blown head gasket in my garden tractor rapidly. When he tested it and it was running fine I asked whether I should install a new spark plug. He said he had done that already. He also found that a small spring was missing and had the replacement part for that as well. Ive always purchased Sears tractors and mowers and snow throwers and a major reason is because your repair service does such a good job. Thanks much, and your repair guy who came to us ought to conduct seminars for new repair guys to show them how to do it properly. Hope you give him a bonus for the holidays!
Service rep showed up within the set appointment time. He was very knowledgeable on the product and troubleshooting the issue. He was very courteous and proficient. I was very satisfied overall. Thank you.
Service technician was prompt, courteous and professional. My problem is that I had to wait a week for a condenser fan and motor to be shipped in and installed, two days later the compressor went so here I wait for another 5 days for parts and repairs in 90 degree weather. I would think parts would be readily available and I am disappointed that the compressor problem was not anticipated and checked for (high and low pressure readings in the system) so that this present problem could have been avoided.
I was contacted by the subcontractor one week after the initial call. The repairman came out (without the promised 15 minute prearrival call) looked at the fridge for 4 minutes and told me that he didn’t have the part, but would order it and be back the following Friday. The following Wednesday, I called to check on the status of the repair. I left 4 messages with the subcontractor with the promise of being called right back. I never received a return call. I then called Sears and they told me that the repair had been rescheduled for the following Friday. Now we are THREE WEEKS without a working fridge. We waited until the following Wednesday and called again. Again I left messages with the promise of a return call. Again, nothing. We called Sears again and were assured the repair would take place that Friday or Sears would replace the fridge. The next day, I called Sears as I knew I would get nothing from the subcontractor. I was informed that the repair was rescheduled for the following Friday AGAIN!! I asked to speak to a supervisor to explain my predicament, and find out how I would get my replacement fridge. I was informed that Sears only replaces appliances if you have the same problem 3 times in 12 months. At this point I asked about my food loss. Sears will reimburse us for $300 maximum. Luckily we only lost $700 in food. Fast forward to the following Wednesday where I call Sears for an update on the repair. I was informed again that it had been rescheduled for the following Friday. The part came in but was damaged and had to be reordered. This is now 4 weeks with at least one more week of waiting. Finally we get the call from the subcontractor that the part was in and the technician would be out Friday between 8am and 5pm. I told the woman I needed a more accurate time as my daughter was in the hospital following a surgery. The subcontractor assured me the technician would be at my home between 11am and 2pm. I asked her to make sure the technician would call 15 minutes prior to arrival. She said that would not be an issue. Friday came, my daughter was scheduled to be released from the hospital at 4 pm. The hospital is 1.5 hours from my home. 1:45 comes and no call. I call the subcontractor and find they are closed for the day. I call Sears and they send an email to the technician who finally calls me at 3pm to let me know he will be there in 15 minutes. He arrives and spends almost 2 hours repairing the fridge. My wife and daughter had to be picked up by a friend because I wasn’t able to pick them up. Overall, my experience was awful. If you are on the fence as to whether or not to buy the protection plan..... DO NOT DO IT!! We were loyal Sears customers. We will NEVER deal with them again. Our Sears cards have been cut up and accounts will be closed after the protection plans run out on our other Sears appliances.
We have a protection agreement that we paid upfront, It took more than two months to get our grill fixed. The parts were not sent on time for the 1st appointment after the appraisal visit, we had an event on the weekend, the technician was supposed to be here on Friday afternoon, by Thursday we started receiving calls from Sears to reschedule the appointment for weeks later, they didnt want to give us time to receive the parts on Friday, which was the ETA. I came to find out that the parts were only shipped on Wednesday from a different State. We asked Sears to please contact UPS to expedite the delivery method. The customer service for the repair department is worse than horrible, we talk with people from other overseas, that know nothing and are not able to find a solution aside from rescheduling appointments.Making a long story shorter, after several phone calls and hours lost on the phone between Thursday afternoon and Friday, Sears rescheduled our appointment for almost 3 weeks later and we had to borrow a grill for the weekend. This was in June.Weeks later a technician came, hours after trying to fix the grill he told us that more parts would be needed, so another two weeks or more to give time for the parts to arrive and another appointment. In total it took 4 or 5 visits from technicians to finally get our grill fixed by the end of July and even though for the last and final appointment we had to get upset again, they rescheduled our appointed that was supposed to be in the afternoon to another 2 weeks later because it could rain in the afternoon. Luckily the technician had called us that morning from his own phone, we were able to call him back directly, he showed up after the time expected, but he came and finally fixed the grill. The experience was very very bad, I wish I could give a minus five star to the whole service. When we pay for a protection plan upfront, Sears take our money in advance therefore we expected to have a decent service.Sears lost a customer
Still is not running right even with new carburetor. Hard to start. Not sure he replaced the right part or found the right problem. Never ran like it does now very unstable.
I had a tractor repair tech come to the house to repair a broken camshaft and he went above and beyond my expectations. He was thorough with his repair and did not have tunnel vision...he took care of a few things extra while he was working on the engine. I greatly appreciated it.
While the repairman was a bit later than planned in arriving at my house, the repairs were made quickly and efficiently. The repairman was very personable. I would certainly recommend the service to family and friends.
The dishwasher is repaired. Actually, it was never really broken, apparently a small piece of glass was lodged in the out-take drain. I had cleaned and even wet vacuumed the inside but I didnt see the glass. The repair was quick and easy, less than 5 minutes. The repairman was helpful and professional and knowledgeable. I was disappointed when I was charge $90. Sears had told me the visit would be $59.
After a couple of glitches the right and undamaged part Stanley spent about 3 hrs to install my dishwasher. He was a very personable competent repairman. Thank you Stanley. The only problem I had was trying to get the right department on the phone. All in all it was a good experience.
Outstanding job. Technicians were proactive, on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, neat and most importantly, they did the job right the first time.Wouldnt hesitate for a second to use these guys again!
Service came on time and serviceman was knowledgable and polite. After hearing the symptoms he made a diagnosis and confirmed. Went to his van to get a part, installed it and everything was fine. Didnt leave a mess.
Other than sears taking so long for parts to get to the repair. I was happy with the service! Still waiting on parts for my washer :(((. Since mid August. Not so happy
The repair person was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He took career of everything that needed attention as far as our appliances were concerned. I was very satisfied with the service and glad I called Sears and that I received such a great job! Thank you.
As usual your people are the BEST!Every year the service is great.Very professional and quick.Thx for a wonderful pain free experience.
The technician did an excellent job. A quick explanation of the problem was all he needed to determine what had gone wrong. He quickly fixed the problem, checked to be sure nothing else was about to go wrong and put the machine back were it belonged. He was friendly and professional. Bottom line, an A+ job.
FRAUD! This was supposed to be a No-Cost annual check as part of our paid service plan (there was nothing wrong with our dishwasher). Instead, the serviceman was hours late and after looking at the dishwasher, presented my wife with a form for her to sign saying to ignore the charges listed, since we wouldnt be billed because it was for our service agreement. WE WERE BILLED NEARLY $200 and now have to fight it!! Anyone wonder why Sears is going under?
Every service person that has come to our home has been polite, friendly and neat. They do their best. Having said that, the system that they are obligated to follow is a total failure. It can take over a week for Sears to schedule a visit to our home to see what is needed. Then they order the parts which usually arrive by the following week. Then the service person returns a few days after the parts. Sometimes that does not resolve the problem. Then they order more parts and the system starts again. The parts arrive the following week, the service man a few days later. Speaking with a Sears person on the phone to try and obtain a faster return visit results in a waste of time. Everyone of the people on the phone is professional and reasonably friendly with the exception of the supervisor who I requested to speak with out of frustration. She needs training in customer service. At all times I am calm and respectful to the people on the phone who are only trying to help, but have to follow the rules of the system. It one thing when the dishwasher doesnt work, but it is a serious problem when the refrig. wont keep the food cold and safe. In spite of telling the Sears supervisor and the others that I had thousands of dollars of medicine for a family member that had to be kept cold, it made no difference to her. She refused to allow me to speak to someone who could override the system and arrange for faster service . Its not the people, it is the system which is outdated and absolutely not customer friendly.I have entire kitchen purchased from Sears. Unless they change their repair system I will never again buy from Sears. The employees are fine, its the people who are in management that are out of touch. I wouldnt have even given one star, except that it would not allow this post without clicking on a starFinally, after 7 visits to our home, slowly stretching out for 3 months, the refrigerator has finally been fixed.ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!Service & phone representatives are all police, but are handicapped by the Sears system. Its a corporate management failure for this system.Still no response to my posts. They ask that you respond, but when you do respond, they ignore the post.
Your technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Extremely helpful with any questions that we had. And very polite!
Wonderful service man. worked hard and did what he could but the problem still remains. my personal opinion is that the framing is not up to spec. because when i close the door on the microwave, it does not make the connection to turn the table unless i press on the door handle. this is the third time they have tried to fix the problem and it has persisted since i purchased this microwave 4 years ago.i commend sears service however, they did try to correct the problem at no charge to me and the microwave works well as long as i put minimul pressure on the handle after closing the door and pressing start.
The Sears service man who came to service our dryer was the best. He was on time, friendly & repaired my dryer perfectly. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
My service man, Mark, arrived right on time and got to work. I was very pleased with the efficiency way he did my repair. I was and am very very happy with this service.Thank you Mark and Sears.
My overall rating would be 4 out of five stars just because of the $96.00 diagnostic fee.My rating of the repair professional that did my repairs is 5 of 5 stars. He was highly skilled, diagnosed my problem quickly and repaired it in less than an hour. This was a fairly serious engine problem that required him tearing a portion of the engine down.
Excellent service. Was able to schedule online and repairman came the next day right on time. Motor was quickly replaced.
Very competent and helpful. He seemed in a bit of a hurry to leave when done. Hence I forgot to give him the 20% discount coupon I had printed out when I scheduled the appointment.
Men were nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. It is better, but unfortunately, I am still having problems with agitation and spinning. So far this week, I had to repeat agitation once and spinning twice. I may have to call them back in.
Have no complaints with service. Put in a new gas tank in under an hour. However whoever does the service people secudule and route should listen to there service people so realistic arrival times can be achieved.
Professional service. Tech arrived on time and provided an excellent service call to us. Impressive. Competent.
Excellent ... Top Notch! The technician was on time, very professional and did a great job! Thank you, appreciate wonderful customer service!
My dryer machine was not heating. I called Sears and explain what was going on, right away they scheduled a visit to repair it and best of all at no charge! Working as new again.
Service was done very effective and timely.I had the 20% discount but did not get that off my bill. I noticed once the service man left that he did not take it off. This was the only thing that kept this visit from being a 5 star. A little disappointed.I would like to know if I can get my 20% now.ThanksTeri
The repair man that came was unable to fix my problem. Parts had to be ordered and it takes 7-10 days to get parts. I have laundry locked in machine door latch wont release and repair man did not take the time to release the door. I elevated the problem to manager and she could not help. I went to the cancellation dept. and she was very helpful said she have a repair man come out if a call got cancelled to open machine. meanwhile its 2 weeks before machine can be repaired. The service agreement does reimburse me for a rental.
Service Technician was superb! He knew what was wrong and replaced it quickly. As far as the scheduling center. Is there a grade below zero? They operate from the Philippines. It was one of the MOST AGRAVATING experiences ever! Even though appointments are scheduled during a window of 3 hours, they send the tech to all corners of the state. This makes it impossible for the tech to reach the customer within that 3 hours window if at all.
My double oven has been repaired repeatedly for the same issues. I believe the repair agreement serves to make money for the contractors and service repairmen (at least $400 each time). After my 4th time having same issues repaired (sept 22), the ovens continue to NOT work. Now I cannot even get in touch with an actual person at Sears. Now I am starting t understand why one of our countrys used to be great company is failing. Maybe Sears will actually reach out to me after they read this, but for some reason - quite certain they wont.
My washing machine developed a leak and a Sears Appliance Repairman came to the house and diagnosed the problem on July 18th. Parts were ordered and a follow up repair date was given of July 26th between 8am and Noon. At approximately 10:45 I received a call from Sears cancelling on me. I missed a day of work and loss of wages as a result. They rescheduled me for July 31st between 1pm and 5pm....it was the soonest date available. I had to take the day off from work so as not to miss the scheduled time. The technician didnt show up until after 5pm...so I could have worked and been paid for the day. I wrote a complaint letter and received a follow up call with a case number (5134822) and was asked to call back. When I called, I received an apology...no other offers to compensate me for my inconvenience and loss of wages. Ive purchased most of my appliances and other household items from Sears. After this...I wouldnt use them again. On a positive note, Technicians were nice.
Sean who did my service on my Sears lawn tractor was spectacular. What a smart individual and very friendly and professional. Went above and beyond.
On time. Appointment scheduled for the day after I requested it. Courteous and knowledgeable serviceman. Very happy.
Installation of the replacement part was swift. The technician showed up promptly at 8AM and was done in about 1/2 hour for installing a defrost timer. Unfortunately the 1st visit to troubleshoot was scheduled 10AM to 2PM didnt show up until after 4. Lesson learned is make an appointment for the 1st visit of the day, or last
No water dispensing from refrigerator. Technician came and determined its a frozen line. Tried to thaw with a steamer and put a heating kit in but still no water. Contacted Sears and they want another appointment but not sure it will help. Have the Sears Protection Agreement and asked for new fridge since this cant be fixed. Told me i need four service tickets in the last six months on four different parts to get a new fridge. Ridiculous!
Service technicians are very nice. Other than that I have nothing nice to say. This is the fourth visit since March 3rd visit since the end of June in order to fix an ice maker. This last appointment was guaranteed between 8 and noon, at 11:30 the technician called and said he would be here before 5 I said not so and he did in fact reschedule his appointment to get to us about 1:45. After the technician replaced the ice maker he advised us that there was a kink or crimp in the copper water line and that we should get a plumber and have them replace it. The only problem with that theory is that Sears definitions are the only people that have ever moved that refrigerator since it was put in. Therefore they are responsible for getting the crimp in the line and they should be responsible for repairing it. It is now six weeks I do not have an ice maker and now Im supposed to pay a plumber to come and fix something they lose their issue. Not done yet extremely unhappy with the service.
The repairman came on time and it took him 20 minutes to fix water line to the ice maker on the refrigerator. Which was excellent. However we were charged a flat rate of $243.00, which I was not told about when I made the appointment. The repairman told me thats the cost no matter how long it took to fix. They also tried to sell me a warranty when I called and were somewhat indignant when I didnt take it.Make sure you ask the cost before they come. I am going to check with other repair shops before I call Sears again.
I had to wait ten days for the initial appointment. The technician arrived and the thermostat was replaced. Less than 10 days later, I am having the same problem and have to wait 2 weeks for an technician to come out. Poor service at best. Last time I purchase a contract through Sears.
The service representative we had could not have done a better job. He not only was courteous but really knew his stuff and did a perfect job.
Tractor ran and a week later, would not! Told it was a battery drain and battery was replaced. Problem solved, but cause needs to be looked into, not just giving a replacement battery. Being reactive takes a long time. Lawn looked like a hay field! I want to know WHY I have gone through 3 batteries in 2 years, please.
The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thourough. Ive called them on multiple occasions and have always been pleased.
Awesome service. Great tech. I will be using them again in the future.
Fire in microwave. Told not to use rack. Plastic rack holder replaced with black bracket instead of white. Still afraid to use it. Thought unit would be replaced by a new one - it was on fire! Very disappointed!
Service person extremely polite and neat and able to diagnosis and fix frig
The recent repair service was for our refrigerator; the technician arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem was and had the repair work done in an hour. I would recommend Tom Bostons Service to anyone who needs it.
Ill only use them for my repairs. The techs are all professional and top notch.
Easy in and out diagnosis and repair by a very knowledgeable technician.
The fellow came within the time specified, fixed appliance and he was very polite.
Mike was very pleasant to talk with and came when he said he would.
Technician was knowledgeable and tried everything possible to find a simple fix. Ultimately the cost of a new board on a 10 year old machine swayed my decision to replace the washer.
Your service was outstanding, both appointments were kept on timework and repairs were explained fullytotally happy
On time - very professional - job well done.
The repairman was excellent. However cant say the same for the Samsung products. I would never buy another Samsung product again. I have a refrig, dishwasher & stove and have had problems with them since day One. The appliances that were replaced were Kenmore which were 14 years old. The refrig is still working & in my laundry room.
Excellent service. Knowlegable courteous tech. Very satisfyed.
Im satisfied with the last technician that came to install the part.
He called meto let meknow what time he was going to be here.I had 2 sevicemen. The first one for the washer and dryer was very nice. The 2nd one was more helpful vacumed the refrigerator and stove and looked at the dishwasher. He also mentioned that you offer a whole home insurance. So I thank him .I purchased it.His name was mike.Thank you for everything Joan nickel
The service tech was great - very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
I had an absolute HORRIBLE REPAIR BY SEARS!! They put the wrong capacitor into my washer which was on FIRE 1 weeks prior.I paid a licensed electrician to come and look at my washer because id dont feel comfortable bringing this machine back into my home after it was ON FIRE!! WOULD YOU?? All of Sears employees that i asked that question to, all said no, so why would they want me to bring it back into my home? I pay for the extended warranty and they would be required to replace the machine if deemed necessary. The electrician said that the capacitor is not the right one for my machine and they replaced it with the wrong part anyway. The repair man (the 1st one) ordered a new wire harness as an extra precaution, but the 2nd repair man that came to actually put the parts in since we had to wait for them to be ordered, didnt even replace the wire harness that the 1st guy said to replace as an added precaution, and took the wire harness with him. I AM NOT HAPPY BRINGING THIS WASHER BACK INTO MY HOME KNOWING THAT IT HAS THE SAME PART THAT CAUSED THE FIRE TO BEGIN WITH. Sears warranty department is absolutely unreachable with the phone number provided. I have been on hold every time for an hour or 50 minutes only to speak to MILLIE and she hangs up. Then I wait on hold again for 50 minutes and get MILLIE again and told her how I was on hold for so long only to have her hang up again. I tried calling back but didnt have enough time to hold, I hung up after 30 minutes to get my kids from school. I spent 3 hours of my day on hold waiting to speak to the warranty dept. MILLIE should of had the decency to call me back as she had all my information, but she didnt. I have tried for 13 days to get ahold of the warranty dept, I have emailed every email address I could find for Sears asking anyone to foprward my email to the warranty dept because I cant get ahold of them and I received 1 return email from Sears saying I emailed the wrong dept. I asked them to give me the right dept email address but he could not and only gave me the same phone number that i have been oh hold with for so long. SEARS HAS NOT SOLVED THIS PROBLEM< AND IF I HAVE ANOTHER FIRE< I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AND TELLING EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN> THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM SEARS AND IM JUST IN SHOCK THAT THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO RISK A HUMAN BEINGS LIFE BECAUSE OF A WASHER MACHINE> IF ANYONE WHO READS THIS CAN TELL ME WHO TO CONTACT< OPLEASE LET ME KNOW< PLEASE!!!!I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO OTHER THAN CALL MY ATTORNEY> IVE LOOKED ONLINE AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM> THEY NEED TO FIX IT ASAP> SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME> Thank you
The serviceman was very professional, polite and courteous and knew exactly how to repair our refrigerator. Thank you Sears.
Knowledable service personel - prompt and great appointment - will be using again
Repairman arrived on time and did the job efficiently and well.
On time and friendly and know what they are doing.
Great service. Very pleased with result.
Tech was efficient and curtious. Service was seamless.
On time, pleasant repairman and efficient. Only problem was cleanup was left up to us.
Punctual, friendly and comleted work in a timely fashion.
The technician was terrific, as always.
The Sears repair technician was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Repair man very pleasant and fixed my dishwasjer
Michael and Dan were knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely recommend them for repair needs!!!
The service was great and the technician was knowledgeable.
My refrigerator is still leaking inside and the first thing the technician said when he walked in the door is could he use the bathroom. While he was working he said, I have to pee.
