I write to express my gratitude to everyone at Andy’s Oil in this national emergency we are all facing. Last night as I daily normally do went down to basement to feed our Turtle. As I finished & started to head back upstairs to go to bed. I heard the furnace come on & as I walk back to turn off the light switch. I noticed from rear copper tailpipe attached to a valve on top of furnace was leaking boiling water. As I shut off furnace switch more water exited in greater amount. I had my wife call Andy’s Oil emergency contact, A young courteous young lady answered phone . I explained to her what was happening she rapidly verified my location & contact information. As soon in minutes as I hanged up I received a call from Diane to inform us that service person is en route to our location. The service person arrived at the house quickly & drain furnace & repaired it right away. I would like to thank you all for being there for us last night again. It could have being a mess since I was supposed to travel out of Connecticut early morning to return Sunday evening. Finally I was able to travel & you guys made it possible & safe for my wife to be at home. Thanks again; keep up the GOOD WORK! God bless🙏🏻

Had no heat nor hot water - called Andys and was given a rare (who else does this?)only one hour time frame. The tech arrived right on time, and he took five minutes to pinpoint the problem. Other companies could have stretched this out, but he didnt! Enjoyed a hot shower today thanks to him!

118 gallons of oil for $297, thats $2.53 a gallon when the average price is between $1.36 and $1.49That is fkn ridiculous. I wonder if new opportunities knows about the price gouging?

They appear to only be about the businesses. We have called them regarding our oil burner just needing a simple bleed and a refill for our tank. When the tech arrived he simply filled up the tank and left without u bleeding our tank. We are highly upset about this and everytime we call, they put us on hold and hang up.

Nothing but issues. Landlord scheduled an appointment last year. No show. I call, they said it was for the following day. Following day another no show. I call they said they had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I reschedule. Day comes, they are over an hour late. Now this year I have an appointment and again, its almost an hour later and no show. I call and no one answers. I call again and still no answer. I wish my landlord would use someone else.

Made a call today, the day before Thanksgiving, that my furnace is dead. The secretary answered immediately and called me back within an hour to say that not only was a tech en route to my house at that moment,but another employee was running to Hartford to pick up the new furnace andbring it here tonight to install and get meheat the very same day!

I have been doing business with Andys oil for five years now they have been very professional and always prompt about oil deliveries and maintenance of my equipment.. Two years ago my oil tank burst and started leaking immediately they contacted the state of Connecticut and help me getting a program to help me offset the cost of replacing it which they did right away. Andys oil goes the extra mile and care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

I have being in service contract with Andy’s Oil since 12/2015. I haven’t had any major issues with furnace cause it has being serviced by Andys oil according to contract service agreement. I recommend Andy’s Oil to everyone or anyone thats shopping for better & best oil service delivery & furnace service contract AAA service...

I normally do not write reviews, however, this time it is imperative that I do. Perhaps to the old customers this company has been great but as a possible customer if I could i would not give not even rate this company a half of a star. First of all, I scheduled an appointment and it was a no show, no call or reason as to why nobody came even though I stated I needed somebody to please come asap because it was kind of an emergency to get everything cleaned and running efficiently. The furnace just shut down I did not understand why, i called them back stated that they did not show for the appointment and now I had an emergency and had not heat. I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism the lady that I spoke to Diane was extremely rude. I cannot believe they have such a person handling their business. She was I guess upset or frustrated, Im not sure at what. Furthermore, even though I had already stated my name to the first person that p9cked up the phone, Diane kept on repeating who are you?* instead of whats your name and how can I help you. Perhaps she needs to be trained in how to handle customers. Lastly, she told me she would call me back to let me know if she did or not find someone to come service my home. Two days later im still waiting for the call. I would never do business with this company and I would never recommend it to anybody.

Idiots had carbon monoxide leaking into house and almost killed my in laws then left them with no heat for 3 days because it was weekend. Now there is another problem with heat and want to wait three days again because of holiday weekend meanwhile its 12 degrees out and this is now the second problem after they installed new unit only about 8 months ago

They deserve no stars. They jeopardise my life and my house, by leaving the pipe to the chimney, iside the house, unconnected, while doing maintenance to the furnace (11/17). Needless to say more. People need to be more cautious.

This company never keeps set appointments. 3rd time scheduling a service on our furnace and the 3rd time they no call no showed. Their company sucks.
