I went today and although the wash is good they didn’t clean out the inside of my car very well. My windows also still have fingerprints on them. I expected better for the money I paid and 2 people working on my car.Update: I originally gave 2 stars but now I’m changing it to 1. I got home and realized they didn’t even vacuum my 3rd row. That’s totally unacceptable. This was my 1st and last time going. I wish I had read reviews before going.

I went to quick Kwik Kar Wash today. There was 1 car ahead of me, it appeared to be a slow day. The manager convinced me to do an upgraded wash for $49.00, he said 30-40 mins at most. I agreed but said that was all the time I had. 45 mins in I asked how much longer and was told 10 more mins. 1:15 mins later I found the manager, he argued about the time with me, and then said well your car was really dirty. I finally said a few chose words and said get my car I need to go. These pictures show what a 1:15 hr car wash looks like.. absolute joke.

Paid $49.99 for Super clean service. They did a terrible job. Over spray on the seats not wiped off. Dirty mats and dusty everywhere. Waited over 30 min for a terrible job. And the inside where you wait is so freaking dirty. Whomever manages this place should be fired. I will never use this place again. If you’re smart you will not bring your car here. Yuck

Domingo and Jackson saw that my car was not vacuumed out good and i got the luxury packages, so Jackson brought the car back and vacuum it up real nice!! Should be a better way to tip the guys outside like on your bill so u dont have to use ATM. Some hard workers u got there got to keep them happy!!! Thank u guys!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible service. I paid $50 for a car wash, my car was literally just washed on the outside. Nothing on the inside with the exception of the windows was wiped down and even the windows were left cloudy. I used to love going here but I won’t ever go back. This is the second time my car has been left dirty, the first time I just chopped it up to them being busy. Completely unacceptable.

About a month ago I got the luxury car wash which is the only one I ever get. When I got in to leave I noticed water spots on my windshield. I went back and showed it to some guy and he cleaned all my windows then gave me a free car wash card and wrote on the card that they would honor a free luxury car wash the next time I went in. I went yesterday and the guy told me they could not honor it bc the guy that issued it to me no longer works there. I have gone to that car wash since it opened. It was a great car wash when the Mosley’s owned it. They have gone up on their prices and down in customer service.

They did a horrible job. Pay for the Gold deluxe and car wasnt remotely clean in or outside. Outside was still a hit dirty, they didnt completely wipe it down. I didnt notice it until I got home. I called them back, tell me to bring it back I didnt have the time. Its should have been done right the first time so I dont have to bring it back. This isnt the first time that they did a disappointing job but its my first time complaining. Wont be back any time soon. What a waste of money.There more pictures, these should say it all

Car wash and they broke the shark fin on my car. It will cost me $900 to fix, did not vacuum my trunk and they said they would, windows were not cleaned well at all, will never return

Not worthy for the price. Barely dried out with a lot of water spots. Inside not well vacuum and sweat marks on the doors and center console; inner fenders super dirty.

I understand that this isnt self service car washing, however, the people that stand at the front suck at pre-washing. Then when you want to grab items from the vending machine, it is stuffed full of quarters and you cant get anything. If you just want a fast wash, then come here for a quick wash and vacuum.

Went to get a car wash and it wasnt busy I got the 29.99 the works. They didnt vaccuum it very well and no wipe down inside the car. I could have went through the 3 dollar wash and used the free vaccuum and did a better job than these people. Not with the money.

Im very disappointed in this location. Ive gone to Kwik Kar for my oil changes and used my free car wash coupon at this location for years. Unfortunately, its no longer owned by the special Mosely family. And you can tell its being managed differently. My car never looks completely clean. The dash inside my car is rarely wiped off and the vacuum process is hit or miss.Im looking for a new location to go to for my oil changes and car washes. Sadly, I am not happy here and I havent been for a couple years now.

Dont waste your money. Water/soap spots all over because it was not wiped down in a timely manner. Interior was not cleaned well. Pulled back around and did it myself. The owner seen me using the vacuum. He apologized and offered to have it redone. I had an appointment at my sons school and didnt have time. 28 dollars wasted.

Have used this place for years...was awesome! Went today and looks like new owner. Asked for wash and wanted to add Armor All for interior...was told “we no longer do Armor All unless you buy upgrade”. Cheapest wash with Armor All included was $49.99!!! Guy said, I can do for $40...guessing some commission game going on there now, too bad. I left...too bad that a great wash no longer there after many years. They won’t be around long....be ready to ask questions when you arrive so you don’t get surprised by prices.

Took my truck in for a regular wash. The carpets and upholstery were vacuumed somewhat well. My dashboard and center console had streaks on them from the cleaning rag. It just felt like they rushed the job. I went when the opened, they weren’t busy.

Great detail service. Be sure to bring cash to tip. They will not run your card for more or tip allow for tipping with a card no matter how hard you try. The office doesnt care much about the crew as long as they get their money in the office.

I had a good experience. It took a while to get the detailing package as expected, but they did a good job. There were several pretty obvious spots that still needed attention, but they have no problem letting you look around the vehicle before you leave and handling any touch ups. Ill be back again next time.

I went here for the first time today because I had a coupon. I dropped my car off and was sitting inside when i see the employees pushing my car out of the wash. I went out and saw my front left tire was popped. My tires are hardly over a year old, and the side wall of the tire that sits in the guide through the car wash was blown out. I didnt want to run my car on the rim so I said ill start changing it to put my spare on but they told me i had to move it because they had other cars behind me. They did not offer to help me change the tire, they simply watched me. They just told me that it could not have been their fault, that i must have had a faulty tire. I went and got my tire changed at the firestone beside the car wash and went back to ask to be reimbursed for the tire. They said it was not their fault and it was not their responsibility.Also, car was only moderately clean. Ran my fingers along my car and dirt still came up. Will not be going to any kwik kar ever again.

They were able to get the stain out of my car but it took a very long time, 3 hours. The number on the website didnt work so I couldnt contact anyone on progress. Glad it looks great and like new, they did a great job on it, but would have liked better communication.

Seemed a little rushed on the interior wipe down, but once missing areas were brought up they were addressed. Ill try again hopefully when its not as busy to see if thats an everytime thing, out of it was just a fluke.

Spent $150 on a detail For my daughters car that was already fairly clean. I wanted to get it looking really nice for her. they didn’t do anything to it hardly. they put tire shine and that was it. the trunk was dirty, inside the fuel tank door was dirty, they didn’t even clean under the hood or the engine compartment. It look like they didn’t even vacuum.

This is the most unprofessional and laziest car wash I have ever been to. I will NEVER go here again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Spend your money elsewhere. This business is undeserving of people’s hard earned money.

Quite possibly the worst car wash i have ever recieved. went there and told me i needed their best wash due to my car being egged and told them i wanted the inside spotless and detailed as well. i left and there are liquid stains all over my seats, food crumbs in the side of my door, carpets are not vaccuumed, and the best part is that they left theyre dirty cleaning rags in my back seat. i will never be coming back here

Tremendous business plan...they close because its cloudy outside. Urgent need to have my car cleaned because my toddler got sick and was prepared to spend 300 dollars for deep interior cleaning, but because its cloudy they are closed. There is literally no rain anywhere within 300 miles on the radar but its cloudy, so they close.

99% is great. Final checkers need to look more closely. Found dirt spots that should have been caught. Overall, great place.

Ive been at this car wash several times and they do a really good job 👏 those guys. All of them but the cashier that wears glasses, or empl 5698 it says on my receipt, she needs to learn about customer services, being polite and learn how to greet back at their customers. I was there for about 20 to 30 minutes and she didnt greet or welcome any of the other customers either. you get more interaction and appreciation for your business at the grocery stores when you use the self checkout register.

Their priority is defeneatly not customer service. I was there today 12/24 the lady at the register was not very friendly and did not even bother to say hello despite being on her phone. The detail when cleaning the car was not very well either. Who ever vacumed the car did not do a very well job. The machine that cleans the exterior of the cars is not good for the cars paint because it scratches the paint even thoe is not noticeable but in time it will show up on the paint surface. I didnt notice they were using those automatic machine untill it was to late. If you dont care about your cars paint then you souldnt have a problem.

It is a good place to get your car cleaned and washed. Did not know that it has changed hands since the last time I was in there May 15, 2020, but they still did a great job.

The detail department sucks u guys need to value the time of ur customers I pay attention on why u guys where taking so long it seems like first they dry the car after is being washed then no body is doing nothing on the car for 15 minutes then they come and do the trims then 30 minutes pass by and no one NO ONE was working on my SUV then finally they start waxing one guys really just one guy to wax a vehicle in a service that cost me $79.00 anyways another 30 minutes pass by and still not ready he wax my entire Tahoe at ones before taking the wax off Im not a professional waxing guy but Ive done it at home and u have to do it by sections if u dont want the wax to over dry but not at kwick . Anyways by the time he finished waxing 2:30 hrs had pass by and still not ready by the time they finally call me it was 3hr and 25 min after I had pay the ticket I didnt even check the quality of their work all I wanted to do was get out there and never come back the people and the managers are great and friendly but definitely they need more help on the detail department

Nice staff, really posh inside waiting area w/ leather couches, Cafe tables, and swoop fans. The view of the wash area is a little dirty, and difficult to see, but the windows to the street side have shades to keep the inside cool. Plenty of snacks for purchase, including ice cream cooler. Free wi-fi inside as well. Prices are median, compared to some places that will charge almost $100, but more than doing the work yourself. Overall, a nice price point.

They are Organized and they break down what parts- like engine oil/coolant; is most suitable for your car.Its Usually an all-hands-on-deck vibe... Fast, processional and the FREE carwash is a given!

Paid $ 30 plus tip and got on a half clean car, console wasnt even wiped rear view mirror was dripping some sort of cleaner because it did not get wiped off and the vacuum looks like a little child did it .All in All it was just a very lousy job

I’ve been going to this place for YEARS! The new owner has came and really changed this place. No more getting the inside of your vehicle wiped down and shined up unless you want to spend $50. Took all the menus down and now hands you a cheaply made menu to choose from and there was trash all over the ground. I’ve noticed a lot of the employees that have worked there for a long time are no longer there and the ones that are still there don’t seem as happy. Kinda sad to see honestly

I am extremely disappointed in their service today. I had to turnaround and go back when I realized they didn’t even vacuum the back seat of my car. Dog hair was still everywhere. I get that dog hair can be difficult to lift from cloth seats but it was clear they didn’t even attempt. I went back and they vacuumed it out and did a great job. I just wish they did that the first time. This is my 4th time coming and I’ve never had this issue.

Best service around. Went in today and they were busy. Bought a package in hopes of getting the evidence of a recent road trip in the snow removed from the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing work the team at Kwik Kar did inside and out. As someone who brings them clean or dirty, this one was all dirty and ended up shining like new. Thanks!!!

A car wash starts at $14.95 and all they do is drive it through the same type of wash system you can get for $5.00 less than a mile away. They don’t even vacuum your vehicle. Vacuuming is universally accepted as part of a “car wash”. The difference, I suppose, is a haphazard attempt at drying your vehicle. I left a $10.00 tip before I saw my vehicle. That was a mistake. I had to drive around the corner to target and get a towel to dry the water they left in my console and remove the dirt their own “cleaners” left behind. They lady at the counter asked me, “do you want an air freshener?” Ok, what kind of air freshener? What scent? What does it look like? She seemed like a nice enough lady, but if you’re that preoccupied with other matters in the store, maybe have someone else provide the customer service. I have no idea what I even paid for, and that’s really sad. You got my business once, that will be it.

Along with the Kwik Kar Lube, the Carwash is just as outstanding! Friendly staff and “Kwik” service is their motto! What’s even better is the quality of their work and providing top service for me and will to you as well! Will definitely recommend and come back! This location would make the Ellis family proud!

Well, they were fast and friendly, but we left a new can of tobacco in the truck that they either threw away or kept. Considering what tobacco costs, I am not too happy.

Many places were getting where they were so overpriced and even said we dont wipe off the dash and inside except vacuum unless pay more.This place does it all and super service. Never had to get them to clean anything over. Great staff!!!! And the best I have found in All of DFW area.

I took my truck by kwik kar today after driving through a bunch of road tar. These guys got it perfectly clean and it looks awesome. Everyone is so nice and they are always hustling. I love this place and I won’t ever go anywhere else.

They made a 22year old car with 235,000 miles look like it rolled off the production line 1 year ago.I brought my 1998 crv to them with the task of making the dull, no reflection paint shine again. Also clean the interior up from my greasy, dirty self using it as my daily driver as a mechanic.The difference is absolutely astonishing. I took pictures of it to sell, I could see individual clouds in the reflection. I never thought the paint on that car would look that good again but it looks practically new. The seats were almost completely black. Now they are back to their original glory. I cant believe I waited this long to do it.3 hours after picking the car up, it sold for my asking price which was noticably higher than bluebookThey have made a life customer out of me. When I get my replacement, its coming straight to them for its first cleaning.

This car wash does an excellent job. They are quick, yet thorough. The prices are reasonable, and competitive compared to others in the market. My favorite part is the tire shine that they use lasts for a long time. Several of their competitors tire shine is gone in less than a day. This is by far my favorite car was in the Wataga area!

I would recommend this place to the most picky person. Super detailed job. Very nice people. Services range from basic wash to Full Detailing. To me, my car is very important. I dont even know if the pricing is more than other places because this is the place for me to go to get my car taken care of. The $5 that I may save at another place isnt worth the risk of not having a great job done on my car. I feel very good and confident when I go here. My highest possible recommendation!

My son bought a used truck that was a farm truck. It had not been cleaned since 2012. The dealership only vacuumed it and wiped it down a bit. It was filthy disgusting inside. The detailer at Kwik Kar made the inside look like brand new. Now all my neighbors want to go there and get their cars and trucks detailed. Thanks Kwik Kar for top notch detailing. We will be returning!!!

Weve been bringing our cars here for about 15 years. Prices are fair and work is usually done quickly. I would certainly recommend leaving your car there and either walking to some of the shops nearby or having someone pick you up if getting a make ready or hand wax because that can take a few hours. Havent ever been disappointed

Love this Kwik Kar location! Jordan is the owner here, and Chris does a fantastic job in the shop! I drive all the way from North Fort Worth to get an oil change from these folks (mostly because I’m no longer welcome at the oil change places near me). Their facility is always so clean and inviting (and nothing like the close-minded, “please-stop-weeping-in-our-lobby” places I used to visit). Kwik Kar in Watauga has Netflix on the tv and creates a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere for their guests (not like these other places that make me get up when I curl up on the floor, writhing in agony from my wife leaving me for my brother in Flagstaff). I really can’t thank these guys enough for always being there when I need them (unlike Shirley, who can rot in hell as far as I’m concerned).Thank you so much, Kwik Kar! (I will bring my own Kleenex next time, and I’m sorry for the tear/sweat/urine spot I left your rug.)

Not sure what happened to this place. Weve used them for years and they did provide a great wash at any level you purchase. The last several times Ive been, even when purchasing the Gold Wash PLUS+, the car and especially the windows arent clean. The outside of the windows still have bug and bird dropping residue. The inside of the windows have a cloudy haze all over. Im tired of paying for a wash, then having to point out everything that isnt clean. Dont waste your money like I have, go somewhere else.Im done here.

I’ve used this car wash many times. The last 3 times have been so so disappointing. The visits have varied in time of day and day of the week.This particular time, dirt was clearly not vacuumed from under my seats. Water was still dripping off of top surface of trunk area that formed water spots.Cup holders were left dirty. Back window was still dirty and didn’t have a transparent appearance at all.I paid for the medium level wash, not the basic. I have a newer accord that really shines when cleaned.I am reviewing to caution others from not getting their money worth.We will go to the kwik kar in Southlake to hopefully have better results.

What happened to the former owner and crew?!. The staff is not as friendly. The tip box is gone. The girl that drove my car did not know how to put my BMW in gear the first time. I almost lost it! Are they even licensed to drive? It used to be lively. Singing Make it like it was😣☹

Ive been to this location 3 times now and every time theyve done a fantastic job. I have 2 small kiddos and 2 dogs and we can dirty up a car really well and really fast. But after each clean, even though I only get the $20 wash, my car looks great. Always exceeds my expectations. Thanks guys!

I really like the quality if work this car wash provides and the service fees arent outrageous. We did pay for a detail last week and it was awesome work. Just be advised that anything above the basic packages do take a bit of time. Luckily its totally worth the wait.

Another just ok place. Dripping water left streaksOn my car. Half the dash wasn’t cleaned. They may be Kwik but I’d rather they take a few minutes more to do it right.

Ive been coming to this place for years and it used to be great! However I believe this will be my last time here. They always seem to be short handed, my car sits in the sun and dries before anyone touches it with a towel. The quality of the wash and interior clean just isnt what it used to be. Seems like the care is gone. Or the employees who cared are gone. Hope it gets better.

I was looking forward to trying them for a car detail but the lady who answers the phone absolutely has no customer friendly service. Decided to try a different location instead.

Really disappointed. There was still mud on my car and the inside was barely vacuumed. No care was taken. Went there for years but their attention to doing even a decent job has declined. Perhaps if Id spent extra money on the upgrades they pushed my car would have been properly cleaned.

Car had been sitting for a couple of months, they went over and above to clean it up, looked like new inside and out.

I dropped off an absolutely filthy 2008 Chevy Cobalt, and picked up something that was so clean by comparison that it barely seemed like the same car. The service wasnt perfect, but it was well worth the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they dont try to push stupid upcharges on everything. I had to practically twist their arm to let them take more of my money to clean more parts of the vehicle.Before they detailed the Cobalt, it stank like a dog (for obvious reasons) and had disgustingly dirty upholstery and carpets. The smell is now gone and the fabrics all look 5 years newer, at least. The engine bay looks almost brand new. The dash looks almost brand new. The wheels and tires look brand new.Do NOT go to the Kwik Car in Keller on 1709. Theyre far sloppier and less helpful than these people!

They did a fine job washing the car however it wasnt worth the gouged antenna base and numerous scratches in the paint surrounding it. Apparently they had a tough time getting the antenna off- however this will no longer be a problem since the antenna will now not engage the base past the first thread. Would have been nice if they had at least told me.
