Fantastic. Very nice facility and great staff. Got my Mustang aligned here, and they did a great job and stand behind their work. No issues at all and will definitely be back if I need a mechanic. Prices are very fair for the quality of work.

Car wash does a great job for the low $5 price. The car gets really shiny and they have vacuums for free if you got a car wash. The vaccines are very good and they even offer microfiber cloths along with soap spray to clean the interior of your vehicle.

Very surpised with maintenance! Gave me a complete rundown on my car and were incredibly quick! Oil change took 15 minutes, and saved my cars life since the previous company Jiffy Lube incorrectly installed my oil filter. Saved me hundreds of dollars and were very friendly. Easily worth the extra 20$ compared to leading chains.

Tonys is the only place we go for oil changes. They do consistent, high quality work and do not try to sell you on anything else than what you came for unless they notice something unsafe and in dire need of repair. Everyone we have worked with is respectful and professional. They also take walk-ins AND you get a free car wash voucher upon completion of the service! Although we have moved away from the area, we still drive to Watauga just to go to their shop.

The Tonys express in watauga Texas is the best drive through car wash ever the place is in good condition good car wash equipment good vacuums and great wash packages and great oil change place and when you get a oil change you get a free car wash with it I would definitely recommend it if you want a good quality job done and I will definitely be coming back to the place next time I need my car cleaned again

These guys do a great job and quick. I dont feel like it get a hard sell on extra services. They sometimes point out things that need to be done but not every time Im there. When they do I know its needed, but not pushed. I usually budget their recommendations for future visits.

This was my first visit. I wanted to get a first class car wash and Tonys provided it. The staff is universally polite and courteous. The menu is quite extensive and the gentleman was patient with me as I read my options. The auto came through the process looking very good. The next station dried the car, cleaned the wheels and buffed up the interior. The whole experience was positive. Tonys is an efficient, friendly operation that provides excellent service

Best car wash in town! Ive tried a couple others in the area which are closer to where I live, but I will go out of my way to keep coming back here. Gets my truck spotless! And the vacuums are also awesome! Only thing that could improve is the credit card reader...

What I especially liked about this place is you can get a basic wash for $5 (free vacuums) And then add on only the services that you want. I got the wash and for $3 more I got my rims and tires cleaned.(Unlike the more expensive Star Express on Rude Snow near by)

Good experience with everything except their credit card system. I think that could definitely use an upgrade. However, the wash I received for the price paid was very good. They do a little pre-scrub before you go into the wash, which is a nice touch. The car wash at North Beach and North Tarrant does not do the same, and the prices are the same for what you get. Im definitely going to try them out a few more times.

We always went to Tonys in Haltom City, so we were alarmed when they closed. Nothing against the new owners of the Haltom location, but weve always been more than happy with Tonys, so were following them to the Watauga location. Same great service at reasonable prices!

They are quick and professional. They never try to pressure you into buying services you dont really need.

This is my favorite car wash, I drive all the way cross town to get my cars wash. They scrub the front and back so you dont get those dirt streaks. They provide towels and Windex for free as well as free vacuuming. They also have a $29.99 as monthly car wash club, where you can go as much as you want.

I had an oil change with them, and it was reasonably priced. Also, fast work. I would recommend!

Been going to this car wash for several years now. The guys at the car wash entry stay on stand by to guide your car, (if you need a guide), they pre-scrub before the bumper, and always keep fresh towels. This is my favorite car wash.

Their new mechanic, Darren, was very nice and helped me with exactly what I needed for my car. The young men that work in the oil change bay are also friendly and helpful. I can’t say I ever enjoy going to the auto shop, but they made it quick and easy. I highly recommend Tony’s.

You cant go wrong with the car wash!!! $5 is the starting cost and it goes up from there. The next level is $8 and I believe $13 is the complete package. What I love the most is that in addition to the free vacuums (which is shaded) they provide towels AND cleaner for you to clean the windows and inside of your vehicle. That little extra has me sold. For $5 and and a bit of elbow grease from me my car is spotless and looks like I paid $20 to have it detailed.

Gentlemen at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. As a single mom, I appreciate they take the time to explain all needs to me and the difference in what actually needs to be done and things to keep in mind for the future. I never feel like they are just trying to get me to pay for extra things just to make a buck. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them for maintenance and other repair needs.

Multiple cases of having my truck worked on and coming back to have it fixed a second time because it was not done right the first time. Had to sell my truck all together. I also came here for a car wash recently and no one was there to help. I sat for about 15mins and the workers just stared at my car and no one came to help. I went inside and asked for help and they just ignored. Just wash your car at home or take it to any other service place. So awful. Even getting a simple $5 automated carwash is a hassle.. Very un-professional place.

I came in for an inspection. I was called a liar very loudly infront of other customers. I bring my vehicle and both my parents in but with what happened we wont be returning.. I was embarrassed, and upset. They even proved themselves wrong by watching the camera back. We have been coming there for years.

I absolutely love this car wash, it’s the only car wash that actually gets my car and my wheels clean of all break dust. Not to mention the extra perks of free vacuum, clean towels and cleaning supplies. The gentlemen I wish I knew his name has worked there forever always greets me and other customers and makes sure everyone is taken care of. This is definitely my go to place.

Went to purchase a bottled water from the cashier to get cash back for the tip. Someone cut directly in front of me. So no tip today! Let’s not cut in line! So rude! The cashier should have told him to wait his turn!

By far my favorite car wash in the area. Employees are familiar faces and they make me feel like they care. The wash and vacuums are very good for the price. And they provide rags and cleaning products to do your car at the vacuum area. I really love this place.

This self drive through car wash has recently been upgraded to new equipment. It does a good job. The free vacuums are fine, too. What distinguishes this spot is they provide a stack of clean towels and spray bottles of glass cleaner by the vacuums! Great for cleaning the inside glass and general wipedown after a wash, too. I will return to this Tonys as long as they have this amenity. Theres a full-service Tonys about a mile away for when you want somebody else to clean your car, too.

Nick and his crew replaced my air conditioner today, with 100% success. All parts and pieces were put back together perfectly, it wasn’t an easy or fast job. He went overboard on making sure everything was just right and even stayed later than he should. Nick is always up front and a fun character. You can count on him to recommend proactive measures for the future; but he won’t lead you down an upsell path that isn’t necessary. Best mechanic and service guy ever. 10 Stars.

I take my Jeep in for regular oil changes, but they are so much more! They fixed my vacuum hose when it came off and today I am going to have them fix my brakes. When I talked to the mechanic in charge, he was very helpful and told me exactly what the cost was and what he would be doing to fix my Jeep and get me back on the road driving again. Really great people at Tonys! :-)

I visited Tonys first because theyre one of the few shops open on Sundays that will also do State Inspections. They did I good job that time and every time Ive returned for oil changes and later car inspections. They finished the car quickly and they were running a promotion for a free car wash with service. I am usually weary of the automatic washes but this one did not seem to add any scratches or significant swirls to my wifes car. Quick service, open on Sundays and professional. I like it.

I am like most and have a very hard time trusting mechanics because I believe they are going to F me over somehow. However, every time I get work done here nothing extra breaks after I leave the place so they are building trust slowly but surely. Their mechanic (Nick) is a real kewl a** dude. He is down to earth and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He will find other issues with your car and make recommendations for you to fix it and he doesnt blow smoke up your a** by telling you you need to fix it now. His work is extremely good. He just did my breaks and they have never worked that good in the four years Ive had my car. I give their mechanic five stars for the quality of work they do.

Only go here due to convenient to get on and out. Their credit card machine sucks and they always have an employee running out to you to assist. Car wash is a little expensive. Averages about $12.Tried to get oil change at their service center and they were too expensive and not very helpful.

I been coming to the car wash for years. Then they change it to you drive-through. Started out great there was a guy there that had a Chevy truck. I think white the truck was white. He would always be there to turn off the air so didnt blow all the debris back on your truck . He would always have a lot of towels out so you could use them to clean inside your car. Very friendly guy. Now, last three times Ive come theres a guy that drives the older four runner. You cant never find him, he never helps you get through the car wash as in line you up so you dont mess up your rims. There is never towels there . he is always next-door talking to somebody at the quick lube. Im definitely taking my business elsewhere. if I ever drive by and see the Chevy truck I will go there any other time I suggest nobody should go there.

I needed my car inspected for the annual sticker gouge from the state of Texas. I had gone by the facility on my way to a job and saw the advertised special for an inspection and car wash. So, the next day or two, I went in. I was able to drive right in and was offered the works package as advertised on the sign. They vacuumed the car for me, and washed the inside of the windows, windshield, and consoles, and I could watch them actually do it, instead of them pretending like some shops might. Then, the tech did the safety/emissions testing, and I got a code for the works car wash. Even though it rained the next day, and has rained since, my cars exterior is still looking pretty good. Overall, the technician was friendly and helpful. Other staff was also. Did I pay a bit more to get the Works car wash service? Yes, but I got a good car wash, which my poor ole Zippy needed. Ill be back with my husbands car in August.

Got a ride from Tony to check on my car after it was towed in. They are helping me to keep a 21 year old car on the road while being realistic about the prognosis. I had heard that synthetic oil was the best choice but they reasoned that regular oil was best for my use because synthetic would tend to leak more. It made sense.

I’ve been going to Tony’s for a few years now, and I won’t go anywhere else. Kwik Kar is a constant rip off on unnecessary work, and Jeffreys Automotive literally sabotaged my truck by removing bolts and and quoting me $2,500 in repairs. Tony’s saw the missing bolts while changing my oil. That could’ve easily been unseen or ignored, but they actually do care about their customer’s safety. The pricing is very reasonable. They are thorough and precise. Their mechanic is second to none. Straightforward and honest. He doesn’t invent things to fix. That’s why I always return. That’s how you run a business. Take care of your customers and they’ll return to take care of you.

Price Scam Alert! I went into the shop to find out why the check engine light was on. They correctly told me that the catalytic converter was going out. But the price they quoted was $1050 to replace it! I calmly said that I had replaced my own catalytic converter on my previous car (Jeep Cherokee) and it was only around $240. They said something about being in a specialized California compliant catalytic converter. I said no thank you and that I would be checking other prices at other locations. I found a guy to fix it for parts and labor in less than 30 minutes for $200. Severely disappointed in Tonys.

My mom brought her truck there to have the window motor replaced mind you she already had the motorNow prior to bringing the truck there my brother tried to do it himself very carefully disassembled the door panel putting all screws together and drilling out the rivits but unfortunately was unable to go any further do to the openings inside panel being so smallShe brought it to Tonys they quoted her 150 then called her back stating she was missing bults we said no its rivets that where drilled out so he said ok and began complaining about how its messed up so now its looking like 300+ mom said okThen he calls again today saying something dropped inside and he cant get to the motor but its not the motor anyways its just a switch, he had to reassble and disable it twice alreadyh is seemed frustratedHe calls back again and says we will have to push the window down but its working, my mom said no thats not fixed he said well Ill have to take it apart again and that were looking at almost 800 dollars alreadyNeedless to say we are never doing business there again

Im not sure the mechanic who worked on my truck a/c is very reliable. He said it held a vacuum for 15 minutes. Recharged it and the compressor blew out a day later. That cost $100. Now he wants 900-1100. I dont think so.He also smoked while talking with me.

I took my fiancés car there, yesterday, to get the oil changed and get the car inspected. They gave a free car wash, with the oil change, so after they were done, I drove around to the car wash. At some point, in the car wash, a valve stem on one of the tires broke off and the tire went flat. This is probably due to the fact that we have after-market caps on the valve stems that measure the PSI in the tires, and it makes them stick out further. The guys at Tonys went out of their way to try to get it fixed yesterday but, because it was Sunday, the tire places were all closing early. They kept it in their garage overnight, took the tire to Discount Tire this morning, had the valve stem replaced, and brought the car to our house to drop it off. The customer service there is outstanding.

While I was having my oil changed, I noticed an elderly woman in the waiting room. A mechanic walked in and informed her that the squealing shes hearing from her brakes was a thin layer of rust due to lack of use (she apparently didnt drive the car much) and that she didnt actually need a brake job. They could easily have charged her for unnecessary work, but it was clear they were looking out for the best interest of their customer. Thats why I keep coming back.

Quick, always show you whats wrong, prices are reasonable, check everything for you for no extra charge and always let you know upfront before you are charged anything plus you can watch them work on your car or watch tv in the waiting room, and you get a free car wash no complaints here Ive taken all my cars here for years and recommend my friends as well

I took my car to the Tonys on Denton Highway, to have my oil changed and my car inspection done. (I had been here before)When I was called (because I thought they were finished), I was shown that my car had been wrecked... Apparently the guy working on my car, had left my drivers side door open,and it in gear and it rolled back and hit the bay door. All I said when I saw the damage was OH The manager immediately told me, that everything they had done that day was no charge.. And I would get 3 more oil changes, in the future.. And was assured that my car would be fixed, and I would have a rental, while my car was in the shop..then asked me to go get an estimate, so I left the shop, and went where he(the manager) asked me to get the estimate, and took it back to the shop..later that day, I got a call..(from the owner, Tony) as soon as I answered, he hung up! Then text me. Telling me to go to another place to get an estimate.. (Plant Paint) so I went there as well..then I went to the dealership to get an estimate as well..I took all the estimates to the shop.I received a text from Tony,saying he did NOT accept the estimate from the dealership! He would only allow me to go to Planet Paint.. (They knew him there) When it was finally time to get my car fixed, I took my car to Planet Paint, and was supposed to meet the owner (Tony) to get me at the car rental place... Low and behold, he couldnt make it...so he said for me to go ahead and rent the car, and he would pay me backWhen I said that to the receptionist at Planet Paint, she was shocked! So she said, they would rent me the car, and bill Tony.. (Thank Goodness) I received one more text from Tony, while my car was still in the shop, asking if everything was ok, I answered... Just waiting to hear from the shop.. So finally I get to pick my car up!! And Thanks to Planet Paint, its fixed... But Ive not heard ANYTHING from Tony.. Never was I asked if I was satisfied with the work Planet Paint had done for me. Now its time to have my oil changed again, and the shop on Denton Highway is shut down. So I have been texting Tony to ask about my complimentary oil changes, but he HAS NOT text me back!! I did nothing wrong, except taking my car to Tonys!!

The charge for the oil change went up from the last time. Seems it goes up everytime I go in. To top it off the car wash no longer employs humans. I paid 4 dollars more to upgrade my free car wash and my car is still filthy. Had to vaccum it myself and the inside is not cleaned at all! I will never go back. No customer service. No quality!

Tonys was awesome. Took my truck in for just a basic oil change and fuel filter. They got me right in and got to work. Truck was then sent to their onsite car wash for a detail.Whole staff was great to work with and very professional. tonys is truly a one stop shop for your service and car wash needs.
